Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the learning model Concept Attainment Model (CAM) affect the Critical Thinking Ability of Students in SMA Nahdatul Ulama (NU) Palembang. This research uses a quasi-experimental method (Quasi-Experimental) with pretest-posttest control group design research design. Sampling is done by saturated sampling technique. The sample of this research is class X IPA 1 and class X IPA 2 in SMA Nahdatul Ulama (NU) Palembang. The results showed that there are differences in critical thinking ability of Animalia subject matter. Improvement Critical thinking ability can be seen on the result before using learning model that is Interpreter indicator, Analysis, Evaluation, Inference (Conclusion), Explanation (Explanation), Self-regulation is 36%, 36%, 37%, 41% 45%, and 46%. Whereas after using Learning Model on interpretation indicator, analysis, evaluation, inference (Conclusion), Explanation (Self Explanation), Self-regulation is 80%, 84%, 85%, 85%, 83%, and 84%. The results showed that this learning model can improve students' critical thinking ability. The results of statistical calculations obtained count = 3.474 and t table of 1.666 with DK (degrees of freedom) of 73 with a significant level of 5% so that tcount> t table is 3.474> 1.666 and significance value 0.001> 0.05. Based on the hypothesis test, it can be concluded that the influence of the learning model Concept Attainment Model to the critical thinking ability of students in SMA Nahdatul Ulama Palembang.

Abstract

This study discusses the effectiveness of performance based on the Maslahah Scorecard measurement method and reveals the influence of aspects of Maqasid Al-Syariah on the performance of Muslim employees of PT. INALUM. The population in this study were Muslim employees who worked at PT. INALUM which amounted to 1622 employees with a total sample of 94 people responded and then in determining and selecting a sample of researchers using the Convenience Sampling technique. ased on the approach of this study using the Mix Method method. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that aspects of Maqasid Al-Sharia have a positive and significant effect of 80.8% on performance while the remaining 19.2% is influenced by variables outside of this study and based on statistical calculations that the performance of Muslim employees PT. INALUM has a performance with an effective category with a performance score of 89.9%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan ekologi alam dan ekologi budaya dalam novel Perempuan Bersampur Merah karya Intan Andaru. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi masukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan ekologi, baik ekologi alam maupun ekologi budaya. Penelitian ini merupakan kajian teoretis dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa novel Perempuan Bersampur Merah karya Intan Andaru terdapat ekologi alam dan ekologi budaya. Ekologi alam meliputi sikap hormat terhadap alam, tanggung jawab terhadap alam, solidaritas kosmis, kasih sayang terhadap alam , hidup sederhana dan selaras dengan alam, tidak merugikan alam, prinsip keadilan, prinsip demokrasi, dan prinsip integritas moral sedangkan ekologi budaya adalah kepercayaan, nilai, norma dan sanksi, teknologi, simbol, bahasa, dan kesenian.
