Abstract

Abstrak. Salah satu usaha yang dapat ditempuh untuk mengoptimasi penggunaan sumber daya air, terutama untuk menghasilkan energi, ialah dengan melakukan optimasi terhadap pengelolaan suatu waduk. Masalah yang tersulit dalam memanfaatkan kelebihan debit dan mengoptimalkan pengelolaan waduk terletak pada ketidakmampuan untuk mengantisipasi besarnya debit air pada masa yang akan datang, maka perlu dibuat model untuk memperkirakan debit inflow dengan menggunakan model “Kontinu Hujan Debit Regresi Linier Ganda” dan “Model Diskrit Chain Markov”. Hasil dari kedua model selanjutnya dapat digunakan pada model optimasi waduk dengan Program Dinamik Bellman. Dalam model Chain Markov dilakukan penyederhanaan besaran debit air yang masuk waduk dengan membaginya menjadi 3 klas yang digunakan untuk menelusuri runtun kejadian debit air pencatatan historik. Dari hasil proses komputerisasi yang didasarkan pengujian sensitifitas model optimasi Bellman terhadap debit sintetis hasil model kontinu Regresi Linier Ganda dan Diskrit Chain Markov, maka trayek optimum yang paling aman dipergunakan adalah trayek optimum pada kondisi ekstrim kering (klas 0), karena dengan menggunakan trayek tersebut dapat mengatasi kondisi waduk dalam keadaaan kritis (defisit air), sedangkan trayek optimal pada kondisi debit normal dan debit ekstrim basah tidak dapat mengatasi kondisi waduk dalam keadaan kritis.Abstract. One way reached is to determine mulberry of water volume in reservoir, especially to produce energy, by accomplishing optimization to manage reservoir. Difficult problem to utilize flow surplus and optimal to manage water reservoir is placed in uncapability to anticipate mulberry of water discharge in future. Remember such problem it can made prediction model of flow of water using “Flow of Water Rain Continue of Multiple Linear Regrestion model and “Discret Chain Markov Model”, so it can predict flow of water that enter Saguling Reservoir in next month based on data of hydrology and unit previously. Result from both model is examined to optimization model of Bellman Dynamic Program. In Chain Markov model is performed simplicity mulberry of water debit which enter to reservoir and divide it become 3 class. From result of computerization proses based on sensitivirty testing using Bellman Optimization model to synthesis flow of water by continue model of Linear Regression and Discret Chain Markov model, so the protected optimum route that using is the optimum route in extreme dry condition (Class 0), because by using such route can undertake critical reservoir condition (water deficit), whereas the optimal route in normal flow of water condition and extreme wet flow of water condition is not finish a critical reservoir condition.

Abstract

Salah satu kemampuan yang perlu dimiliki dan dikembangkan oleh siswa adalah kemampuan pemahaman matematis. Permasalahannya, kemampuan pemahaman matematis siswa masih rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil perbandingan kemampuan pemahaman matematis siswa yang mendapatkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Rotating Trio Exchange (RTE) dan pembelajaran konvensional. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuasi eksperimen dengan populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Garut dengan sampel dipilih secara acak sebanyak dua kelas yaitu kelas VII-A sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas VII-B sebagai kelas kontrol. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil kelompok eksperimen yang pembelajarannya menggunakan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe RTE lebih baik dengan peningkatan rata-rata hasil pre-test dan post-test dari 15,42 ke 42,24. Sedangkan kelas kontrol yang pembelajarannya menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional dengan peningkatan rata-rata hasil pre-test dan post-test dari 14,93 ke 32,93. Dengan demikian siswa yang pembelajarannya dengan RTE  lebih baik dibandingkan dengan siswa yang pembelajarannya dengan pembelajaran konvensional.

Abstract

The K-13 curriculum has been implemented since July 2013 in several Indonesian schools and might have been in effect in all school arround 2014. The study was aimed to obtain information regarding teachers’ difficulties in impelemnting the curriculum 2013. The research was descriptive explorative research by means of qualitative data gathering which conducted from July 2016 to January 2018. The data on teachers’ difficulties in implementing the curriculum 2013 were gathered by means of interviews, observation, and focus discussion with elementary school teachers and the vice principals of curriculum in Tangerang City Indonesia. The result of the study showed that in implementing the curriculum 2013 , the teachers had more difficulties the content standard 35.2%, the process standard 25.3%, the assessment standar 20.0%, The teacher and educational personal standar 4.2%, the infrastructure standard 4.2%, the management standard 4.2%,the graduate compotence standard 3.90%, and the funding standard 3.0%. The highest of them is the difficulty in understanding the implementation standard, the second on processes standards and third on assessment standards. This reseacrh is expected to lead to an outcome that will answer the needs of the community that the curriculum 2013 requires a lot of improvements and development so that all the problems found can be solved.

Abstract

This study was conducted to develop an interactive animation learning media in the fifth grade science learning of balanced nutritional food material in Pondok Pucung 01 Elementary School, South Tangerang. Data was collected through documentation techniques, interviews, questionnaires and validity. The analysis technique used is qualitative and quantitative analysis. Validation of this animated interactive learning media is guided by four aspects: 1) aspects of content and content, 2) aspects of display, 3) aspects of use and presentation, and 4) aspects of language. Validation by two media experts resulted in scores of 3.33 (very good) and 3.63 (very good). Validation carried out by two material experts in grade V SD produced scores of 3.66 (very good) and 3.36 (very good). Animated interactive learning media obtained a mean score of 3.49 from the score range 1-4 and included in the category "very good". This shows that the interactive interactive learning media developed are very suitable for use as elementary school science learning media.

Abstract

The field of Indonesian Manpower, the low competence of manpower makes it increasingly difficult for workers to find work. Vocational education which is more oriented on expertise and mastery of practice can be a solution to reduce unemployment and prepare workers in the Era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 and global labor market competition. This study aims to analyze the readiness of the Indonesian government in improving the quality of human resources through technical vocational education and training. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Primary data collection is done through FGD mechanism and questionnaire distribution. From the results of the study it can be concluded, reforms need to be made to the technical vocational education & training system, among them; relating to the provision of infrastructure and equipment to support the use of industry 4.0 technology, the creation of Vocational high School that have advantages and graduates needed by the labor market, avoiding overlaps between vocational high School, vocational training center and polytechnic, and the empowerment of associations, industry and society in improving the vocational system. Improvements to the technical vocational education & training system need to be supported by a sustainable funding system including through the Unemployment Benefit and Skill Development Fund

Abstract

The germination period is a critical phase of abiotic stress, including salinity stress. Invigoration can be done to reduce the effect of salinity stress and speed up the germination process. This research was aimed to find out the effect of invigoration to mitigate salinity stress of soybean seed germination. This research was conducted in the Greenhouse of Faculty of Agriculture, Siliwangi University. The experiment was arranged in a randomized block design with factorial patterns and three replications. First factor was the level of salinity of seawater, consisted of 3 levels ( 0% = EC= 0,6 mS cm-1; 10% =EC = 7,69 mS cm-1 ;and 20% = EC =11,4 mS cm-1). The second factor was invigoration, which consisted of 4 levels (water as control, mangosteen peel extract, turmeric extract, and mixture of mangosteen peel extract + turmeric extract with a ratio of 1:1). Results showed that there was no interaction effect between the invigoration and salinity stress on all parameters observed, but there was an independent effect of invigoration on soybean vigor and salinity stress. The salinity stress had a significant negative effect on seed germination. The invigoration of mangosteen peel extract or turmeric extract was able to maintain soybean seed vigor under salinity stress conditions. Therefore the invigoration could mitigate the effect of salinity stress of soybean seed germination.
