Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to know the feasibility of infographic media developed and getting a positive response from learners to developed infographic media. This research is an R & D research by following Borg and Gall 7 stage development model. Infographic media validation is done by material experts and media experts, developed infografis tested try to 45 students class X in SMA Al Azhar 3 Bandar Lampung, SMA Gajah Mada Bandar Lampung and SMA Peintis 1 Bandar Lampung. Analysis techniques in this study using descriptive statistics for qualitative and quantitative descriptive for qualitative. The results of this study indicate that infographical media is feasible to be used, as evidenced by the assessment by material experts who scored an average of 88.4% with excellent categories, judging by media experts who scored an average of 87.9% with very feasible categories. Small group trials rated an average of 87.8% and 85.6% on field trials. The physics teachers response scored an average of 97.4% with good category. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan media infografis yang dikembangkan dan mengetahu kemenarikan media infografis yang dikembangkan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian R&D dengan mengikuti model pengembangan Borg and Gall 7 tahap. Validasi media infografis dilakukan oleh ahli materi dan ahli media, infografis yang dikembangkan diuji cobakan kepada 45 peserta didik kelas X di SMA Al Azhar 3 Bandar Lampung, SMA Gajah Mada Bandar Lampung dan SMA Peintis 1 Bandar Lampung. Tekhnik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan statistic deskritif untuk data kuantitatif dan deskritif kualitatif untuk data kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa media infogrfis layak digunakan, terbukti dengan penilaian oleh ahli materi yang mendapatkan nilai rata-rata 88.4% dengan katagori sangat baik, penilaian oleh ahli media yang mendapatkan nilai rata-rata 87.9% dengan katagori sangat layak. Uji coba kelompok kecil mendapatkan nilai rata-rata 87.8% dan 85.6% pada uji coba lapangan. Respon guru fisika mendapat nilai rata-rata 97.4% dengan kategori baik.

Abstract

The aims of this research is to produce interactive digital modul based on Articulate Studio 13 on quality and interesting circle motion subject of physics learning. This is Research and Development (R&D) research by modifying 10 stages that exists into 7 stages, they are: potential and problem, information gather, product design, design validation, design revision, product testing, and product revision. The limitation of stages is done based on the need and the purpose of the research itself. Based on the result validation product, concludes that digital interactive modul of Articulate Studio13 on circle motion subject is categorized very eligible to used. The gain percentages are from physics experts are 84,67%, from learning media experts are 85,56%, and from education experts are 84,1%. Then, the product is tested on small scale and gained interesting percentage at 84,4%. Later, on large scale gained interesting percentage at 85,0%. Based on those result, it can be conclude that interactive digital modul based on Articulate Studio13 on circle motion subject of physics learning can be used as learning modul.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan produk modul digital interaktif berbasis Articulate Studio’13 pada mata pelajaran fisika materi gerak melingkar yang berkualitas dan menarik. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) dengan memodifikasi 10 tahapan yang ada menjadi 7 tahapan yaitu; potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan informasi, desain produk, validasi desain, revisi desain, uji coba produk, dan revisi produk. Pembatasan tahapan ini dilakukan berdasarkan kebutuhan dan tujuan penelitian itu sendiri. Berdasarkan hasil validasi produk, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa modul digital interaktif berbasis articulate studio’13 pada mata pelajaran fisika materi gerak melingkar diakategorikan sangat layak untuk digunakan. Persentase yang diperoleh dari ahli materi fisika sebesar 84,67%, dari ahli media pembelajaran sebesar 85,56%, dan dari praktisi pendidikan sebesar 84,1 %. Produk tersebut kemudian diujicobakan dalam skala kecil dan diperoleh persentase kemenarikan sebesar 84.4%. Selanjutnya, dalam uji coba skala besar diperoleh persentase kemenarikan sebesar 85,0%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa modul digital interaktif berbasis Articulate Studio’13 pada mata pelajaran fisika materi gerak melingkar dapat digunakan sebagai modul pembelajaran.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to produce video-based learning problem solving integrated chanel youtube light material that meets the criteria worthy .. The method used is research and development (Research and Development) which adopted from Borg and Gell where researchers took 7 stages from 10 stages which exists . This research was conducted at SMPN in Bandar Lampung, SMPN 13 Bandar Lampung, SMP Wiyatama, MTSN 1 Bandar Lampung and data collection used in this research is questionnaire given to media expert, material expert, class teacher, and student of class VIII . The type of data produced is qualitative data and quantitative data to determine the feasibility of the product. Research and development produce a valid problem-based learning video solving to be used based on the assessment of (1) the expert media validator obtains an assessment of 73.70% (2) the material expert validator obtains assessment 77.78% (3) assessment of the teacher obtained an assessment of 81.85%. Assessment of student responses on student trial conducted with small group obtained percentage value of 76,67% and uiji field trial from each school (I) 77,51%, school (II) 82,37%, school (III) 77,55% which means that the media can be accepted by students. Abstrak  :Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Untuk menghasilkan video pembelajaran berbasis problem solving  terintegrasi chanel youtube materi cahaya yang memenuhi kriteria layak..Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) yang mengadopsi dari Borg and Gell dimana peneliti mengambil 7 tahap dari 10 tahapan yang ada . Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMPN yang ada di Bandar Lampung yaitu, SMPN 13 Bandar Lampung, SMP Wiyatama, MTSN 1 Bandar Lampung dan pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa angket yang diberikan kepada ahli media, ahli materi, guru kelas, dan siswa kelas VIII . Jenis data yang dihasilkan adalah data kualitatif dan data kuantitatif untuk menentukan kelayakan produk.Penelitian dan pengembangan menghasilkan video pembelajaran berbasis problem solving  yang valid untuk digunakan berdasarkan penilaian dari (1) validator ahli media memperoleh penilaian 73,70% (2) validator ahli materi memperoleh penilaian 77,78% (3) penilaian guru memperoleh penilaian 81,85% . Penilaian respon siswa pada uji coba siswa yang dilakukan dengan kelompok kecil memperoleh nilai persentase 76,67% dan uiji coba lapangan dari masing-masing sekolah (I)77,51%, sekolah (II) 82,37%, sekolah (III) 77,55% yang berarti bahwa media dapat diterima oleh siswa.

Abstract

The recent integration of learning models in the learning process has become the focus of science education experts, especially in Indonesia, such as the adoption of the Reading-Concept Map Think Pair Share (Remap TPS) learning model. This study aims to improve the students’ cognitive abilities, and scientific attitudes through the Reading-Concept Map Think Pair Share model. The study was conducted to junior high school students by employing Quasi-experimental with Non-equivalent Control Group Design. The instruments used were multiple choice tests and observation sheets. The result of the research shows that the students’ cognitive ability is in the medium category with an N-gain value of 0.47. Based on this result, it can be concluded that the Remap TPS learning influences the students’ cognitive ability. The obtained average percentage score of the students’ scientific attitudes is 81.76% which belongs to the very good category. Thus, it can be concluded that this study provides important implications for educators to be more creative in designing learning models in order to improve the students’ cognitive abilities and scientific attitudes.

Abstract

The role of scientific and technological knowledge is needed to compete in the era of industrial revolution 4.0. One of the roles of scientific knowledge is by analyzing the scientific literacy ability of pre-service physics teachers. This research aims to find out how far the achievement of scientific literacy possesses by current pre-service physics teachers. The measurement of scientific literacy encompasses two aspects, namely, competence and knowledge aspects. The subjects of this research were thirty pre-service physics teachers from Universitas Islam Negeri Raden Intan Lampung (State Islamic University Raden Intan Lampung) selected by using purposive sampling. The research instrument used in this research was a test of scientific literacy ability. The data analysis techniques used consisted of data reduction, data display, and verification. The result of the study indicated that some indicators of scientific literacy skills need to be improved. The results showed that there were differences in the achievement of literacy skills in each indicator. In the aspect of competence, the indicator of Indicating Scientific Issues aspects of competence covers identifying issues scientifically (poor), explaining phenomena scientifically (good), using scientific evidence (poor). The aspects of knowledge: content Knowledge (good), procedural knowledge (poor), epistemic knowledge (moderate). Overall the scientific literacy ability of the pre-service physics teachers has not shown satisfying results. It can be concluded that pre-service physics teachers’ literacy ability should be improved. A special strategy is needed that can improve the scientific literacy skills of prospective physics teachers so that the students who will teach in the future also could have good scientific literacy skills.

Abstract

The development trend of technology and information at this time should be used by the world of education to make it as a learning tool, both outside and inside the classroom. One trend that is emerging now is the use of social media as a medium of learning. Social media will be focused to develop is a media Instagram, in which can contain images and text content. The study was conducted with the aim of producing instructional media products that meet the necessary criteria. The research is the research and development method undertaken by several stages, a preliminary investigation, gathering information, product design, product validation, testing is limited to the user, and product revision. Based on the stages that made learning media product obtained declared fit and is needed by learners after validating and testing the product. Validation linguists gained 84%, the design of 82.67%, 86.67% materials, and media gained 87.14%. Meanwhile, based on the scoring is obtained 90.83%.Tren perkembangan teknologi dan informasi saat ini seharusnya bisa dimanfaatkan oleh dunia pendidikan untuk menjadikannya sebagai sarana pembelajaran, baik itu di luar maupun di dalam kelas. Salah satu tren yang sedang muncul saat ini adalah pemanfaatan media sosial sebagai media pembelajaran. Media sosial yang akan difokuskan untuk dikembangkan adalah media instagram, yang di dalamnya bisa memuat konten gambar dan tulisan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan menghasilkan produk media pembelajaran yang memenuhi kriteria yang dibutuhkan. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan yang dilakukan dengan beberapa tahap yaitu melakukan penelitian pendahuluan, mengumpulkan informasi, desain produk, validasi produk, ujicoba terbatas kepada pengguna, kemudian revisi produk. Berdasarkan tahapan-tahapan yang dilakukan diperoleh produk media pembelajaran yang dinyatakan layak dan sangat dibutuhkan oleh peserta didik setelah melakukan validasi dan ujicoba produk. Validasi ahli bahasa memperoleh 84%, desain 82,67%, materi 86,67%, dan media memperoleh 87,14%. Sementara itu, berdasarkan penilaian pengguna diperoleh sebesar 90,83%.

Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to; 1) Determine the feasibility of learning media in the form of a pop-up box based on problem solving as a media for learning physics, 2) to know the attractiveness of learning media in the form of pop-up box based on problem solving as a medium of physics learning. This research is an R & D research that adopts the development of Borg &Gallyang has been modified by Sugiono. Subjects in this study are students class VIII SMPN 5 Bandarlampung, SMP WIYATAMA Bandarlampung and MTS Al-Huda JatiAgung with data collection instruments used in the form of questionnaires given to material experts, media experts, educators physics junior high school to test the quality of media learning and questionnaire response learners to know the interest / response of learners to learning media developed. The type of data generated is qualitative data which is analyzed by guidance criteria of rating category to determine product quality using Likert scale. The results of this study are; 1) Produce a pop-up box product as a learning medium; the product quality that has been developed is "very feasible" with percentage based on expert material appraisal, 89,67% by media expert equal to 89,77% and educator of junior high school with percentage equal to 91,11%; 2) Student response conducted with small group trial and VIII class trial in 3 (three) schools with 95.47% feasibility percentage and field trials in 3 (three) schools each at SMPN 5 Bandarlampung 92,54%, SMP WIYATAMA Bandarlampung 95,50%, and MTS Al-Huda JatiAgung 93,6%.Keywords: Research and Development, Learning Media, Pop-Up BoxAbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk; 1) Mengetahui kelayakan media pembelajaran berupa kotak Pop-up berbasis problem solving sebagai media pembeljaran fisika; 2) Mengetahui kemenarikan media pembelajaran berupa kotak pop-up berbasis problem solving sebagai media pembelajaran fisika. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas VIII SMPN 5 Bandarlampung, SMP WIYATAMA Bandarlampung  dan MTS Al-Huda Jati Agung dengan instrument pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa angket yang diberikan kepada ahli materi, ahli media, tenaga pendidik fisika SMP untuk menguji kualitas media pembelajaran dan angketr espon peserta didik untuk mengetahui ketertarikan/respon peserta didik terhadap media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan. Jenis data yang dihasilkan adalah data kualitatif yang dianalisis dengan pedoman kriteria kategori penilaian untuk menentukan kualitas produk menggunakan skala Likert. Hasil penelitian ini adalah; 1) Menghasilkan produk berupa kotak pop-up sebagai media pembelajaran; kualitas produk yang telah dikembangkan adalah “sangat layak” dengan persentase berdasarkan penilaian ahli materi, 89,67% oleh ahli media sebesar 89,77 % dan tenaga pendidik SMP dengan persentasese besar 91,11%; 2) Respon pesertadidik yang dilakukan dengan uji coba kelompok kecil dan uji coba lapangan kelasVIII di 3 (tiga) Sekolah dengan persentase kelayakan 95,47% dan uji coba lapangan di 3 (tiga) Sekolah masing-masing sebesardi SMPN 5 Bandarlampung 92,54%, SMP WIYATAMA Bandarlampung 95,50%, dan MTS Al-Huda Jati Agung 93,6%.Kata kunci :Penelitian dan Pengembangan, Media Pembelajaran, Kotak Pop-Up

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the Discovery Based Unity of Science (DBUS) learning model with the SETS approach on students’ critical thinking skills during the covid-19 pandemic. The essay test instrument used in this study amounted to 9 questions. The research was conducted at MTs Hasanuddin Bandar Lampung. This study uses a quasi-experimental method. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling, with class VIII A as the experimental class and class VIII B as the control class. The research data were tested using normality, homogeneity, and hypothesis testing. The results of the N-Gain test in the experimental class showed results of 0.53 in the medium category, while in the control class the results showed 0.16 in the low category. Based on the research data, it was found that the data were normally distributed and homogeneous, so a t-test was carried out with a significant level of 0.05. The results show that tcount>ttable, which is 2.04>2.03, which means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This shows that there is a significant influence on the application of the Discovery Based Unity of Science (DBUS) learning model with the SETS approach to students’ critical thinking skills during learning in the covid-19 pandemic era

Abstract

COVID-19 harms the implementation of learning at various levels, including at Islamic universities. Students at Islamic universities must use e-learning for several months until the COVID-19 outbreak ends. Students are also required to have Higher-Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) to solve problems. They are also required to have Pro-Environmental Behavior (PEB) related to COVID-19. Previous research has developed a Higher-Order Thinking Skills Assessment based on Environmental Problem (HOTS-AEP). The purpose of this research was to describe an implementation of e-learning, HOTS, and PEB on students during the COVID-19 outbreak. The method used was descriptive through the survey technique. This research was conducted in March 2020. The instruments used were questionnaires on e-learning and HOTS-AEP related to COVID-19 (HOTS-AEP-COVID-19). Meanwhile, to measure PEB, PEB-COVID-19 was used. All instruments were constructed using Google Form and were distributed to 137 respondents via social media. The results showed that the implementation of e-learning was generally effective (27.74%) and quite effective (43.07%) even though some problems were encountered. Other results showed that students’ HOTS were in the poor category (26.20) while the PEB was in the excellent category (84.82). it can be concluded that e-learning during the COVID-19 outbreak has gone well although some innovations are needed. Besides that, HOTS needs to be improved while PEB needs to be maintained.
