Abstract

Kalembak Village located strategically on the shore of the open ocean and has open access to City Center. Marine sources are their common survival method for living. Their fishers are actively growing the family income from fishing such as fish, shells, crabs, and etc. In order for them to get customers are varied. Some of them have the ability to get tied with customers and get them to come by phone to take the morning catch, but not few have to go the extra mile to get a penny from customers. Those who go around are depending on the lucky factors through their not advance facility. Armed with a small plastic bucket to carry the fishes placed in front of their motorcycle, fishers go through the city to find those who willing to buy their catches. The writer sees this phenomenon as a constraint to fishers? value of income. The ability to catch more than their usual actually obstructed by the fact they can only carry a small amount on a plastic bucket. Through this social empowerment program, the writer has come with the solution idea for the Kalembak fishers in order to ease their mobility service. By doing a purposive sampling on a qualitative method and observation, the writer finds the data on Kalembak fishers who need enhancement on their mobilization. For result, the Kalembak fishers get to multiply and increase their usual catch and income

Abstract

TranspacLogistics Medan merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang ekspedisi muatan kapal laut dan trucking. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan promosi penjualan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada PT. Transpac Logistics. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif, jenis penelitian ini deskriptif kuantitatif, dan sifat penelitian ini adalah deskriptif eksplanatory. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda. Populasi berjumlah 224 pelanggan sampel sebanyak 144 pelanggan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan dan secara parsial kualitas pelayanan dan promosi penjualan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada PT. Transpac Logistics.

Abstract

Tolak ukur suatu proyek konstruksi berhasil adalah waktu penyelesaian sesuai dengan jangka waktu yang sudah disediakan, biaya yang minimal dan tanpa mengesampingkan mutu dalam pembangunan.  Keterlambatan pada proyek konstruksi adalah masalah yang sering dijumpai dalam penyelesaian proyek konstruksi oleh karena itu percepatan penting untuk dilakukan untuk mengatasi keterlambatan. Konsekuensi dari percepatan adalah penambahan biaya. Dalam melakukan analisis biaya akibat percepatan waktu digunakan metode Crashing. Analisis dilakukan dengan mempersingkat waktu pelaksanaan proyek dengan alternatif penambahan tenaga kerja pada kegiatan-kegiatan kritis. Pelaksanaan proyek pembangunan Kalyana Residence Paal 2 Manado setelah dilakukan perhitungan menggunakan metode Crashing dengan menambah pekerja pada kegiatan-kegiatan kritis dapat dipercepat menjadi 72 hari kerja dari perencanaan semula 90 hari kerja (15 minggu terakhir proyek). Dari crashing yang dilakukan dengan alternatif penambahan tenaga kerja pada proyek pembangunan Kalyana Residence Paal 2 Manado diperoleh hasil bahwa terjadi percepatan durasi waktu sebesar 18 hari kerja dengan penurunan biaya tidak langsung sebesar Rp. 3.154.472,82.   Kata Kunci : Percepatan waktu dan biaya, metode crashing, Kalyana
