Abstract

Future competition advantage will be about business partnership team in termsofdesign service industry to obtain sufficient resources and knowledge. To do so,a good supply chain management is inevitable, and by incorporating the greenissue into new product development. The green design has increasingly consideredas systematic methodfor companies to reduce the environmental impact of theirproducts and processes while simultaneously cutting costs and increasing productmarketability. The present research proposes conceptualframework related togreen supply chain management value creation to improve design serviceperformance through several critical condition factors and critical abilityfactors.This research has adequate sample size for Structural Equation Model analysisthrough AMOS software. The results successfully construct business processsynchronization and supply-demand element realignment as a critical conditionfactors in the context of green SCM area and several ability factors as a criticalability dimension. This paper also approved the hypothesis that green supply chainmanagement value creation has positively influence design service performance.The results also cont ributes several new insight for academic as well as practicalimplication.

Abstract

Abstrak Pemanfaatan webinar (website seminar) selama masa pandemi Covid-19 ini sedang marak diikuti berbagai kalangan. Webinar yang efektif diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak positif yang bermanfaat bagi kemajuan pembelajaran di era pandemi ini. Penulis melakukan riset ini dengan maksud untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang dapat memberikan pengaruh dalam efektivitas webinar. Riset ini menggunakan metode asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hipotesis yang diajukan diuji menggunakan teknik analisis linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis didapatkan hasil bahwa kualitas jaringan internet memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap efektivitas webinar. Sementara itu, metode webinar, materi webinar, dan kualitas narasumber tidak memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap efektivitas webinar Abstract The implementation of webinars (website seminars) during Covid-19 pandemic is currently being attended by various groups. An effective webinar is expected to have positive impact that will benefit the progress of learning in this pandemic era. The purpose of this research is to understandzthezfactorszthat can affectzthe effectiveness of the webinar. This research utilizes an associative method with a quantitative approach, where hypothesis testing through multiple linear analysis technique used in this study. The results of hypothesis testing show that the quality of the internet network has played a major impact on the effectiveness of the webinar. Meanwhile webinar method, webinar material, and resource quality do not play a significant impact on the effectiveness of webinar.

Abstract

The global pandemic of the Covid-19 virus has resulted in high demand for face masks as a means of personal protection against the transmission of the virus. Several Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have started to produce their cloth masks because it is increasingly challenging to obtain surgical masks/medical masks. The planning of raw materials can determine the efficiency of production costs and profits from this business. Material Requirement Planning (MRP) is a system or concept used to manage raw material demand planning to meet the expected quantity of raw materials in production is called Material Requirement Planning (MRP). In this research, the author wants to help SMEs, especially CV. Kana Permadi is engaged in making cloth masks to manage the use of their raw materials optimally. They can reduce the cost of raw material inventory and obtain maximum profit by applying the MRP method. In addition, the authors want to know the effect of MRP on the planning of the raw material inventory of the cloth mask product. This study uses the MRP method with the EOQ technique to predict the number of raw material needs for the next period. Exponential Smoothing and Least Squares methods are used. The study results obtained the total cost of planning raw materials CV. Kana Permadi, with the conventional way from April 2020 to March 2021, is IDR 258,763,200 while using the MRP method with the EOQ technique, and the inventory cost is only IDR 46,827,179. So that the application of EOQ techniques on inventory management CV. Kana Permadi in producing cloth masks resulted in inventory cost savings of Rp.211,936,021. In addition, this study proves that the MRP technique can be used in various industries, including MSMEs engaged in convection, such as the production of cloth masks.

Abstract

UMKM menggunakan pemasaran online untuk meningkatkan pangsa pasar mereka. Ini termasuk menggunakan media internet untuk menjangkau dan melibatkan pelanggan potensial. Dengan melakukan itu, mereka dapat memperoleh porsi pasar yang lebih besar. Internet saat ini sangat mudah diakses oleh siapa saja di seluruh dunia, termasuk pemilik usaha kecil yang menggunakannya sebagai cara untuk berbagi informasi tentang produk dan layanan yang ditawarkan kepada konsumen. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana UMKM dapat menggunakan Facebook untuk memasarkan produk mereka selama pandemi COVID19. Facebook memberikan peluang unik bagi bisnis untuk terhubung dengan pelanggan mereka dan mempromosikan produk mereka. Penelitian ini akan memberikan wawasan tentang bagaimana UMKM dapat memanfaatkan platform media sosial ini untuk memastikan kelangsungan bisnis mereka selama masa-masa sulit ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperkenalkan produk UMKM kepada khalayak yang lebih luas guna meningkatkan potensi pasar. Metode penelitian kualitatif ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dan sumber data sekunder untuk menyelidiki dampak COVID-19 terhadap UMKM dan potensi media sosial untuk pemulihan. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa Facebook bisa menjadi alat yang berguna untuk meningkatkan penjualan UMKM yang terkena dampak pandemi. Sistem pemasaran digital menyediakan platform jual beli online untuk memfasilitasi transaksi antara pembeli dan pemilik UMKM. Hal ini memungkinkan pembeli untuk berinteraksi dengan penjual secara langsung, sehingga lebih mudah untuk memesan dan membeli barang dan jasa.

Abstract

Companies must have certain strategies in adapting in the new normal in order to survive. The author wants to discuss the strategy of PT. XYZ which is engaged in gas and oil mining in Sumatra to face the new normal era specifically in the field of Human Resources. This field research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with narrative analysis techniques as the data analysis technique used. PT. XYZ has a specific strategy in the field of human resources in this new normal period, including implementing a hybrid work pattern, starting to carry out offline certification pelatihan, and optimizing employee capabilities in the use of information technology systems. Companies must make plans that are flexible in facing this new normal era.

Abstract

Webinar (website seminar) banyak diminati sebagai media belajar dan pertukaran informasi pada masa pandemi. Riset ini ingin mengetahui apakah webinar masih diminati dan dianggap masih efektif sebagai media knowledge sharing di masa pasca pandemi Covid-19 ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis statistik. Pengambilan data riset ini menggunakan metode kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 66 orang mahasiswa Universitas Gunadarma. Riset ini membuktikan bahwa webinar masih tetap diminati sebagai salah satu alternatif knowledge sharing di masa pasca pandemi serta webinar dianggap masih efektif sebagai alternatif kegiatan pertukaran wawasan. Meskipun demikian proses seminar atau kegiatan pertukaran informasi lainnya di masa pasca pandemi perlu digabungkan dengan kegiatan tatap muka langsung terutama untuk seminar yang membutuhkan praktek langsung.
