Abstract

Seperti yang kita ketahui saat ini tidak banyak perusahaan yang menerapkan prinsip GCG dalam perusahaan yang dikelola, GCG sendiri atau Good Corporate Governance adalah sistem tata kelola perusahaan untuk menciptakan kondisi operational yang dianggap mampu menjaga keharmonisan konsumen, perusahaan dan pemerintah agar masing-masing pihak tetap terjaga kepentingannya. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kualitatif deskriptif untuk meneliti objek penelitian tersebut : penerapan prinisip Good corporate Governance dalam dalam PT Jangkar Pacific. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa PT Jangkar Pacific sudah melakukan penerapan prinsip Good Corporate Governance yang terdiri dari transparency, accountability, independency, responsibility dan fairness. Dilihat dari 5 prinsip yang ada, perusahaan telah menjalankan 3 prinsip dengan baik, yaitu independency, responsibility, dan fairness dengan baik, sedangkan 2 prinsip lainnya yaitu transparency dan accountability sudah dijalankan dengan cukup baik, namun masih ada beberapa hal yang masih perlu dievaluasi seperti kurangnya mengikuti kegiatan konferensi dan pameran dagang dan perusahaan tidak pernah melakukan open house

Abstract

One of the growing trends in recent decades that support the development of market share artwork is the mutation of a change in a means of artworks business. Market structure has changed along with the evolution of the Internet. Hall auction of artwork has implemented mobile auction as a form of Internet and mobile technology application. The purpose of this study is to identify the needs of mobile auction features suit to collectors of buyer and seller. The identification was based on the 7C framework on auction business process and PT Larasati Auctioneers’s marketing website. The survey was conducted on the collectors of buyer and seller; and analyzed using factor analysis. The final result describes the needs of mobile auction features and a prediction of marketing performance if mobile auction application is developped.

Abstract

Introduction: Systemic Sclerosis (SSc) is a chronic autoimmune disease, characterized by vasculopathy, specific autoimmune, and fibrosis. Assesment of skin fibrosis by modified Rodnan Skin Score (mRSS) can not detect the minimal changes of skin fibrosis within lessthan 3 months. A biomarker is needed to assess the minimal changes of skin fibrosis progressivity with a more objective, quantitative, and rapid way. Procollagen type-1 N-Terminal Propeptide (P1NP), a degradation product of collagen type-1, may become a potential biomarker for skin fibrosis. This study aims to evaluate the correlation between skin fibrosis by mRSS with P1NP serum in systemic sclerosis.Methods: This was a cross-sectional study performed among systemic sclerosis patients at Rheumatology outpatient clinic, Dr.Hasan Sadikin Hospital Bandung, from May 2016 to July 2016. Skin fibrosis was measured by mRSS. P1NP level was determined by ELISA. Data were analyzed using Rank-Spearman Correlation.Result: There were thirty-seven subjects, with mean age 37 (SD ±7) years old. Most of subjects were female (91.9%). Subjects consisted of 23 (62.2%) limited SSc and 14 (37.8%) diffuse SSc. Six subjects (16.2%) were DMARD naïve. We found median (range) P1NP serum was 43.85 (9.81-127.90) ng/dL, while the median of MRSS was 14 (3-36). There is a moderate correlation between MRSS and P1NP serum (r=0.443, p=0.003)Conclusion: There was a significant correlation between mRSS and P1NP serum in systemic sclerosis patient at Dr. Hasan Sadikin Hospital Bandung.Keywords: systemic sclerosis, P1NP, modified rodnan skin score

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to discuss making a product that can facilitate people whose agricultural land is limited to grow vegetables. The hydroponic planting method is a method of planting plants without using growing media from the soil. By using the hydroponic method and plastic bottles as planting containers, it will be easier for people to get vegetables. Hydroponic advantages include, more efficient land use, higher quantity, and quality of production and cleaner, easier pest and disease control, Water requirements in hydroponics are less than water requirements in aquaculture with soils.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of service quality variables and promotion on customer loyalty. Decrease in customer loyalty can be seen from the number of customers who stopped due to the quality of service that has not been satisfactory and the promotion has declined. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach, this type of research is quantitative descriptive, and the nature of this research is descriptive explanatory. The method of data collection is done by interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis method used is multiple regression. The population is 147 customers, a sample of 107 customers of PT. Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk. Medan Ahmad Yani Branch. The results showed that simultaneously and partially service quality and promotion had a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty PT. Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk. Medan Ahmad Yani Branch (Deposit Products). The magnitude of the coefficient of determination is 25.5% of the variable customer loyalty which can be explained by service quality and promotion variables while the rest is explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Pengembangan kualitas perekat alami untuk industri kayu merupakan hal yang menarik untuk dikaji. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas perekat alami berbahan dasar tepung tapioka menggunakan minyak zaitun. Kandungan gugus fenol yang banyak membuat minyak zaitun berpeluang digunakan sebagai bahan aditif untuk perekat. Pembuatan perekat dilakukan dengan metode hidrolisis, oksidasi, polimerisasi dan penambahan minyak zaitun. Pengujian berupa viskositas, kandungan padatan, kuat geser kering dan basah dilakukan untuk mengetahui kualitas perekat. Hasil percobaan menunjukkan bahwa viskositas PA25% mengalami peningkatan dibandingkan dengan viskositas PA0%. Seiring dengan penambahan minyak zaitun, kandungan padatan di dalam perekat dan kuat geser kering mengalami mengalami penurunan. Reaksi polimerisasi antara monomer MMA yang digunakan dengan tepung tapioka serta penambahan minyak zaitun tidak memberikan kekuatan daya rekat yang memuaskan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kepercayaan pelanggan, kualitas pelayanan dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian property di pt bimasakti mahawira. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini mengunakan teknik slovin dalam mencari jumlah sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 101 pelanggan 30 pelanggan untuk pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian, kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian property, dan promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian property di pt bimasakti mahawira.

Abstract

Reaksi polimerisasi antara monomer MMA yang digunakan dengan tepung tapioka serta penambahan minyak zaitun tidak memberikan kekuatan daya rekat yang memuaskan.

Abstract

Novel Corona Virus (nCoV) infects human’s respiratory system. It spreads easily when an infected person makes a close contact with other people. To prevent its massive spread, it is necessary to ensure anyone coming to a certain place is not being infected. The symptoms include high body temperature (≥37.5°C) and low oxygen saturation level (≤95%). This day, most places only check the human body temperature. Thus, the authors are interested to make an attempt to design a system that is able to measure both human body temperature and oxygen saturation level. This work also applies the 7-DoF Upper-Body of Humanoid Robot to prevent virus spread from and to the employee. The system will detect the coming of visitors by using face detection. It requires 7.24 seconds to detect the visitor without a mask, and 1.26 second when the visitor wears a mask. The body temperature measurement was done using GY-906 temperature sensor with an error of 0.51%. For the oxygen saturation level measurement, MAX30100 pulse oximeter module was applied and showed an error of 0.78%. In addition, the upper-body of humanoid robot will perform some gestures to instruct the visitors in every process of the system. The implemented 7-DoF upper-body of humanoid robot has 93.33% gesture comprehension rate. In conclusion, the overall system has been tested and showed success rate up to 75%.
