Abstract

Sintesis material BiFeO 3 doping Yttrium dibuat dengan metode sol-gel. Pertumbuhan kristal BiFeO 3 pada temperature 600°Cmemperlihatkan adanya fasa BiFeO 3 dan fasa kedua Bi 25 FeO 39 dan Bi 2 Fe 4 O 9 sebagai impuritas. Bertambahnya temperatursintering, impuritas fasa Bi 25 FeO 39 berkurang disertai hilangnya impuritas fasa Bi 2 Fe 4 O 9 . Morphologi material BiFeO 3memiliki ukuran butir 700.1 nm. Analisis elemen permukaan material BiFeO 3 dengan spektroskopi photoelectron sinar Xpada pengukuran energi binding 0 – 1400 eV memperlihatkan munculnya elemen permukaan Bi pada orbital 4f 7/2 dan 4f 5/2dengan energi binding 158 eV dan 164 eV, elemen permukaan Fe orbital 2p 3/2 dan 2p 1/2 dengan energi binding 710 eV dan724 eV, elemen permukaan O orbital 1s dengan energi binding 528 eV, dan elemen permukaan C orbital 1s sebagai elemenimpuritas yang memiliki energi binding 284,5 eV.Kata kunci : BiFeO 3 , Sol-gel, kristal, morphologi, photoelectron sinar X, sintering, impuritas, energi binding

Abstract

Switching phenomenon inBIST thin film will be studiedusing bulk ferroelectric material approach. Static and dynamic  approach will be formulated by combination of Landau – Devonshire (LD) and Landau – Kalatnikov (LK) equation to determined maximum and minimum of switching current. Hysteresis loop was developed using sinusoidal electrical field  response by variation in frequency and amplitude of electrical field to describe hysteresis model of BST. Abstract

Penyesuaian kurva dengan program Delphi 6 pada Windows dilakukan untuk mencocokan hasil model dinamis Landau Khalatnikov dan kurva histeresis eksperimen dari lapisan tipis Barium Zirkonium Titanat (BZT) dengan doping Lantanum dan Indium yang di uji menggunakan rangkaian Sawyer-Tower. Serupa pada metode Rietveld pada difraksi sinar x, faktor R-Weighted Pattern (Rwp) digunakan sebagai pembanding antara hasil model dan eksperimen. Dengan memberikan variasi pada beberapa parameter seperti frekuensi, amplitudo medan listrik dan faktor skala mengakibatkan adanya perubahan pada hasil model. Hasil akhir menunjukan bahwa model cukup sesuai dengan hasil eksperimen.Keywords: Landau Khalatnikov, BZT, Sawyer-Tower circuit, Rwp

Abstract

This paper seeks to show that government policies that restrict intervention or no intervention at all in the unemployment rate become a-historical view and even irrational. The Postulat is in historical data that occurs at the time of al-Amin and al-Mamun and "initiation al-Shaybanı" -if not be called "theory of al-Shaybanı". In line with the context of the economic crisis at the time of al-Amin, the initiation of al-Shaybani which isimplemented by al-Mamun may be referred to unemployment"stabilization policy". The idea of al-Shaybani on social security establishedthe coherence with contractual policy which is substantively has six features: (1) share work and early retirement. (2) A policy in favor of the cost of labor turnover. (3) Profit sharing. (4) Low wages subsidy and a reduction in payroll taxes. (5) Subsidy of recruitment of new workers. (6) The transfer of profits. This contractual policy is voiced by Lindbeckand Snower (1988), M. Weitzman (1984).
