Abstract

This research was conduded through a qualitative approach to find informafion conceming the ability of teachers in doing reflective leaming. Data was gathered through surveys to S1 PGSD students and PKP sypervisors involved in the implementation of the PKP program in Bandung Regional Center Unit. Observasions was also conducted at the location of PKP guidance during tutorial sessions in 2008.1 academic year. Analysis using SWOT method revealed that most teachers already do reflection learning concepts taught in accordance with the guidance of the PKP. The results also revealed that the guidance conducted by the supervisor is still less in providing opportunity for students to share experiences and to practice making scientific work. School facilities, infrastructure and time limited guidance represents a serious challenge for students in archieving the success of leaming reflection. lt is suggested that program S1 PGSD UT to develop altemative models to be used to facilitate supervision of teachers to be able to play a role as active learners, creafive and capable of social adaptation. Through this model teachers are expected to be able to share knowledge and experiences with fellow teachers and supervisors in learning reflection and rn practicing to write a report concerning the results of learning refiection.

Abstract

Diare merupakan buang air besar dengan konsistensi cair (mencret) sebanyak tiga kali atau lebih dalam sehari(24 jam). Biasanya merupakan gejala infeksi gastrointestinal, yang dapat disebabkan oleh berbagai organismebakteri, virus dan parasit. Penyakit diare merupakan penyakit endemis di Indonesia dan juga merupakanpenyakit potensial Kejadian Luar Biasa (KLB) yang sering disertai dengan kematian. Penelitian ini bertujuanuntuk mengetahui hubungan antara sanitasi lingkungan dengan kejadian diare pada balita di wilayah KerjaPuskesmas Andoolo Utama Kabupaten Konawe Selatan Tahun 2018. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalahobservasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional study. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 425 balitadengan besar sampel sebanyak 206 balita. Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat dan analisis bivariatdengan uji chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara pengelolaan air minumdengan kejadian diare pada balita (p-value= 0,799> 0,05), ada hubungan antara ketersediaan jamban keluargadengan kejadian diare pada balita (p-value= 0,001< 0,05), tidak ada hubungan antara pengelolaan air limbahdengan kejadian diare pada balita (p-value= 0,531> 0,05) dan untuk pengelolaan sampah hasil analisis tidakdapat di uji statistik (p-value = -). Kesimpulan yang didapatkan yaitu terdapat hubungan antara kepemilikanjamban keluarga dengan kejadian diare pada balita yang dipengaruhi oleh masih banyaknya jamban yangbelum memenuhi syarat kesehatan. Pada masyarakat sebaiknya bisa menjaga kebersihan jamban mereka. Halini dikarenakan sangat banyak banyak bakteri berbahaya yang timbul di WC sehingga kebersihannya harusselalu diperhatikan. Jamban yang tidak bersih dapat menjadi sumber persebaran bakteri penyebab penyakit dilingkungan rumah. Kata Kunci : Diare, Balita  Air Minum, Kepemilikan Jamban

Abstract

Research on the level of apprehension and self efficacy of Universitas Terbuka’s students to E-learning was aimed at investigating the level of apprehension and self efficacy to e-learning as well as to prove the reasearch hypothesis that the apprehension stages has a significant corellation to the level of self efficacy in using e-leaning. The population of the study was Universitas Terbuka’s students registered to courses that offer online tutorials. The sample was choosen by a purposive random sampling technique from students from 4 faculties and magister program taken courses offered by online tutorial and registered by the most of the students. The result of the research gave a general picture of students’ self efficacy in using the Internet make use of e-learning in their study activities was considering in average category. The average score of students’ capability of using Internet was 3.73 from 6 Likert scale. The highest score of students’ capability in using the Internet was their ability in reading text. On the other hand, capability that considered low was students’s capability in creating a simple web page using teks, pictures, and links. The students’ awareness in using e-learning for their learning activities was varied. Based on 54.76% students who were using e-learing , 2.38% were in management stage, 21.43% at consequence stage, 9.52% in collaboration stage, and 21,43% in refocusing stage. The findings suggest a positive correlation between the students’ self-efficacy level in using Internet with their awareness in using e-learning.

Abstract

This article was written based on research to produce a model and assessment system of teachers' teaching ability, which can be utilized by teacher education institutions, especially teacher distance education institusion. This research needs to consider the need for: (1) the development of teaching ability that can improve students' high thinking ability, (2) assessment model which is relevant to learning achievement, (3) the implementation of various and feasible assessments for students, and (4) application of learning achievement model and system by taking into account the spread of domicile of students who attend the distance education program. The data were collected through expert evaluation of teaching ability and teaching skills assessment models and focus group discussions with the academic staff involved in the implementation of assessment in distance education. The nature of the research is descriptive qualitative, supplemented with quantitative data. An assessment model for primary&nbsp; teaching ability resulted by the research, for effective implementation, stipulates the provision of: (1) class for practice and performance test and laboratory for practicum; (2) mentors/instructors, examiners, and IT staff with adequate quantity and quality; as well as (3) guidelines and procedures as reference of all parties involved in the implementation of the assessment. Artikel ini ditulis berdasarkan penelitian untuk menghasilkan model dan sistem asesmen kemampuan mengajar guru, yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh lembaga pendidikan guru, khususnya lembaga pendidikan guru jarak jauh. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mempertimbangkan perlunya: (1) pengembangan kemampuan mengajar yang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi siswa, (2) model asesmen penilaian yang relevan dengan capaian pembelajaran, (3) pelaksanaan asesmen yang bervariasi dan feasible bagi mahasiswa, serta (4) penerapan model dan sistem asesmen capaian pembelajaran dengan mempertimbangkan ketersebaran domisili mahasiswa yang mengikuti pendidikan jarak jauh. Data dikumpulkan melalui evaluasi pakar terhadap rumusan kemampuan mengajar dan model asesmen kemampuan mengajar serta melalui focus group discussion dengan staf yang berkepentingan dengan pelaksanaan asesmen dalam pendidikan jarak jauh. Analisis data/informasi dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif sesuai dengan jenis data yang dikumpulkan. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa model hipotetik untuk asesmen kemampuan mengajar mahasiswa-guru Program S1 PGSD menuntut penyediaan: (1) kelas untuk praktik dan ujian praktik serta laboratorium untuk praktikum; (2) pembimbing/instruktur, penguji, dan staf IT dengan jumlah dan kualitas yang memadai; serta (3) pedoman/panduan dan prosedur sebagai acuan semua pihak yang terlibat dalam pelaksanaan penilaian.&nbsp; &nbsp;

Abstract

Curriculum plays an important role in realizing future generations that are useful for the nation and state. Who has the nature of responsibility, creative, innovative, and become an expert. The curriculum is the heart of a school and the school is the heart of society and the society is the heart of the nation. So that the nation will advance if it has high quality and high quality of human resources. However, curriculum development often finds many problems that require consideration and solution from the discussion of definitions, scope, characteristics, principles, objectives, concepts, as well as curriculum development and as well as learning and character education which are emphasized in the national curriculum. The understanding of character, components, elements, goals, functions, principles, character values, methods of character education concepts, to curriculum problems and character education learning is so important for us to understand.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of children's skills in aspects of language, which is seen when children communicate with friends or people around him because of the lack of vocabulary so that it is the teacher's job to pay more attention and be able to stimulate these deficiencies appropriately. Therefore this study aims to determine efforts to improve language skills of early childhood through the field trip method. This study uses classroom action research methods, in this study to improve the language skills of teacher children using the method of field trips, this research procedure which includes planning, implementing actions, observations, and reflections. then to the conclusion of this study the results obtained in the first cycle of teacher skills utilizing field trips in the school environment, it appears that children are still lacking in language can be seen from the way communication is done by children with friends and teachers, vocabulary and the composition of words in expressing something is still incomprehensible and not yet arranged. Therefore, the study continued in the second cycle phase and obtained better results, namely an increase in children's language that is seen when children are asked to retell experiences that have been felt during working tours and children are able to reach the indicators set by the teacher so that the research succeeds until cycle phase II.Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya keterampilan anak dalam aspek bahasa di TK Al Muhajirin, yang terlihat saat anak melakukan komunikasi dengan teman ataupun orang disekitarnya. dan minimnya kosa kata yang dimiliki sehingga menjadi tugas guru juga untuk lebih memperhatikan dan dapat menstimulasi kekurangan tersebut dengan tepat. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya dalam meningkatkan kemampuan bahasa anak usia dini melalui metode karya wisata. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Prosedure penelitian ini yaitu meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. kemudian untuk kesimpulan penelitian ini  diperoleh hasil pada setelah melalui dua siklus, siklus I dilakukan dua kali pertemuan dan terlihat kemampuannya dalam bahasa masih kurang yang dilihat dari cara anak melakukan komunikasi yang dilakukan dengan teman maupun guru, pembendaharaan kata dalam mengungkapkan sesuatu masih kurang dapat dipahami dan belum tersusun. Oleh karena itu penelitian dilanjutkan pada tahapsiklusII dan diperoleh hasil yang lebih baik yakni terdapat peningkatan pada bahasa anak yang terlihat saat anak diminta menceritakan kembali pengalaman-pengalaman yang sudah dirasakan selama berkarya wisata dan anak mampu mencapai indikator yang ditetapkan oleh guru sehinnga penelitian berhasil sampai tahap siklus II.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine differences in the use of methods of cooperative towards mathematics learning outcomes. The research method used was experimental, with a sample of each group of 20 people, who were taken using purposive random sampling technique. The instrument used is a multiple choice test instrument as many as 20 questions. Test requirements on the data analysis is using test Liliefors normality test and homogeneity test using the F test (Fisher), and the results were normal distribution of data as well as meet the test of homogeneity of the data that is homogeneous, so it can proceed with a comparative analysis of non-parametric statistics. Hypothesis test results showed that the value tacount = 6.83506 and ttabel value for ? = 0.05 and df = 38 by 2.02; which means there are significant cooperative learning methods on learning outcomes in mathematics. For further recommended that teachers strive to prepare cooperative learning methods, so that the process of learning mathematics can be both effective and efficient.Keywords: methods, learning outcomes, mathematics

Abstract

Information and Communication Technology (ICT) promotes any possibilities ofimprovement of the quality of instruction. Internet-based instruction or virtuallearning is an example of the implementation of ICT in instruction. Theintegration of virtual learning into the face-to-face instruction enables the qualityof instruction to improve, in addition to increase the eficiency and effectivity ofinstruction. There are factors that should be consider in integrating virtuallearning into the face-to-face instruction in order to achieve the qualityinstruction. Besides that, in order to make effective integration of virtual learninginto the face-to-face instruction, there should be changes in learning paradigm, aswell as in systems of work operation and structure of organization. Teachers’ andstudents’ ICT literacy are also required to make the success of the integartion ofvirtual learning into face-to-face instruction. This paper describe the definition ofvirtual learning, the advantages and the limitation of implementation of virtuallearning in instruction, as weel as the conditions that should be consider in orderto effectively integrate virtual learning into face-to-face instruction. Thedescription will be preceded by the development of ICT implementation ininstruction and ended by conclusion and recommendation.

Abstract

AbstraksiMajelis Taklim membuktikan bahwa ada ragam kegiatan yang dapat diberdayakan bersama para anggotanya, disamping kegiatan keagamaan. Majelis Taklim juga dapat digerakkan menopang pemberdayaan ekonomi, pelestarian alam dan aktifitas sosial lainnya. Penyuluh Agama Islam (PAI) sebagai pelaksana pembinaan keagamaan, harus memiliki kapasitas untuk mendorong Majelis Taklim tumbuh sebagai gerakan sosial. Dalam hal ini, pengelolaan Majelis Taklim secara profesional menjadi sebuah keniscayaan. Abstract Majelis Taklim proves that there are various activities which can be empowered with the members, outside of religious activities. Majelis Taklim can also becoming a sustain economic empowerment, natural conservation and other social activities. Religious Counselor of Islam (PAI) as the executor of religious guidance, must have the capacity to push the Majelis Taklim growing up as a social movement. In this case, management of Majelis Taklim professionally becomes a necessity.

Abstract

Abstract— Health is the most important part for humans, little disturbed health would hinder the daily activities. Lately a lot of people who complain about problems in digestion. Indigestion can occur in young children, adults, and the elderly. This disorder occurs due to several factors such as unhealthy diet, habits, infections and disorders of internal organs. Lack of knowledge about the disease sufferers do not know how to manangani gastrointestinal disease, so patients preferred to trust a doctor or specialist to help manage and provide solutions to the disease. To resolve the above problems, the authors designed an application that expert systems. In the expert system to detect gastrointestinal diseases is designed to remove the ability of a specialist (doctor), into an expert system. This application is supported by the use of Forward Chaining so for people who will carry out the diagnosis can choose one of your symptoms and ends at a conclusion (the disease is detected), the presence of an expert system application authors hope to assist in detecting and providing solutions of disease detected and can save time and costs for patients. Intisari— Kesehatan merupakan bagian terpenting bagi manusia, sedikit saja kesehatan terganggu akan menghambat pada aktivitas sehari hari. Akhir-akhir ini banyak sekali masyarakat yang mengeluhkan masalah pada pencernaannya. Gangguan pencernaan bisa terjadi pada anak kecil, dewasa, dan usia lanjut. Ganguan ini terjadi karena beberapa faktor diantaranya pola makan yang kurang sehat, kebiasaan hidup, infeksi maupun gangguan organ dalam. Kurangnya pengetahuan tentang penyakit ini para penderita tidak tahu bagaimana cara untuk manangani penyakit saluran pencernaan, sehingga penderita lebih mempercayakan kepada dokter atau pakar untuk membantu menangani dan memberikan solusi terhadap penyakit tersebut. Untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan diatas, penulis merancang suatu aplikasi yaitu sistem pakar. Pada sistem pakar untuk mendeteksi penyakit saluran pencernaan ini dirancang untuk memindahkan kemampuan seorang pakar (dokter), ke dalam suatu sistem pakar. Aplikasi ini ditunjang dengan penggunaan metode Forward Chaining sehingga bagi penderita yang akan melakukan diagnosis bisa memilih salah satu gejala yang dirasakan dan berakhir pada suatu kesimpulan (penyakit yang terdeteksi), dengan adanya aplikasi sistem pakar penulis berharap dapat membantu dalam mendeteksi dan memberikan solusi dari penyakit yang terdeteksi dan dapat menghemat waktu dan biaya bagi penderita. Kata kunci : Kesehatan, Saluran Pencernaan, Sistem Pakar
