Abstract

Penyakit paru-paru pada manusia adalah salah satu penyakit yang banyak terjadi pada saat sekarang ini. Adapun beberapa jenis penyakit paru-paru diantaranya Turberkulosisi (TBC), Asma, Bronkhitis, pneumonia, Emfisema dan kanker paru-paru. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah K-Nearest Neighboryang merupakan salah satu metode yang cocok digunakan dalam pengklasifikasian penyakit paru-paru. Kelebihan KNN memiliki beberapa kelebihan yaitu bahwa tangguh terhadap training data yang noisy dan efektif apabila data latih nya besar. Solusi pada permasalahan penyakit paru-paru yaitu dapat suatu analisis yang terkomputerisasi dan diiringi dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi supaya proses pengambilan keputusan menjadi lebih mudah, efektif dan efisien. Tujuannya diharapkan metode KNN menghasilkan dugaan atau hasil diagnosa yang sama dengan diagnosa yang dilakukan oleh seorang ahli pada rumah sakit aloei saboe kota gorontalo.

Abstract

in this study to identify the increase in educational services based on the quality of non-formal education is an indicator, having tiered in terms of education, non-formal education (training) to be one of the prerequisites in multiplying the potential for self-development. Data mining algorithms is a basic k-means clustering to put the object based on the average (Means) nearest cluster. Aims to design mapping information system education with the k-means cluster. Application k-means cluster is part of a non-hierarchical method, the mapping system of education in 171 samples of data Isalam Students Association (HMI) were tested in this study showed that the non-hierarchical method (k-means cluster) has a good degree of accuracy because they specify the number of clusters in advance. Education information system mapping is used to cluster the data level, corresponding formal education and training has been followed. The test results have in me some real, the spread of the data in each cluster are similar.  At the time of  the iteration process is not visible difference in the results of the mapping study using the k-means cluster. Results of a cluster centroid information models with variable 4 educated members include S1, S2, has entered basic training cluster  0, educated S1, S2, S3 has entered basic training cluster 1, S1 has educated basic training and training of incoming intermediate cluster 2, educated S1 has entered basic training cluster 3. formal education, education tiered seen in cluster 1 for non-formal education  (training) tiered education seen in cluster 2. Abstract

Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah Kabupaten Gorontalo sebagai unit pelaksana tugas daerah yang memiliki tugas untuk melakukan pembinaan dan pengembangan usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah di Kabupaten Gorontalo. Dalam melaksanakan tugas tersebut melakukan berbagai kegiatan salah satunya adalah melakukan pendataan usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah serta mensosialisasikan ke masyarakat. Dalam artikel ini, permasalahan yang timbul adalah belum tersedianya sistem informasi yang memadai kepada masyarakat tentang usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah sehingga masyarakat mengalami kesulitan mengetahui lokasi dari usaha kecil dan menengah. Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah merancang sistem informasi geografis untuk menentukan lokasi usaha mikro,  kecil dan menengah berbasis android yang dapat diakses oleh masyarakat sehingga dapat memudahkan masyarakat mengetahui lokasi dari usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah yang ada di Kabupaten Gorontalo dan dapat diakses oleh masyarakat yang membutuhkan layanan informsi secara global. Artikel ini menggunakan metode Research and Development atau yang  dikenal dengan metode penelitian dan pengembangan. Hasil pengujian dengan menggunakan test case membuktikan bahwa pengembangan sistem  informasi geografis untuk menentukan lokasi usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah berbasis android ini lebih efektif dan efisien dengan pengujian yaitu V (G)=  14 – 12 + 2 =  4; V (G) =  3 + 1 =  4; dan Cyclomatic Complexity (CC) = R1, R2, R3, R4 = 4.                   Kata Kunci: SIG, UMKM, Android                          The Office of Cooperatives and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Gorontalo as a regional task implementing unit that has the task of developing and developing micro, small and medium businesses in Gorontalo Regency. In carrying out this task, a number of activities are carried out, one of which is collecting data on micro, small and medium enterprises and to socialize to the community. In this article, the challenge that arises is the unavailability of an adequate information system for the community about micro, small and medium enterprises so that people have difficulty understanding the location of small and medium businesses. The purpose of this article is to discuss geographic information systems to determine the location of android-based micro, small and medium businesses that can be accessed by the community so that it can make it easier for the public to find out the location of micro, small and medium businesses in Gorontalo District and can be accessed by people who need it global information services. This article uses the Research and Development method or what is known as the research and development method. The test results using test cases prove the development of information systems to determine the location of micro, small and medium businesses based on Android is more effective and efficient with testing namely V (G) = 14-12 + 2 = 4; V (G) = 3 + 1 = 4; and cyclomatic complexity (CC) = R1, R2, R3, R4 = 4.     Keywords: GIS, UMKM, Android

Abstract

Sales information system is a system designed to simplify the online sales process. Based on research at Roti Nabila Bakery Factory researchers found problems in the Promotion System that only relied on Sales in conducting sales promotions, Ordering system is still recorded in a piece of paper, Calculation of total sales transactions still use calculator tools and Sales Reports are still recorded in a Sales Book so The researcher wants to Design a Sales Information System Application to solve the problems that exist in the research site. This study uses whitebox and blackbox testing. Whitebox testing is testing with trial techniques on program flow, logic structure and program procedures by flowchart mapping, then calculating the number of edges and nodes. Black box testing method focuses on the functional requirements of the software. Therefore black box trials allow software developers to create a set of input conditions that will train all the functional requirements of a program whether it runs as expected or vice versa. Based on the results of examining Whitebox in one of the processes in this system, namely on the Ordering of bread menu with a balanced yield of Cyclometic Complexity (CC) = 4, this system is stated to work well. While the results of the Blackbox system test can run as expected. Keywords: Information System, Sales, Android, php, html and Mysql.

Abstract

In this study, designing a system based on mobile e-learning which is a necessity for formal educational institutions in the era of globalization which is increasingly inevitable. Systematically implement a program of guidance, teaching, based on observations and interviews with one of the science subject teachers at MTs Al-Khairaat Kwandang that the learning process, especially about the excretory system, is still explanatory without any teaching aids where students can see the organs included in the excretory system. . The purpose of this study is to create a mobile e-learning system about science subjects for class VIII 3 at MTs Al-Khairaat Kwandang that is easy to use by students and teachers. The method used is the UCD method. This application is designed using PHP and HTML programming language software, namely Sublime, Java Programming Language Using Android Studio, and modeling tools using UML (Unified Modeling Language). The results of this system research use whitebox and blackbox where with this test the correct graph flow is obtained as a sample, the researchers conduct tests on the flowchart in the evaluation. The conclusion obtained: Region (R) = 4 Independent Paths (Independent path) = 4 Cyclometic Complexity (CC) = 4 provided that this research can be implemented

Abstract

This study designs a geographic information system (GIS) that always adapts to the current development of information technology, many researches are carried out to encourage the emergence of new discoveries in the world of technology. One of the uses of GIS is to make it easier for decision makers to determine the policies to be taken, especially those related to spatial aspects. So far, the data and information on the location of plantation lands that are presented are still in the form of reports containing numbers and text, while maps are still presented manually on books or paper, so a geographic information system is needed that can provide information to companies about the location of oil palm lands. easy and fast. The purpose of this study is to build an android-based geographic information system for oil palm land in Mootilango District. The method used is the Research and Development method, this application is designed using PHP and HTML programming language software, namely Macromedia Dreamwever, Java programming language using Android studio, and tools for modeling using UML (Unified Modeling Language). By testing the system using whitebox and blackbox testing, with this test the correct graph flow is obtained as a sample of researchers in testing. The results of this research are the implementation of the system that is designed to be suitable for use and can have a good impact on the company, so that this system can make it easier for companies to get palm oil information quickly anytime and anywhere. Abstract

Permasalahan yang ada adalah dengan kondisi yang ada di lapangan sulitnya masyarakat dalam melakukan pengaduan ke polres dengan perjalanan jarak jauh dan biaya transportasi. Tujuan dari Penelitian ini Merancang Sistem Informasi Layanan Pengaduan Perjudian Berbasis Web Pada Polres Bone Bolango.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode waterfall sumber data yang digunakan adalah data-data primer dan sekunder dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan interview. Pengujian yang digunakan adalah whitebox dan blackbox. Hasil pengujian whitebox pada salah satu proses dalam sistem ini yaitu pada modul pendataan pengaduan dengan perolehan hasil yang seimbang yaitu Cyclomatic Complexity (CC) = 4, maka sistem ini dinyatakan dapat berjalan dengan baik. Sedangkan hasil pengujian blackbox dengan beberapa sampel pengujian menghasilkan sistem dapat berjalan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan dan efisien.Hasil kesimpulan bahwa Sistem Informasi Layanan Pengaduan Perjudian Berbasis Web Pada Polres Bone Bolango dapat memudahkan masyarakat untuk menyampaikan pengaduan perjudian serta memudahkan masyarakat untuk mendapatkan informasi penanganan pengaduan masyarakat.
