Abstract

ABSTRAK: Permasalahan penelitian ini adalah apakah melalui implementasi permainan penjepit baju dapat mengembangkan kemampuan kognitif anak usia dini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui melalui implementasi permainan penjepit baju dapat mengembangkan kemampuan kognitif anak usia dini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan subjek penelitian anak Kelompok A RA Diponegoro Warujayeng Kabupaten Nganjuk Tahun Ajaran 2013/2014. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus, menggunakan instrument berupa RKM, RKH, lembar penilaian unjuk kerja, lembar observasi aktivitas guru dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian siklus I 45 %, siklus II 82 %, dan siklus III 100%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut menunjukkan ketuntasan belajar anak didik telah memenuhi kriteria yang di tetapkan yaitu minimal 75%.Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa tindakan pembelajaran melalui implementasi permainan penjepit baju dapat dibuktikan kebenarannya untuk mengembangkan kemampuan kognitif anak usia dini.

Abstract

Fear of public speaking is influenced by several factors, including the factor of emotional maturity and self efficacy factor. This study aims to investigate the relationship between emotional maturity and self efficacy with public speaking anxiety in students. This research was conducted at the University of Nusantara PGRI Kediri and by quantitative (correlational) research. Sample is student counseling about 132 people. The sampling technique used is random sampling. The type of instrument used in this study of Emotional Maturity scale, scale Self Efficacy and Anxiety scale public speaking using a Likert scaling models. The results showed there was no correlation between the emotional maturity in front of public speaking (rxy = -0,094); there is a relationship between Self Efficacy with Fear of public speaking ((rxy = -0,224); and there is a relationship between Emotional Maturity and Self Efficacy with Fear of public speaking (R  = 0,043).

Abstract

This study specifically aims to analyze the contribution of need satisfaction for autonomy, need satisfaction for competence, and need satisfaction for relatedness that is associated with teacher teaching motivation. The participants of this study were 84 early childhood education programs teachers in Kediri Regency and Tulungagung Regency (100% women, Mage = 31.71 years; SD = 8.86). Data were collected using the Basic Need Satisfaction in General Scale and the Autonomous Motivation for Teaching Questionnaire presented in Indonesian language. Data analysis in this study used descriptive statistical techniques and Pearson correlation technique. The results shows that there is no significant correlation between need satisfaction for autonomy with teaching motivation (r= .043; p = .585), there is significant correlation between need satisfaction for relatedness with teaching motivation (r= .208; p = .008), and there is significant correlation between need satisfaction for competence with teaching motivation (r= .167; p = .031). Understanding teaching motivation based on self-determination may help teachers in disadvantaged areas to improve and recognize self-potential, so that teachers can develop themselves by optimizing need satisfaction as a factor that influences the teacher's activities in teaching.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the extent to which the process of learning in early childhood implement a holistic integrative process that consists of health, nutrition, education, protection and care of children. This research is qualitative research. This research was conducted in TK Negeri Pembina Grogol Kediri. Subjects were young children aged 4-5 years, amounting to 18 children. The process of collecting data in this study is a qualitative observation, qualitative interviews and documents qualitative. The data analized using an interactive model. The results of the study of holistic integrative learning analysis on TK Negeri Pembina Grogol, Kediri is generally good and meet the elements of a holistic integrative namely health, nutrition, stimulation of education, care and protection. The conclusion of this research is the analysis of integrative holistic learning meets the elements of a holistic integrative program in early childhood. Subjek penelitian adalah anak usia dini usia 4-5 tahun yang berjumlah 18 anak. Proses pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi kualitatif, wawancara kualitatif, dokumen-dokumen kualitatif. Teknik menganalisis data menggunakan model analisis interaktif. Hasil penelitian analisis pembelajaran holistik integratif di TK Negeri Pembina Grogol, Kabupaten Kediri sudah baik dan memenuhi unsur dari holistik integratif yaitu kesehatan, gizi, rangsangan pendidikan, pengasuhan dan perlindungan. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah analisis pembelajaran holistik integratif sudah memenuhi unsur-unsur program holistik integratif di PAUD. Kata Kunci: holistik, integratif, pembelajaran

Abstract

Emotional regulation can be done with cognitive and behavioral approaches. The cognitive approach explains that the emotions felt by individuals are the result of an assessment of the situation they are facing. The research objective was to describe and explore the approach to cognitive-emotional regulation of teachers in dealing with the anti-social behavior of kindergarten children. This research method is a literature study with a qualitative approach. Basically, the literature study is related to theoretical studies and other references related to values, culture, and norms that develop in the situation under study. The role of cognitive-emotional regulation that teachers can do, includes: (1) teachers can teach children's emotional regulation by responding to emotions and teaching about emotions; (2) teachers can provide guidance in emotional competence by giving examples of positive and negative emotions, how to respond to children's emotions, and manifest emotions; (3) teachers can interact with children while identifying emotions that often arise in children
