Abstract

Kota akan selalu berhubungan erat dengan perkembangan lahan baik dalam kota itu sendiri maupun pada daerah yang berbatasan atau daerah sekitarnya. Wilayah perkotaan identik dengan permukiman padat. Dari tahun ke tahun kebutuhan akan lahan permukiman semakin banyak seiring dengan peningkatan jumlah penduduk. Tingginya jumlah penduduk berpengaruh juga terhadap volume sampah domestik yang dihasilkan. Sampah merupakan salah satu penyebab rusaknya lingkungan kota jika tidak dikelola dengan baik. Permasalahan mengenai sampah tidak dapat lepas dari kehidupan dan lingkungan kehidupan manusia. Untuk mengetahui estimasi volume sampah domestik di Kecamatan Banjarmasin Selatan menggunakan analisis spasial SIG (Sistem Informasi Geografis). Objek studi adalah Kecamatan Banjarmasin Selatan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu interpretsi citra dan Survei lapangan untuk mengetahui jumlah penduduk rata-rata perumah mukim yang kemudian di proses pada program ArcGIS 10.3 dan penyajian peta berserta informasinya. Dalam hasil survey lapangan dan proses pengolahan data menggunakan sistem informasi geografis menghasilkan peta kepadatan penduduk, estimasi volume sampah di Kecamatan Banjarmasin Selatan. Total volume sampah yang di hasilkan seluruh kelurahan adalah 479,4 m3/hari. Untuk jumlah kelurahan yang paling banyak menghasilkan sampah ialah Keluarahan Pemurus Dalam sebanyak 74,9 m3 sedangkan untuk kelurahan yang paling sedikit menghasilkan sampah ialah Kelurahan Kelayan Barat sebanyak 23,6 m3.

Abstract

Irrigation network is one of the infrastructure needed in an effort to improve the quality and quantity of agricultural production. This can not be separated from the conditions of good irrigation channels and proper maintenance. In the construction process of the Batang Alai Selatan irrigation area which is the purpose of the construction of the D.I irrigation network information system in South Batang Alai In the form of a website that can be accessed online. This study uses 2 data collection methods, namely: primary obtained from the results of tracing irrigation networks taking coordinates of buildings and channels using GPS Map directly in the field, and secondary data obtained from data sourced from official documents from relevant agencies. From the 2 data, the writer can build an Online Information System for D.I Batang Alai. The results of this research are in the form of Web-based Geographic Information System in South Batang Alai which consists of (i) job progress data, (ii) inventory data (iii) realization data and (iv) map of irrigation areas that can be accessed online to enable users to see network positions irrigation in detail. This website is designed using a dynamic display using the programming language PHP and MySQL as database processing and using an online system provided that the device must be connected to the internet network. Abstract

Production of agricultural products will depend on the area of ​​land used as land for farming. If the area of ​​agricultural land shrinks, the productivity of the land will be low, and conversely if the area of ​​agricultural land is expanded then the productivity of the land will increase. Banjar District, South Kalimantan Province is known as one of the rice producers and suppliers for most of the South Kalimantan region, even its agricultural products are also sent to meet the rice needs of other regions such as Central Kalimantan, East Kalimantan, and some areas in Java. This study aims to calculate the deviation between rice production with rice needs for the population regarding to rice production factors, and then apply geospatial analysis for calculation results in each district administration area using Geographical Information System. The results showed that Banjar in 2016 had rice production surplus 85,847.2 ton and in 2017 also had rice production surplus 69151.74 ton. This result shows that in 2016 and 2017 Banjar still fulfill the riceneeds for the population. However, after analyze in each sub-district, there are sub-district that has low rice production compare to the. This is influenced by several factors including the increase in population and the reduction in the area of ​​land planted with rice commodities in Banjar. This creates a lack of equal distribution of rice production in the sub-districts in Banjar
