Abstract

This  research  examined  the  influence  of  family interfere  with  work conflict  to job  satisfaction,performance and intention to leave, and also the influence of job satisfaction to performance and intention to leave. Survey conducted on 128 bank employees found several findings. First, family interfere  with  work  conflict  has  negative  influence  to  job  satisfaction.  Second,  job  satisfaction has positive influence to performance. Third, job satisfaction has negative influence to intention to leave. Fourth, family interfere with work conflict has negative influence to job performance. Fifth, family interfere with work conflict has positive influence to intention to leave.Keywords: family interfere with work conflict, job satisfaction, job performance, intention to leave

Abstract

This article is aimed to test the infunce of charisma, intellectual stimulation, inspirational motivation and individualized consideration as dimensions of transformational leadership to employee performance measured by in-role and extra role per formance.  This artcle is also examine the infuence of contingent reward and management by exception as dimensions of transactional leadership to employee performance measured with in-role and extra role performance. Five hundred and four manufacturing sector employees participated in this reseach. This research found that almost all of tranformational and transactional leadership dimensions has positive infuence to employee performance measured with  in- role and extra role performance.Keywords : transformational leadership,  transactional leadership, in-role performance, extra-role performance

Abstract

Recently, social capital becomes a popular term in business world. Researchers believe that social capital has significant influence on employee performance. However, there has not been found any research examining how social capital can be built. This article tries to fill the gap by examining the effect of leader behavior to employees’ social capital. The results find strong support for the effect of transactional and transformational leadership to relational dimension ofsocial capital, and also strong support for the effect of transformational leadership to cognitive dimension of social capital. The results do not find any support for the effect of transactional and transformational leadership to structural dimension of social capital and the effect of transactional leadership to cognitive dimension of social capital.Keywords: transactional leadership, transformational leadership, social capital

Abstract

This research is aimed to examine the influence of family role conflict  and family role ambiguity to work-family sinergy, the influence of work-family sinergy to life satisfaction and performance, and the influcene of life satisfaction to performance.269 employees from various organization participated in this research. This research has several findings. Family role conflict does not influence  work-family sinergy, Family role ambiguity has negative influence to work-family sinergy, Work-family sinergy has positive influence to life satisfaction, Life satisfaction does not influence performance, Work-family sinergy has positive influence to performance.

Abstract

Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji efek moderasi entrepreneurship education pada hubungan creativity, attitude toward entrepreneurship, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control dan entrepreneurial intention. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat umum dengan umur lebih dari 17 tahun yang pernah dan belum pernah mengikuti entrepreneurship education. Sebanyak 154 tanggapan digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis yang diajukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa creativity berpengaruh positif pada attitude toward entrepreneurship, subjective norm dan perceived behavioral control. Selain itu, attitude toward entrepreneurship dan perceived behavioral control berpengaruh positif pada entrepreneurial intention. Akan tetapi, tidak ditemukan pengaruh yang signifikan antara subjective norm dan entrepreneurial intention. Penemuan lain dalam penelitian ini adalah entrepreneurship education memoderasi secara positif hubungan creativity, attitude toward entrepreneurship, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control dan entrepreneurial intention. Hasil yang menarik dalam penelitian ini adalah didukungnya efek moderasi entrepreneurship education. Hubungan antar variable lebih kuat pada responden yang pernah mengikuti entrepreneurship education dibandingkan dengan responden yang belum pernah mengikuti entrepreneurship education. Hasil dari penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa entrepreneurship education mempunyai peranan penting dalam meningkatkan niat seseorang untuk berwirausaha.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to examine the mediating role of leader-member exchange in the relationship between organizational justice and employee performance in terms of gender. This article focuses on ATLM (Medical Laboratory Technologist) regarding organizational justice practices and the Leader-Member Exchange relationship and how these perceptions predict employee performance and how it affects employee gender. The sample used was 191 ATLM in type C hospitals in the D.I. Yogyakarta and Central Java. The results of this study will help ATLM to foster greater employee value and teamwork among employees by implementing organizational justice practices.
