Abstract

This research objectives are first, to determine the influence of potential fiscal (local revenue, general allocation fund, sharing fund, and other official local revenues) to local economic growth. Second, to study potential fiscal impact and local economic growth to its society welfare. The study took all population as it samples (116 cities in Java), ie: local budget realization of all cities in Java from 2007-2009 and uses panel data. Lisrel 8.54 is employed to analyze to form Structural Equation Modeling. The result shows that first, local revenues and sharing fund have positive influence to economic growth, while general allocation fund and other local revenues influence negatively to economic growth. Second, local revenues, general allocation fund and sharing fund have positive impact on local society welfare, while the other local revenues have no significant impact on it.

Abstract

Embroidery in Kudus has a potential to export. Based on these, the purpose of this study was toidentify and analyze the readiness of SMEs Kudus embroidery to export their product. Themethods of collecting the data were questionnaire, Documentation, and Library Studies.Questionnaires were distributed to 45 SMEs embroidery sector as respondents. The studymethod uses multiple linier regression analysis.The multiple linier regression result shows that Y = 0.456 + 0.315X1171+ 0.216 X+0.904X4+ 0.193X5+ 0.082X. It means that result of regression gives a positive influence on theexport readiness. The coefficient of determination is 0.681 or 68.1%. It means that product,production, marketing, human resource, finance/export cost, and export procedure providepositive contribution to export readiness of 68.1% and 31.9% were influenced by others 6variables that were not examined in this study.Keyword: SMEs, Embroidery, Export Readiness

Abstract

This research analyzes the influence of job stress, compensation and organizationalculture on employee turnover intention at PT Sari Warna Asli II Boyolali. This studyuses a multiple linear regression. The primary data that used in this research iscollected from questionnaire. The total of respondents in this research is 86 peoplewho are employees of PT Sari Warna Asli II Boyolali. The empirical result showedthat (1) the low level of job stress among employees have a significant positiveinfluence on employee turnover intention; (2) the high level of compensation andorganizational culture has a significant negative influence on employee turnoverintention; (3) the job stress is the factor that has the highest influence on employeeturnover intention. The result from SPSS 16 shows that from coefficient of adjusted Rsquared(R2) reveals that the independent variable (job stress - X1, compensation – X2and Organizational Culture – X3) influence on dependent variable (employee turnoverintention – Y) amount by 65,4%. Whereas, other factors, amount of 34,6%, are notmentioned in this research.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the influence of organizational culture and work facility on employees performance at the delivery department of PT Pos Indonesia SPP Semarang. The method that used for data collection in this study were observation, questionnaires, and literature review. The total sample determination were calculated using Slovin formula. It obtained 60 sample of respondents wich were chosen by using incidental sampling. Hypotheses were constructed as four hypotheses and tested using multiple linear regression analysis. The data analysis methods that has been used in this study were Instrumental test, Classic Assumption Test, Multiple linear regression analysis, and Hypothesis Test. The results of this study find out that organizational culture and work facility are partialy had a positive significant influence on employees performance. Simultaniously, organizational culture and work facility are partialy had a positive significant influence on employees performance. Work facility had the biggest influence in increasing employees performance.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze the influence of consumption, production and gross domestic product on the volume of beef import from Australia in period 2010- 2019. This research applied explanatory research method with quantitative approach. The data sources collected from Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) and trademap.org. The sample in this research is determined by purposive sampling The study explored with multiple linear regression statistical analysis. The result showed that consumption had insignificant effect on the volume of beef import partially. Meanwhile, production had significant negative effect on the volume of beef import. Gross domestic product also had partial significant positive effect on the volume of beef import.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan kelompok ibu PKK Kinibalu Timur RW 03 Kelurahan Tandang Kota Semarang melalui pelatihan membuat, mengemas serta menjual snack ekonomis sehingga tercipta home industry yang menghasilkan snack ekonomis layak jual akan berpengaruh terhadap kehidupan ekonomi keluarga yang selama ini hanya mengandalkan pemasukan dari para suami yang dirasa kurang untuk mencukupi kehidupan sehari-hari. Sebagai pendidik, hal ini merupakan tuntutan untuk dapat membantu Pemerintah, dengan melakukan kegiatan pengabdian pada kelompok ibu PKK Kinibalu Timur RW 03 Kelurahan Tandang Kota Semarang sehingga  taraf hidupnya menjadi lebih baik. Agar snack yang dihasilkan berkualitas, maka perlu pengetahuan yang dapat menghasilkan nilai tambah, yaitu mengikuti dan melakukan pembelajaran atau pelatihan cara mengolah snack ekonomis tepat. Melatih tata cara pengemasan yang tepat agar snack enak, tahan lama dan diminati oleh masyarakat. Dalam mengolah snack ekonomis  tersebut, peralatan yang digunakan, telah disiapkan oleh Penyelenggara Pendidikan.  Adapun peralatan yang digunakan dalam mengolah snack ekonomis sebagai berikut:  Kompor, alat penggorengan,  peniris minyak, timbangan, mesin press kedap udara (sealer plastik), dsb. Kelompok usaha juga diberi pelatihan manajemen dan membantu mengurus perizinan usaha dari BPOM. Metode yang diterapkan dalam program ini adalah pelatihan, praktek dan pedampingan. Luaran yang dihasilkan adalah berbagai macam snack ekonomis yang sudah terkemas baik dan layak jual di pasaran yang dihasilkan kelompok Ibu PKK KInibalu Timur RW 03.
