Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Erosion hazard, to look for conservation of bio - mechanical techniques are appropriate . Research methods with overlies topographic maps, soil maps, land use maps, to obtain a Land Unit Map. Determined soil physical properties (texture, structure, permeability) and chemical properties of soil (soil organic matter), slope, slope length, broad of land unit, crops factor and value conservation factors that have been there for Land Unit. Each land unit is determined the amount of land erosion and erosion hazard level. Erosion hazard level is determined based on soil erosion, and soil depth. Erosion hazzard level is used to determine the bio-mechanical conservation, according Hardjowigeno and Sukmana (1995). The results showed that the highest erosion hazard level with an area of 12.947 ha is classified weight (Land unit 15A), and the classification of an area of 14.665 ha is clssified moderately (Land unit 6A). Soil conservation is done in areas with highest erosion hazard level by making individual terraces and “kerandang” planted as a cover crops.

Abstract

Politeknik Sains & Teknologi Wiratama Maluku Utara merupakan salah satu instansi yang bergerak di bidang pendidikan yang menerapkan teknologi informasi dalam membantu kegiatan operasionalnya, sistem pelayanan pendaftaran dan informasi penerimaan mahasiswa baru masih bersifat konvensional dimana calon mahasiswa baru tersebut harus datang ke kampus tersebut untuk melakukan pendaftaran, dilain sisi informasi yang lain yang berhubungan dengan pendaftaran sampai kelulusan calon mahasiswa tersebut harus datang untuk menanyakan lansung ke panitia dan melihatnya dipapan pengumuman sehingga dianggap kurang efektif. Dalam penelitian ini jenis data yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah data sekunder, yaitu jenis data yang di dapat dari dokumen yang dijadikan sebagai referensi. Sumber data yang di dapat oleh peneliti yaitu pada objek penelitian di Politeknik Sains & Teknologi Wiratama Maluku Utara. Sistem ini dapat mempermudah admin dalam pengolahan dan pengelolaan data calon mahasiswa baru. Abstract

Purpose: Testing the effect of financial performance consisting of CR, DER, ROA, TATO on stock prices with Financial Distress as the mediating variable. Research methodology: The data are secondary data in the form of financial reports. This research method uses Path Analysis, and to analyze the data using the SPSS version 25 program. Sample of 16 companies listed on the BEI in 2014-2018. Results: CR, ROA affect FD while DER, TATO do not affect FD. Only TATO has a direct effect on stock prices. FD with the Altman Z score method only indicates the DER. Limitations: The historical data used is limited, 5-year time series and the variables: six variables and Altman Z Score method. Contribution: Non-bank SOEs pay attention to CR, DER and ROA that have not influenced share prices and maintain the performance of TATO. SOE must conduct FD analysis, which is an early warning system, solutions can be found immediately if predicted will experience financial difficulties in the future. Abstract

Bahan bakar merupakan salah satu kebutuhan yang sangat penting bagi kehidupan sehari-hari dengan penggunaan yang sangat signifikan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendapatkan bahan bakar alternatif berbasis biomasa dengan metode pirolisis lambat. Pada proses pirolisis lambat menggunakan variasi suhu 250°C, 300°C, dan 350°C. Suhu optimum minyak hasil pirolisis serut gergaji kayu akasia diperoleh pada suhu 300°C. Minyak hasil pirolisis dari serut gergaji kayu akasia yang dihasilkan memiliki karakteristik fisika yakni viskositas 4,62 cSt, densitas 0,99 gram/mL, dan pH 3,53 serta mengandung komponen senyawa fenol, alkohol, keton dan senyawa asam organik. Dari senyawa komponen yang diperoleh adalah dominan mengandung senyawa fenol yang merupakan hasil degradasi lignin. Fuel is one of the needs that is very important for everyday life with a very significant use. This research wasconducted to obtain biomass-based alternative fuels using slow pyrolysis method. The slow pyrolysis process usedtemperature variations of 250 °C, 300 °C, and 350 ° C. The optimum temperature of the oil from the acaciasawdust pyrolysis was obtained at 300 °C. Pyrolysis oil from acacia wood saw drawnings produced has physicalcharacteristics e.g. viscosity 4.62 cSt, density 0.99 g/ mL, and pH 3.53 and contains components of phenoliccompounds, alcohols, ketones and organic acids. From the component obtained, phenolic compounds was found tobe dominant which was produced as the result of lignin degradation.
