Abstract

In the beginning the implementation of a plant with SCADA technology, the network is formed isolated from the outside network (LAN or Internet). So it can be ascertained that the communication that occurs on the SCADA network is safe from the threat of crackers. In fact, SCADA network allows it to be connected to the Internet, so that the data of the plant can be monitored via the Internet, so the information about the state of the plant can be monitored in realtime and can be taken quickly if it is known there are anomalies on the control system. In the research we designed a method of encryption and decryption against the lines of communication between the HMI (Human Machine Interface) and the Controller on an industrial minipant contained in Lab CSRC IT Del. Raspberry Pi is used as a gateway between the HMI and the Controller. While Algorithm RC 4 are used as the algorithm for encrypting data between the HMI and the Controller. In the results, we can use the Rapsberry Pi to secure the communication between the HMI and Controller.

Abstract

Background: Hypertension is often called a silent killer. It can cause disorders in the heart, kidney, brain and other vital organs. One of the methods to lower blood pressure is by performing meditation. Catecolamine hormones produced during meditation can make individual feels relaxed. Hence, heart beats slower. Objective: To identify the effect of meditation to the decrease of systolic blood preassure in the middle-aged elderly. Methods:This study was a quasi-experiment with two groups pre- and post-test design. Study was carried out in November 2013 at the village of Sukorejo, Sambirejo, Ngawen, Gunungkidul, Yogyakarta. Respondents of the study consisted of 30 respondents aged 45-59 years old. They were taken through a total sampling technique. Mann-Whitney U Test was employed to analyze the data. Results: The Mann-Whitney U Test showed that the average decrease of systolic blood pressure in the control group was 0,20 and was 14.72 in the intervention group (p<0.05). There was a significant decrease of blood pressure between initial and final assessments in the subject with intervention. Conclusion: There was a significant effect of meditation to the decrease of systolicblood pressure in the middle-aged elderly population. Keywords: Hypertension, Meditation, Middle-Aged Elderly

Abstract

Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) in Indonesia is very high, so that maternal health problems are a national problem. This problem needs to get top priority. The health of pregnant women is crucial for the growth of the fetus they contain. Pregnancy can cause a decrease in maternal resistance. This decrease will trigger the arrival of various diseases. For that we need a system that can identify uterine diseases quickly and accurately. This study aims to identify uterine diseases in pregnant women based on symptoms experienced. This identification is the initial information that is useful to support the decision to take preventative action. Data processed in this study were 20 patients. This data is sourced from the Sungai Melati City Clinic which goes to an obstetrician, Dr. Yandi Zulkarnaen, SpOG. The method used in processing data is Android-based Forward Chaining. The results of this study include the name of the disease, description of the disease, and treatment solutions. After testing and calculating the level of system accuracy, a good degree of accuracy is obtained from the system calculation results with an expert decision of 90% of the 20 test data. Based on the level of accuracy, the expert system is very precise in identifying uterine diseases quickly.

Abstract

ABSTRAKDalam rangka menjalankan penyaluran dana pemerintah berkaitan dengan penyaluran dana bantuan program ?Keluarga Harapan? diperlukan sebuah sistem informasi berbasis komputer yang dapat menunjang kegiatan staf/pegawai kecamatan dalam mengelola data warga sehingga hasil pengolahan data menghasilkan akurasi tinggi terhadap informasi warga kurang mampu yang berhak menerima penyaluran dana bantuan program ?Keluarga Harapan?. Penelitian ini menggunakan tabel elisitasi dalam mengalisa sistem yang dibutuhkan pengguna dan menggunakan Unified Modelling Language (UML) dalam rangka visualisasi, spesifikasi, konstruksi dan pendokumentasian sistem yang dikembangkan. Sistem program keluarga harapan dikembangkan menggrunakan bahasa PHP (Hyppertext Preprocessor) dengan database MySQL. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat mempermudah staf kelurahan dalam melakukan pengelolaan data warga sehingga pempinan dapat mengambil kebijakan penyaluran dana bantuan program ?Keluarga Harapan? dengan tepat dan akurat

Abstract

:Tesis ini berjudul Jual Beli Tanah Tanpa Menggunakan Akta Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah (Studi Putusan Mahkamah Agung Nomor: 153 PK/PDT/2005). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis status jual beli tanah yang dilakukan tanpa menggunakan akta Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah (PPAT) khususnya pada Putusan Mahkamah Agung Nomor: 153 PK/PDT/2005) dan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis dapat tidaknya pendaftaran hak atas tanah di Kantor Pertanahan untuk jual beli hak atas tanah tanpa akta Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah. Kegunaan dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai referensi atau bahan bacaan tambahan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum normatif dan tipe penelitian sinkronisasi hukum. Menurut hasil penelitian terhadap rumusan masalah yang pertama yaitu status jual beli tanah tanpa menggunakan akta Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah (Studi Putusan Mahkamah Agung Nomor: 153 PK/PDT/2005) adalah jual belinya dinyatakan sah oleh Pengadilan, tetapi Majelis Hakim tetap memerintahkan/menghukum penjual dan pembeli menghadap Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah untuk membuat Akta Jual Beli. Karena jual beli untuk tanah bersertifikat harus dilakukan di hadapan Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah. Menurut hasil penelitian terhadap rumusan masalah yang kedua yaitu jual beli tanah tanpa menggunakan akta Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah dapat melakukan pendaftaran peralihan hak atas tanah di Kantor Pertanahan, namun hal ini hanya berlaku untuk daerah-daerah terpencil yang belum mempunyai Pejabat Akta Tanah  dan belum ditunjuknya Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah Sementara.

Abstract

Introduction: "Anforce the law, or the world will be destroyed" is an appropriate expression for environmental law enforcement. Many treaties have regulated the environment, mainly deforestation, and many countries have ratified these treaties. However, implementing these regulations did not necessarily stop countries from deforesting.Purposes of the Research: Furthermore, in this research, steps that could be implemented to tackle deforestation internationally were given.Methods of the Research: This research was normative juridical research that examined an international law regulation, using qualitative analysis, and using secondary data.Results of the Research: Based on international data, many countries still carried out desertification, which amounts to thousands of hectares per year. One of the reasons for the weak implementation of treaties relating to environmental protection was the absence of coercive power from international conventions over the State's sovereign authority in forest management.Weak international environmental enforcement is caused by inadequate supervision and control as well as strong authority based on state sovereignty over forest management and utilization which depends on government policies, and the system of settlement and imposition of fines that still originate from a lawsuit

Abstract

Entering the society era 5.0, which is based on a computerized program, the Indonesian Government ratified Law No. 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation to increase the absorption of the number of Indonesian workers by creating job opportunities through investors with the ease and facilities provided by the Government, using a computer program system. This research was normative legal research that used statutory and conceptual approaches. Additionally, it used qualitative analysis, then concluded using deductive-inductive reasoning. Based on the research results, it was found that the Government formulated Job Creation Law to implement a new system in the licensing sector using the OSS (Online Single Submission) system as a business licensing system controlled by the central Government and applied to all provincial or district governments. One of the objects regulated in the Job Creation Law and using the OSS system was Spatial Planning. The first revision in spatial planning regarded the implementation, which clarified the tiered and complementary system. Furthermore, the decision-making related to the performance of regional spatial planning in the district or province was on the central Government.
