Tourism is one of the sectors that contribute the most to a country's economy. Moreover, it contributes most to sustainable development such as in Indonesia. One of tourism players is an online travel agency that caters to the needs of tourists before travelling. Therefore, it is important for travel agents to meet the needs of tourists. The purpose of this study was to determine user acceptance of online travel agents in Gen Z and Millennials. This research carried out to study Unified Theory Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2) model. The population of this study is everyone who ever purchased ticket and/or booking accommodation on Online Travel Agent using non-probability purposive sampling. This research collected the data by spreading electronic questionnaire (e-questionnaire). 200 respondents met criteria in this research. To analyze the data, Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) analyzed using SmartPLS 3.2.8. The result of this research indicated that Social Influence, Hedonic Motivation, and Habit has significant influence on Behavioral Intention. Behavioral Intention also has significant influence on Use Behavior. In moderating effect, only Age can moderate Social Influence on Behavioral Intention. Thus, it is recommended for next research to use the complete of UTAUT2 model and add Perceived Security variable. On the other hand, Pegipegi should add more services on their main business.

Abstract

Waste management in households can make waste as a resource and provide benefits for the manager. One way to manage organic waste is to make it into liquid fertilizer using composting bins that can be used independently by households. In this community service activity aims to educate households on how to use composting barrels. The activities carried out are by holding training on making barrels as well as procedures for turning organic waste into liquid pupu for housewives who directly handle waste in their households. This activity was carried out in a residential area in Cikarang, Bekasi Regency with a total of 45 participants. The training was conducted for one day, starting with a briefing on the formation of a RW-level waste management organization, followed by making composting bins and making bins together. Participants in this training are generally 40-45 years old (40%) with high school education (64%). In this training, 1 composting bin has been successfully made using a container that was used as a chemical container that was deliberately purchased from a secondhand goods trader. This training is expected to educate housewives to be able to manage organic waste into liquid fertilizer and can increase their income because it still has economic value.

Abstract

This study tried to implement the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the weights of the criteria and sub-criteria to find the best supplier. According to QCDFR (quality, cost, delivery, flexibility, and responsiveness). This study took place in one of the biggest tile producers, ranks fifth in the world and the first in Indonesia. However, the company currently only uses quality, cost, and delivery methods to choose the best supplier of raw material, namely feldspar. This research tries to use the systematic method to find the best supplier based on the importance of the criteria. The method used the quantitative approach to enumerate the data to analyze the information.  The company analyzed six suppliers. The primary tool used in this research is a Super Decision Software version 3.2 to create and manage the AHP model, enter the judgments, get results, and perform sensitivity analysis on the results. The result found that Semarang is the best supplier. The company will choose Semarang to become the company's business partner compared to the other suppliers because Semarang has met the criteria that the company prioritizes the most. By having the best supplier selection, the company can provide the right material consistency and suitable material suitability.

Abstract

Abstract. Cikarang Dry Port currently is the only dry port in Indonesia. This Dry Port has a role to connect or extend the Sea Port to the industrial areas located far from Sea Port. Thus, it creates a value added and also reduce costs. One of the operations done in Cikarang Dry Port is trucking operation. This research aims to examine the planning of 2014 trucking activity in Cikarang Dry Port to determine the right number of the truck that will be best occupied to manage all demands. The analysis begins with demand forecasting by using a moving average method of 12 months or one year period in 2013 which will be used as main information to develop the plans. There are three plans developed in this research. Based on the three plans, Plan A with minimum trucking plan with subcontracting is the most profitable which gives the highest profitability of Rp. 374,984,625. Recommendation for this research is using the current minimum number of 39 trucks rent with additional subcontracting when the demand is exceeding the capacity, thus, Cikarang Dry Port can occupy all demands and gain more profits. Keywords: Aggregate Planning; Scheduling; Trucking Operation; Moving Average; Cikarang Dry Port
