Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kinerja keuangan dan corporate social responsibility (CSR), terhadap nilai perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian adalah seluruh perusahaan perbankan go public yang berjumlah 43 bank, namun berdasarkan kelengkapan data maka hanya 22 bank yang menjadi sampel dengan periode pengamatan 2011 – 2015. Variabel independen adalah kinerja perusahaan  (Non performing loan(NPL), Loan to Deposit Ratio(LDR), Return On Assets(ROA), Capital Adequacy Ratio(CAR), dan Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR), sedangkan variabel dependennya nilai perusahaan (Price Book Value). Analisis data yang digunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ROA memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan NPL, LDR, CAR, dan CSR tidak memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau apakah variabel faktor budaya, sosial, pribadi dan psikologis berkaitan terhadap keputusan pembelian di Cafe Cangkir Klasik Jember. Peneliti menggunakan variabel bebas yaitu faktor budaya, sosial, pribadi dan psikologis. Menggunakan variabel terikat yaitu keputusan pembelian. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah Cafe Cangkir Klasik Jember. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengunjung Cafe Cangkir Klasik Jember. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik Accidental Sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakann data primer berupa kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada responden sebanyak 100 responden. Hasil dari data kuesioner selanjutnya dianalisa dengan menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, pendekatan regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis berupa uji simultan (F) dan parsial (t) dengan taraf signifikasi α = 5% dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 16,00. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa faktor budaya, sosial, pribadi dan psikologis berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial maupun secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian di Cafe Cangkir Klasik Jember. Hasil analisis statistik uji t diperoleh bahwa variabel faktor budaya (X1) menunjukan nilai signifikasi 0,020, variabel faktor pribadi (X3) menunjukan nilai signifikasi 0,000, variabel faktor psikologis (X4) menunjukan nilai signifikasi 0,038. Hasil  menunjukan bahwa variabel faktor budaya, sosial, pribadi dan psikologis secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan:  menguji signifikan relationship marketing inputs yang mencakup understanding customer expectation, building service partnership, total quality management, dan empowering employees terhadap customer loyalty (loyalitas mahasiswa). Pada penelitian ini mengambil sampel 100 mahasiswa yang sedang menempuh pendidikan di fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Muhammadiyah Jember. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah Accidental Sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh informasi sebagai berikut:   analisis regresi berganda, diperoleh hasil bahwa secara serentak understanding customer expectation, building service partnership, total quality management, dan empowering employees berpengaruh signifikan terhadap customer loyalty (loyalitas mahasiswa). Sedangkan secara parsial understanding customer expectation, building service partnership, total quality management dan empowering employees berpengaruh signifikan terhadap customer loyalty (loyalitas mahasiswa).

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada karyawan Rumah Sakit Umum Kaliwates (RSUK) Jember. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan Rumah Sakit Umum Kaliwates (RSUK) Jember. Dalam penelitian ini data dikumpulkan dengan alat bantu berupa observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner terhadap 70 responden dengan teknik purpossive sampling, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi responden terhadap masing-masing variabel. Analisis yang digunakan meliputi uji instrumen data (uji validitas, dan uji reliabilitas), analisis regresi linear berganda, uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas dan uji heteroskedastisitas) , dan uji hipotesis (uji t, koefisien determinasi). Dari hasil analisis menggunakan regresi dapat diketahui bahwa variabel stres kerja (0,589), lingkungan kerja (0,244) dan kompensasi (0,163), semuanya berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dari uji t diperoleh hasil stres kerja (0,000), lingkungan kerja (0,000) dan kompensasi (0,003), semuanya berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Abstract This aimed to describe the performance of PD. Madiun Umbul Square in 2014 using Balanced Scorecard method. The problem in this research covers financial problems in the form of the decline in the company earnings and nonfinancial problems faced by service management. Municipal companies that have a goal in financial and nonfinancial matter need performance measuring tools to measure the performance aspect of those goals. The research used descriptive type with quantitative approach. The research was focused on the measurement of four variables in Balanced Scorecard i.e. financial perspective, pelanggan perspective, internal business perspective, and learning and growth perspective translated in the performance indicators. The location of research was at PD. Madiun Umbul Square. Informants were selected using purposive and snowball sampling, and the respondents were all employees of PD. Madiun Umbul Square. Data were collected using questionnaire, unstructured interview and documentation. Validity and reliability of data were examined by using product moment correlation and internal consistency. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis by analyzing the data obtained from the four performance variables in balanced scorecard and described without generalization. The results showed that the performance of PD. Madiun Umbul Square from financial perspective variable was 21.78% with very good performance criteria, from pelanggan perspective variable was 27% with very good performance criteria, from internal business perspective variable was 19.51% with good performance criteria, and from learning and growth perspective variable was 20.21% with good performance criteria. It was concluded that the performance of PD. Madiun Umbul Square in 2014 was in good criteria but had experienced a decrease in performance compared to that in 2013; only pelanggan perspective variable met performance target.

Abstract

Abstract This research was intended to describe the amount of potential tax revenue of sand and gravel in Lumajang Regency and to projection in 2013-2017. Lumajang Regency is greatly well-known as the finest producer of sand in Indonesia. However, tax revenue realization of sand and gravel increasingly declined. The unusualness is more and more clearly seen when seeing the fact that the streets are full of large trucks loaded with sand and gravel, causing traffic jam and damaging the national roads. Thus, the tax revenue of sand and gravel should increase instead of decrease. The research type used was descriptive with quantitative approach. Determination of informants was by purposive sampling technique. The type of data collected was primary data collected by interview and observation, while the secondary data were collected by documentation and literature study. Methods of data analysis used potential analysis with macro- and micro- approaches and projection. The research results showed that the potential of sand and gravel tax in Lumajang Regency was very good; however, its realization was very low. The average revenue ratio and the potential was only 6.65% of the potentials that existed in the field, meaning that the tax paid by miners/taxpayers of sand and gravel was very small than expectation. Identification of sand and gravel tax was categorized left-behind as well as mining and excavation sector. The 2013-2017 projection was still relatively small because the forecast was based on revenue realization of non-revenue potentials.

Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to evaluate the program of the Movement to Build a Village Based Society Economy inCandisari village, Sambengsub district. This descriptive research employed a qualitative approach. Theinformants were determined purposively. Research data were collected through observation, interview, anddocumentation. Data were analyzed by using interactive analysis of Miles and Huberman which consistedof data reduction, data presentatio n, and drawing conclusion. To test data validity, researchers used sourcetriangulation. The theory used in evaluating the Movement to Build a Village Based Society Economy wasWilliam N Dunn's evaluation theory. Based on the findings, from the six William N Dunn criteria used toevaluate, only two were fulfilled namely leveling and accuracy. While the other four criteria, namelyeffectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, and responsiveness were still poor. This condition was due to severalfactors, namely the la ck of optimal effort of government in implementing the program and overcoming theepidemics. This condition happened because the Calina Papaya program was not included in the RoadMap of the Office of Food Crops, Plantation, and Horticulture.Keywords:pro gram evaluation , GEMERLAP
