Abstract

Employee job performance in an organization or company is required to contribute for the company. Competency, motivation, job satisfaction and job performance is part of human resource management which is currently a popular issue in an organization or company, both in the public and private sectors as well as widely published in journals locally and internationally. This study analyzes the supporting factors of competency, motivation and job satisfaction that affecting to job performance of employees at Aceh SMEs. This study raises some hypotheses to acknowledge the problems using survei method of 200 respondents, namely employees at Aceh SMEs, through questionnaires.The data analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) operated by Lisrel. The results of the data analysis showed that the hypothesis is acceptable. Research shows that all the independent variables simultaneously positive and significant effect on the dependent variable. Competency has the most dominant effect on job performance when compared with the motivation and job satisfaction of employees at Aceh SMEs.

Abstract

Seiring berjalannya waktu, pengembangan bisnis juga tumbuh lebih cepat. Salah satunya adalah bakery indutry, yang dilengkapi dengan pendekatan pemasaran berdasarkan pengalaman, yang bertujuan untuk memberikan konsumen pengalaman holistik melalui 5 dimensi indera, rasa, pikir, tindakan, dan hubungkan untuk mencapai tingkat kepuasan yang mempengaruhi loyalitas konsumen lebih tinggi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mendiskusikan pengaruh experiential marketing, terhadap loyalitas melalui kepuasan sebagai variabel intervening. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang makan langsung dan berusia 16 tahun ke atas yang telah melakukan pembelian setidaknya dua kali atau lebih. Metode pengambilan sampel adalah non probability sampling dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan judgmental sampling. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 220. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur dengan program AMOS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemasaran pengalaman memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan. Kepuasan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas. Dan pemasaran pengalaman memiliki efek positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas. Dengan kepuasan sebagai variabel intervening antara pemasaran pengalaman dan loyalitas.

Abstract

The recurring global financial crisis in the world requires solutions to be resolved and prevented. This paper aims to build the paradigm of the Islamic financial system and explain its solution in dealing with the financial crisis based on the main causes of the crisis. By using the inductive method and analyzing the results of previous empirical research using library research and then building a framework in order to explain how Islamic finance deal with crises in the future. This paper finds that Conventional financial systems are the main cause of the crisis, especially in behavioral, political and economic aspects. Furthermore, Islamic finance with a different nature, its attachment to the real economy and control of behavior that deviates from sharia is a solution to remain stable in the face of the financial crisisKeywords: Financial Crisis, Stability, Islamic Financial System, ParadigmKrisis keuangan global yang terjadi secara berulang di dunia memerlukan solusi untuk diselesaikan dan dicegah. Dengan menggunakan metode induktif dan menganalisis hasil penelitian empiris sebelumnya menggunakan penelitian perpustakaan dan kemudian membangun kerangka kerja untuk menjelaskan bagaimana keuangan Islam menangani krisis di masa depan. Paper ini menemukan bahwa sistem keuangan konvensional adalah penyebab utama terjadinya krisis, terutama dalam aspek perilaku, politik dan ekonomi. Abstract

Abstract. The main aim is to investigate the digital technologies supporting small and medium enterprises (SMEs) operating in creative industries in their supply chain management strategies. In the globalization era, digital marketing platforms play a significant role in increasing customer loyalty and indirectly effect on the economic growth of a community. In conjunction with its essential issue, the current study aims to investigate the role of digital marketing platforms (online media) and its structural relationship to the consumer satisfaction and loyalty in SMEs at Aceh province, Indonesia. This study designed using Quantitative analysis with a cross-sectional study through a survey questionnaire. This study involved all of the customers the SMEs products in Aceh province, Indonesia. A total of 219 customers have participated in answering the survey questionnaire via Google forms. The data analyzed using the Analysis of Moments Structure by assisting the statistical software IBM - AMOS Version 22. The digital platforms performed by using the Sobel test. The results of this study found that the digital marketing for supply chain (online media) significantly affect consumer satisfaction. Then, digital supply chain has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Also, this study found that the product review does not significantly affect the consumer loyalty. Besides that, the consumer satisfaction and the use of online media directly affect the consumer loyalty. In conclusions, this study successfully investigated the online media digital supply chain, and consumer satisfaction and its structural relationship on consumer loyalty in SMEs products that viewed as a digital marketing perspective. Then, this study comprehensively evaluated the role of digital supply chain, consumer satisfaction, and consumer loyalty in providing SME products with competitive advantages that contribute to regional economic growth. Supply chain management practices were also statistically significant, and mediated the relationship between customer satisfaction and product quality and flexibility

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pesantren Tahfizh Al-Qur’an di Kota Kendari adalah sarana yang sangat ideal sebagai tempat pembelajaran tentang agama Islam dan pelajaran lainnya yang berorientasi pada Al-Qur'an di lingkungan perkotaan seperti Kota Kendari yang dikarenakan kesibukan orang tua dalam bekerja sehingga waktu untuk mendidik anak menjadi berkurang sehingga pendidikan pesantren adalah cara yang tepat sebagai sistem pendidikan formal dan agama dapat berjalan secara seimbang sehingga dasar pendidikan terpenuhi. Konsep arsitektur ekologis adalah konsep berwawasan lingkungan, dimana memanfaatkan potensi alam semaksimal mungkin. Konsep ekologi dapat membuat suasana yang nyaman, tenang, dan indah sehingga santri dapat menghafal dan belajar di lingkungan yang baik untuk mereka. Metode pembahasan yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif yang dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan  teori-teori dari berbagai literatur, survey lapangan dan studi literatur. Perencanaan konsep bentuk dasar bangunan bersumber dari jenis bangunan yang telah direncanakan yaitu bangunan formal untuk pendidikan, bentuk dasar geometri yang menampilkan kesan formal adalah hanya bentuk persegi dengan kesan penampilan laiinya ialah tegas, dinamis dan efektif terhadap ruang. Konsep tampilan bangunan Pesantren Tahfizh Al-Qur’an ini mempertimbangkan standar-standar ketentuan tampilan bangunan secara keseluruhan sesuai standar pendidikan yang disesuaikan dengan menerapkan konsep arsitektur ekologi seperti penggunaan konsep ventilasi silang, penerapan double glass, dan solar panel. Pada ruang luar adanya banyak taman-taman banyak taman – taman sehingga para santri bisa menghafal di lingkungan terbuka dengan suasana yang tenang sehingga dapat membantu dalam proses penghafalan para santri. Di dalam area Pesantren juga terdapat kebun-kebun untuk menghasilkan kebutuhan pangan santri dan menerapkan sistem untuk pengelolaan air limbah dan pengelolaan air hujan.. Kata kunci: Pesantren tahfizh al-qur’an, arsitektur ekologi, kota kendari ABSTRACT Tahfizh Al-Qur'an Islamic Boarding School in Kendari City is an ideal facility as a place to learn about Islam and other lessons oriented to the Koran in urban environments such as Kendari City due to busy parents working at work so that the time to educate children to be reduced so that pesantren education is the right way as the formal education system and religion can run in a balanced manner so that the basic education is fulfilled.. The concept of ecological architecture is an environmentally sound concept, which utilizes natural potential as much as possible. The concept of ecology can create a comfortable, calm and beautiful atmosphere so that students can memorize and learn in a good environment for them. The discussion method used is descriptive method which is done by gathering theories from various literatures, field surveys and literature studies.The planning of the basic building concept concept originates from the type of building that has been planned, namely formal buildings for education, the basic geometric form that displays a formal impression is only a square shape with the impression that the other appearance is firm, dynamic and effective on space. The concept of the appearance of the Tahfizh Al-Qur'an School Pesantren considers the overall building display standards according to educational standards that are adjusted by applying ecological architectural concepts such as the use of the concept of cross ventilation, the application of double glass, and solar panels. In the outside space there are many parks many parks - parks so that students can memorize in an open environment with a calm atmosphere so that it can help in the process of memorizing the students. Abstract

: Indonesian political multi-parties system requires political parties to build a solid coalition in anticipating any election event, at all levels; national, regional, and local. The description of the way political parties build the relationship and how candidates seek support from a party is often described metaphorically as stages of marriage. There are few studies of metaphor in political discourse in the Indonesian context, but less attention is given to the detail of the use of the specific source domain MARRIAGE. This study aims to take a deeper look at how the marriage relationship context is used to describe the conceptual metaphor of political coalition establishment. The aim of this study is to identify the mapping principle from the Source domain of MARRIAGE to the target domain POLITICAL COALITION to pinpoint the particular properties that enable characteristics in MARRIAGE to be used as the metaphorical expressions. Conceptual Metaphor Theory (CMT) of Lakoff and Johnson (1980) and Deliberate Metaphor Theory of Steen, (2011) are used as the theoretical framework, with six news headlines about the political coalition from Indonesian online media news is purposively chosen as the data source.

Abstract

In industry, electric motors play an important role as energy for motion in equipment in the production process. During the starting process, it can draw currents up to 5 to 7 times the nominal current when working normally. So that it can have a bad effect on the electric motor and the surrounding electrical equipment. The method that uses the ABB PSTTX 570 Soft Starting is through the method of starting an electric motor using a thyristor circuit. The soft start method is suitable for cars that are quite powerful. The purpose of the soft start method is to obtain a smaller starting current, to reduce the impact of large peak currents during the starting process and to achieve a constant rated speed. In this method, the current in the motor flows slowly during starting until it reaches the rated value within a certain period of time certain. Soft starting measurable display when motor voltage is 34%, moor current is 7.3 A active power is 0.14 kW when motor voltage is 70% motor current is 1782.5 A with active 371.09 kW and when motor voltage is 100% up motor 111.6 A with an active power of 23.65 kW. In terms of size, the advantage of the soft starter is that it is simpler than the inverter starting equipment.

Abstract

This community service article delves into the entrepreneurial journey of self-employed students at the Faculty of Islamic Studies (FPI) within Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. These students have established a business called Al Baqalal, a convenience center catering to the culinary needs of the student community. The article highlights the community service goals aimed at enhancing the students' entrepreneurship skills and preparing them for post-graduation entrepreneurial endeavors. The report covers Al Baqalal's profile, business operations, workforce structure, and procurement schemes. It also discusses the methodology employed in the community service program, utilizing the Service Learning (SL) method. Results and discussions showcase the positive impact of mentoring on entrepreneurial students, including improvements in business foundations, marketing, financial management, and operations. The article concludes by emphasizing the significance of ongoing high-quality training, expanding the program, fostering external collaborations, conducting regular evaluations, and promoting the entrepreneurial spirit among students to further enhance the community service program's effectiveness.

Abstract

Setiap karyawan pasti pernah mengalami stres kerja, stres kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan, semakin tinggi stres kerja maka kinerja karyawan akan menurun. Oleh karena itu, stres kerja harus dicegah dan ditangani. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana tekanan kerja yang dihadapi oleh karyawan CV Glori Cipta Kuliner Nusantara dan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja karyawan tersebut. Hasil yang diperoleh melalui penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengurangi stres demi kemajuan organisasi. Tidak demikian halnya dengan variabel stres, kinerja karyawan berbanding terbalik dengan tingkat stres yang dialami karyawan. Banyak faktor penyebab stres dan topik yang harus diketahui adalah apa saja dampak dari stres yang dialami karyawan. Oleh karena itu, penting dan memakan waktu untuk mengetahui dampak stres untuk mencegah berbagai kerugian efisiensi dan kerugian ekonomi. Kinerja karyawan harus selalu dipantau dan dijaga agar tidak menurun dan terus berkembang seiring dengan pengalaman sebagai karyawan dan kesinambungan hubungan antara pekerja dan perusahaan. Penelitian korelasi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara stres kerja dengan kinerja karyawan. Total responden sebanyak 30 responden. Penelitian ini ditujukan kepada karyawan pada perusahaan CV Glori Cipta di Kota Balikpapan. Hasil analisis data menemukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dan kuat antara variabel stres kerja dengan kinerja karyawan. Temuan tersebut menunjukkan bahwa ketika variabel stres kerja meningkat maka variabel kinerja karyawan mengalami penurunan. Dengan rendahnya tingkat stres kerja maka kinerja karyawan akan meningkat.

Abstract

As we embark on the twenty-first century, technology has changed our lives. All the daily activities and transactions can be done at our fingertips. Foodpanda is the best food delivery platform for F&B merchants in Malaysia. Consumers can place their food orders from any kind of restaurant in Malaysia and consumers nowadays preferred to order online as it is convenient, flexible and less move required. This study aims to examine the factors influencing consumer behaviour to use Foodpanda in Malaysia. The key factors that we examine is perceived ease of use, perceived price, perceived trust and perceived service quality that impacted customer behaviour. A total of 150 Foodpanda users participated in the online survey via Google Forms. The findings of this study provide new insights to customers on how consumer behaviour is being related to the usage of Foodpanda delivery platform. Keywords: Foodpanda, perceived ease of use, perceived price, perceived trust, perceived service quality, customer behaviour.
