Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara parsial dan simultan pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal dan manajemen konflik terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan angket. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara komunikasi interpersonal dan manajemen konflik secara parsial maupun bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini memberi kontribusi kepada seluruh kepala sekolah di Indonesia agar meningkatkan kinerja guru melalui komunikasi interpersonal dan manajemen konflik yang baik

Abstract

This study aims to determine : 1) how the role of teachers in the implementation of the 2013 curriculum , 2) what are the determinants of the 2013 curriculum implementation , 3) the implementation of the 2013 curriculum can optimize the role of teachers . The results showed that the role of teachers at SD Negeri 1 Rantau Sialang in implementing the 2013 curriculum, namely teachers as implementers , teachers as adapters , teachers as curriculum developers and teachers as curriculum researchers. The teacher is not only the implementer of the curriculum, but also as the alignment of the curriculum with the characteristics and needs of students and regional needs. The supporting factors in the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum at SD Negeri 1 Rantau Sialang include the availability of facilities and infrastructure such as syllabus, lesson plans, teacher handbooks and student textbooks. Inhibiting factor, namely the unpreparedness of the 2013 Curriculum. This is because there are still many obstacles and obstacles. However, SD Negeri 1 Rantau Sialang itself is ready or not ready to implement the 2013 Curriculum in compliance with the orders of the Ministry of Education and Culture. Implementation of the 2013 Curriculum can optimize the role of teachers in SD Negeri 1 Rantau Sialang . This is the use of methods in learning that must be adapted to the material to be taught and the conditions of the students themselves when participating in the teaching and learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe: 1) the relationship between learning outcomes and student management, 2) the relationship between the motivation to learn to write in Indonesian and student management, 3) the relationship between learning outcomes and motivation to learn to write using Indonesian language against student management. The results of the study stated: 1) there is a relationship between Learning Outcomes and Student Management; 2) there is a relationship between the Motivation of Learning to Write Using Indonesian and Student Management; and 3) there is a relationship between Learning Outcomes and Learning Motivation on Student Management at Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kecamatan Jirak Jaya.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe: 1) the relationship between Learning Strategies and Student Learning Outcomes, 2) the relationship between Learning Interest and Student Learning Outcomes, 3) the relationship between Learning Strategies and Learning Interests on Student Learning Outcomes. The results stated: 1) there is a relationship between learning strategies and student learning outcomes; 2) there is a relationship between interest in learning and student learning outcomes; and 3) there is a relationship between learning strategies and interest in learning towards student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of principal leadership and teacher professionalism on teacher performance. This type of research is a quantitative research design using ex post facto research design. The sample in this study was the total of all teachers in Public Senior High Schools in Sekayu District which consisted of 112 teachers. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used quantitative descriptive analysis techniques and multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that 1) there is a significant influence between principal leadership on teacher performance; 2) there is a significant influence between teacher professionalism on teacher performance 3) there is a significant effect of principal leadership and teacher professionalism together on teacher performance.

Abstract

The goal of this research is to see the impact of teacher competence and student motivation on the results of student learning. The unsatisfactory outcomes of student learning at SD Negeri 14 Kayuagung inspired this. An explanatory approach with data survey techniques by questionnaires is the analysis method used. The study sample was 246 Kayuagung grade 2 to 6 SDN 14 students. The instrument was tested using a scale from Likert. Path analysis is the data analysis methodology used. Random sampling was used in the sampling method. The results of the study show that: (1) In general, the definition of teacher competence, which is pedagogical competence, affects learning outcomes in the low category of teacher competence perceived by students. (2) The motivation of students to learn is still in the low range, not ideal for excitement and ability to learn. (3) Some students also have scores below KKM and need care from the teacher and the growth of the school's academic potential.

Abstract

The aims of the study are to determine the effect of principal academic supervision and work commitment together on the quality of learning. The location of this research was carried out in all public elementary schools in Sekayu District, Musi Banyuasin Regency. This type of research is a quantitative study with a determination design using an ex post facto research design. The sample in this study was the total of all teachers of public elementary schools in Sekayu District, Musi Banyuasin Regency, consisting of 143 teachers. Data collection techniques were questionnaires, documentation and observation. The data analysis technique used quantitative descriptive analysis techniques and multiple regressions. The results of this study state that [1] there is an effect of the principal's academic supervision on the quality of learning; [2] there is an effect of teachers professional competence on the quality of learning; [3] there is a joint effect of principal academic supervision and teacher professional competence on the quality of learning

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe: 1) the effect of teacher competence on student learning achievement; 2) the influence of the School Environment on Student Learning Achievement; and 3) the influence of teacher competence and school environment together on student learning achievement. This research uses quantitative methods. The results of the study state that: 1) there is an effect of teacher competence on student learning achievement; 2) there is an influence of the school environment on student achievement; and 3) there is an influence between Teacher Competence and School Environment together on Student Learning Achievement.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of principal managerial competence and teacher performance on student achievement. The location of this research was carried out in SD Negeri all Babat Supat District. This type of research is a quantitative study with a determination design using an ex post facto research design. The sample in this study was the total of all teachers in SD Negeri in Babat Supat District, consisting of 174 teachers. data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used quantitative descriptive analysis techniques and multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that 1) there is a significant influence between the managerial competence of the principal on the learning achievement of the students of SD Negeri in Babat Supat District; 2) there is a significant influence between teacher performance on student achievement in SD Negeri in Babat Supat District; 3) there is a significant influence jointly between principal managerial competence and teacher performance on student achievement of SD Negeri in Babat Supat District.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to decide whether the leadership and motivation of school principals has a very important impact on the performance of high school teachers in the PlakatTinggi District. The theoretical analysis presented is the concept of leadership, the understanding of motivation, the understanding of the principal and the success of the instructor, whereas the research approach is a method of study with a survey method, descriptive quantitative approach, data collection strategies are carried out randomly or randomly. A sample of 63 teachers was taken randomly from a population of 83 teachers. 1) descriptive quantitative analysis technique; and 2) multiple regression, the data analysis technique used. The results of the study suggested that 1) there was a major influence on teacher performance among the leadership of the principal; 2) there is an impact on teacher performance Significant impact on teacher performance between work motivation; and 3) there is a significant impact on teacher performance jointly between key leadership and work motivation
