Abstract

Customer loyalty has been recognized as the dominant factor in a business organizations success.Therefore it has received considerable attention in both marketing and management theory and practice.This article describes factors that determine customer loyalty and explores the essential strategic considerations for companies contemplating the development of loyalty initiatives. It also establishescustomer satisfactions, service quality, institutionimage, and switching barrier are cultivated in a mannerthat leads to loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine what are the factors that led to the use ofpirated software among students. To determine the relationship of using pirated software amongstudents views by consumer characteristics included age, sex, and spending each month.Thepopulation in this study were students who use pirated software. Sampling was done with accidentalSampling. Samples taken in this study were students who use pirated software or software thathappens to be found in the current study sample and the samples taken in this study as many as100 people. Since this amount exceeded the minimum sample of 96 people. Based on data analysishas been done, the writer can conclude: Factors attitude and motivation factors are factors thatinfluence the use of pirated software among students who are able to explain 30,189% and 18,416%.For variable attitudes by age and sex have nothing to do with piracy committed by students. If byspending a month it has to do with piracy committed among students. For motivation variablebased on the characteristics of age and sex have nothing to do with piracy committed by students.If based on the characteristics of spending per month it has to do with piracy committed amongstudents.

Hal ini sebabkan karena terdapat pro-kontra terkait kebolehan praktik ini dalam transaksi barang maupun jasa. Salah satu keuntungan dari produk ini adalah memungkinkan minimalisir biaya distribusi produk yang dipasarkan sangat minim bahkan sampai ke titik nol. Sehingga tidak diperlukan biaya distribusi. Dengan melakukan telaah atas literatur yang relevan, penulis berkesimpulan bahwa dalam menyikapi bisnis MLM, perlu adanya wawasan dan pemahaman yang utuh dan mendalam (kaffah). Sebab segala bentuk bisnis, termasuk MLM, pada dasarnya adalah boleh jika tidak ada hal-hal yang dilarang oleh syariah. Namun jika terdapat unsur-unsur yang diharamkan, maka bisnis tersebut haram hukumnya.Kata Kunci: Multi-Level Marketing, Ekonomi Islam, Syariah Islam.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to analyze the factors - factors that can affect employeesatisfaction and working discipline in PT. PLN (Persero) AREA Surakarta. The researchmodel that will be used in this research is a model of a tiered structure. The results ofthis study indicate that the style of leadership is not a positive influence on the discipline of work, organizational commitment positively affects work discipline, organizational commitment has positive effect on job satisfaction. Variability construction work discipline can be explained by the variability of the construct of leadership styles, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction. Model influence leadership style and organizational commitment to job satisfaction produce R-square values show moderate models, it means that the job satisfaction construct variability can be explained by the variability of the construct of leadership style and organizational commitment.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to analyze the influence of organizational commitment, achievement orientation and effort on job performance and job satisfaction. The total sample of 80 employees of PT Perkebunan Nusantara V (Persero) with purposive sampling. Based on the data analysis can be concluded that organizational commitment influences the job performance, as well as achievement orientation, achievement orientation influences the job performance. Meanwhile, the Effort does not have significantly on the job performance. This is because at that time of the study of human resource management system associated with the consequence of Effort which has not been implemented. This condition is also influenced by individual effort which has not reflected the effort from all job performances, remembering job performance results obtained from group performance subvention. Organizational commitment significantly has greater significantly on job performance than achievement orientation. This study also found that job performance has influence on job satisfaction and job satisfaction has influence on organizational commitment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kualitas produk, harga, promosi dan lokasi terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam membeli makanan dan minuman di warung HIK. Populasi penelitian ini adalah masyarakat di wilayah Kota Surakarta dan sekitarnya yang pernah menikmati layanan warung HIK di Kota Surakarta. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 102 orang responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diambil menggunakan wawancara terstruktur dengan bantuan kuesioner. Analisis data yang diggunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah kualitas makanan, harga dan promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian makanan dan minuman di warung HIK, sedangkan lokasi berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian di warung HIK di Kota Surakarta. Pelaku usaha warung HIK harus meningkatkan kualitas produk dengan mempertimbangkan harga yang sesuai serta melakukan promosi sehingga dapat bersaing dengan warung HIK lainnya.

Abstract

Providing health care to patients, hospitals greatly relies on the presence of a nurse. This makes the nurse as a reliable resource as the spearhead of hospital services to patients. Each activity hospitals, nurses also always had an important role. The nurses performance is one indicator of performance hospital as a service industry that always rests on the human resources of competence. Purpose of this research to determine the effect of motivation, organizational culture and organizational commitment to the nurses of performance at the Dr. Moewardi General Hospital in Surakarta. The research method of multiple linear regression with simple random sampling technique. The population is a nurse in the Emergency Ward, Mawar Ward I, II and Melati Ward I, II , III, at Dr. Moewardi General Hospital in Surakarta as many as 100 people. There was effect motivation, organizational culture and commitment organizational to the nurses of performance at Dr. Moewardi General Hospital in Surakarta with P-value of 0.001 and r of 0.52.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the organizational culture at the Muhammadiyah Islamic Boarding School. This research method includes qualitative research with the object of research is the Islamic Boarding School Modern Imam Syuhodo Sukoharjo. This study's collection method was obtained by seeking information from high-ranking informants and distributing questionnaires filled out by respondents at the Muhammadiyah Islamic Boarding School. Data collection techniques are carried out by interview, observation, and documentation supported by OCAI instruments. The results of the Leadership Research show that from the point of view of the leadership's assessment of the current dominant organizational culture, namely clan culture (40) and hierarchy (23). The data obtained shows that there is a significant difference between clan and hierarchy. The research results concluded that clan is the dominant culture for the current organizational culture and the dominant culture for the expected culture. At the same time, the hierarchy becomes the dominant culture in the second position. Then the organization needs a greater sense of kinship and better regulations to maintain organizational stability.
