Abstract

This study investigates the impact of firm financial performance on stock price which is concluched on the banking industry list in the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The length of the study is eight months. The sample usedin this study is 13 firms and variables used are EPS, PER, DPR, ROE, and ROA. The data obtained from Indonesian Stock Exchange. Ordinary Least Square (OLS) is employed in this study. The result reveal that apart from EPS, PER DPR, ROE have no significant impact on stock price.

Abstract

The lack of analytical, critical and creative attitudes occurs because of the mindset of students or their teaching staff. This explanation is the basis for why researchers try to study with the aim of making a Comparative Study Model for Research Methodology Courses in Improving Student Competencies to Arrange Final Projects in PTS (Private Universities) in Lubuklinggau City and Musi Rawas Districts. The research population of 5,604 students spread across well-known private Universities in Lubuklinggau City and Musi Rawas District, researchers took a sample of 1%, with a uniform distribution. The researcher uses the frequency crosstab analysis (cross percentage), for the comparative type the researcher uses the technique of One Sample T Test, Independent Sample T Test, and One Way Anova. Research results (1) There are differences in each PTS in the application of learning models in general; (2) There is no difference in each PTS in the application of specific learning models, both the parametric approach model and the micromorph approach model; (3) There are differences in student competencies in each in terms of physical competence; and (4) There are no differences in student competencies in each in terms of intellectual competence; personal; social; and spiritual.

Abstract

Purpose - This study aims to determine the effect of the stock price with interest rate and the exchange rate as an independent variable.Design/methodology - The analysis period was 24 months starting from 2013 to 2014. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis.Findings – The results showed that variable interest rates and exchange rates have a significant effect on stock prices with a coefficient of determination of R2 15.3%. The parsial test showed that interest rates variable have a significantly effect on the price of shares in the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) with the obtained results of data processing test obtained t arithmetic ≤ t table (0.003 ≤0,05) H0 is rejected. Then rate variable also significantly influence stock prices by the results obtained test data processing obtained t arithmetic ≤ t table (0.007 ≤0,05) H0 is rejected. This means that interest rates and exchange jointly affect the price of shares in real estate companies and property in the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Social Service Office of Musi Rawas Regency with the aim of research to determine the effect of work discipline and supervisors on employee performance partially. This type of research used quantitative methods of data sources used primary data, data collection techniques used questionnaires with research respondents as many as 44 employees. Data analysis techniques used simple linear regression, test the correlation coefficient and t test. multiple linear regression, test the coefficient of determination and F test. the test results show that the effect of work discipline on employee performance in the Social Service of Musi Rawas Regency shows that the level of the relationship coefficient is strong. The partial test (t test) of the tcount of 11.426 and ttable of 1.684 shows that there is an influence of work discipline on employee staff at the Musi Rawas District Social Service.Effects of Supervision on Employee Performance at the Social Service of Musi Rawas Regency. X, the value of R or Multiple R is 0.530 indicating that the level of the relationship coefficient is strong. Partial test (t test) value of tcount of 13.522 and t table of 1.684 that there is an influence of supervision on the performance of employees at the Social Service Office of Musi Rawas Regency. + b2X2, the regression equation is Y = 43.236 + 0.735X1 + 0.340X2. R2 value is 0.631 means that the determination coefficient value is 0.631, the level of relationship is included in the medium category. Test F value of F count is 35.041 and Ftable is 3.230, there is the influence of work discipline and supervision of employee performance at the Social Service of Musi Rawas Regency.

Abstract

Provision of credit facilities have a level of risk that the possibility of credit can not be billed, then it is necessary the correct credit analysis by employee cooperatives. Referred to as problem loans because the debtor has a delay in returning the credit. Bad credit should be quickly resolved to avoid greater losses. The purpose of this study is to find out how the analysis of bad loans using the method 5c on the cooperative savings and loan "RIAS" P1 Mardiharjo. The method used in this research is observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis method used is qualitative method is a non-statistical analysis that helps in research. During 2011 up to 2015, the percentage of nonperforming loans in the "dressing and lending cooperatives" is 0.65% and 2.27%. When compared to the percentage of the maximum limit of bad loans determined by Bank Indonesia of 5%, then the performance of savings and loan cooperatives "2011-2015" is said to be good. The cause of credit in the cooperative savings and loan "riass" of which from the debtor who is likely due to his business less smooth, stuck, even bankrupt, due to the character of the debtor is less good, and or because of the lost guarantee that causes the debtor does not pay. From internal cooperatives due to human error, fictitious credit, and / or misalignment of credit analysis. From other parties due to natural disasters or can also be due to technological developments.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is: how the internal control system of credit provision is applied to PT. Mandiri Tunas Finance. The purpose of the study was to find out the application of the internal control system to the lending process at PT. Mandiri Tunas Finance (MTF) Lubuklinggau City. the data collection technique used is observation while the data analysis technique uses qualitative methods. The results of the study indicate that the evaluation of the process of granting credit to PT. Mandiri Tunas Finance (MTF) of Lubuklinggau City both in terms of documents, organizational structure, authorization system, sound practices and competent human resources which includes procedures or standard operating procedures

Abstract

Financial performance is one of the factors seen by someone to assess whether a company or cooperative can be said to be healthy or not healthy, that is, from financial statements managed by the company itself. Because it is an effort to guarantee the survival of a company or cooperative. The better the financial performance of a cooperative, the better the cooperative will be. The purpose of this study is to analyze financial statements to assess financial performance in terms of profitability and activity ratios on Primkopti Mura Lubuklinggau. From the results of the study obtained that: profitability ratio when referring to industry standards Primkopti Cooperative is still relatively unhealthy this is due to the large costs associated with sales and taxes that are high in that period and the lack of supervision from superiors in the preparation of financial statements. Likewise with the activity ratio when viewed from the calculation of the indicators and refers to the prevailing industry standards, there are Primkopi Mura Cooperatives that are healthy and some that are less healthy in every aspect of it. This is influenced by employee performance factors, as well as collection of accounts receivable from customers which are often eliminated by the Cooperative. Therefore the profit earned by the Cooperative is not as expected. Keywords: Financial Performance, Profitability Ratio with indicators in it and Activity ratios with indicators in it.

Abstract

The departement of woman growthing and children protection, and citizen growthing in Lubuklinggau City, and the first information who received means that the competation of worker in there must be increased, the special for their job description, the worker haven’t had the experience who sitcble with their position. According to the quality of result work have been maximal tyhe of the work durring this time. The purpose of this research are 1). to know the quality result work ini thw Departement of Women growthing and children protection, and 2). tho know the strelegly to incluade repair the result of working in the Departement of Woman Growthing and Children Protection and citizen growthing in Lubuklinggau city. The collecting sample used interview and observation method. The analysis sample use the descriptive method. The result of this reserrch are 1). the quality of the work in the departement of womwn growthing and childrenprotection and citizen are still good, it can be show the approch of their result work, 2). The strategy of inereving to repaired the result work inwomwn growthing children protection and citizen growthinng in Lubuklinggau City increaived the factulity and skill worker by fullewed trainning and enchment to incluade ther compection.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan hubungan industrial di PT. Bumi Beliti Abadi yang meliputi, fungsi serikat pekerja, peran serikat pekerja, cara menyelesaikan perselisihan hubungan industrial dan penerapan perjanjian kerja bersama di PT. Bumi Beliti Abadi. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara, dokementasi dan tinjauan pustaka. Analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan reduksi data, display data, dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: Bahwasanya fungsi serikat pekerja di PT. Bumi Beliti Abadi fungsi serikat pekerja di PT. Bumi Beliti Abadi sudah dilakukan sebagaimana mestinya. Akan tetapi fungsi serikat dalam melakukan pemogokan kerja dan sebagai wakil pekerja buruh dalam memperjuangkan saham dalam perusahaan belum dilakukan.peran serikat pekerja yang di PT. Bumi Beliti Abadi sudah dilakukan tapi belum cukup optimal. Mekanisme penyelesaian perselisihan hubungan industrial di PT. Bumi Beliti Abadi sudah dilakukan dengan benar. Hanya pada tahap pengadilan hubungan industrial bahkan ke mahkamah agung (jalur hukum) belum pernah terjadi dikarenakan perselisihan tersebut bisa tuntas pada musyawarah untuk mufakat. Penerapan PKB di PT. Bumi Beliti Abadi sudah diterapkan dan ada juga yang belum diterapkan. Sedangkan pada isinya ada sebagian hak pekerja yang belum dicantumkan atau pada penjelasannya bisa mengakibatkan salah tafsir. Kelemahan daripada hasil penelitian ini yaitu tidak melakukan penelitian yang sifatnya membandingkan antara perusahaan yang kurang optimal dan sudah optimal tentang hubungan industrialnya, sehingga didapatkan standar optimal yang sebenarnya. Belum melakukan pemilihan pada salah satu perselisihan, serikat pekerja atau penerapan perjanjian kerja bersama saja agar mendapatkan hasil yang sifatnya lebih spesifik (fokus pada satu objek).

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Kelurahan dalam wilayah Kecamatan Lubuklinggau Utara II Kota Lubuklinggau, adapun tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai kelurahan secara simultan dan secara parsial, sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai kelurahan dalam wilayah Kecamatan Lubuklinggau Utara II Kota Lubuklinggau sebanyak 74 pegawai. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pengujian regresi linear berganda, uji koefisien determinasi, uji F dan uji t. adapun hasil penelitian dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebagai berikut: 1) Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai kelurahan dalam wilayah Kecamatan Lubuklinggau Utara II Kota Lubuklinggau. Uji parsial (Uji t) dilakukan untuk membuktikan hipoPenelitian apakah pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai dalam wilayah Kecamatan Lubuklinggau Utara II Kota Lubuklinggau bahwa > dan juga sig sebesar 0,001 < 0,05 sehingga dapat diketahui bahwa pengaruhnya signifikan. Maka dengan demikian dapat diambil kesimbulan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Artinya Terdapat pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai Keluruhan dalam Wilayah Kecamatan Lubuklinggau Utara II Kota Lubuklinggau 2) Pengaruh budaya kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai kelurahan dalam wilayah Kecamatan Lubuklinggau Utara II Kota Lubuklinggau. bahwa > dan juga sig sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga dapat diketahui bahwa pengaruhnya signifikan. Maka dengan demikian dapat diambil kesimbulan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima.
