Abstract

Hair craft product is selected as a specialized one in Karangbanjar village,  Purbalingga Regency. This product has comparative advantage among other regions such as in Demak, Sragen, Karanganyar, and Brebes. It is also the second best product in the world after Guangzhou, China. This hair craft creative industry can employ many workers and generate income for the artisans in fulfilling their basic needs. The purpose of this study is to identify internal and external factors and analyze production activity and consumption behaviour of entrepreneurs of hair creative industry in Karangbanjar, Purbalingga. This study used primary and secondary data. The primary one was collected from respondents—68 entrepreneurs of hair production industry, and the secondary one was from relevant government institutions. Some measurements were applied in this study. Internal and External factors were identified by using SWOT analysis, while production activity was measured by profit analysis and economic efficiency analysis, and the consumption was measured by average propensity to consume (APC) analysis. The result shows that: 1) Hair creative industry has strenghts over weaknesses and opportunities over threats; (2) Hair creative industry offers high profit; 2) The entrepreneur profit coming from this industry can fulfill most of the consumption.

Abstract

Purposes of this research are to determine some characteristics of distribution channel, market structure, and price maker transmission in purebred chicken egg commodity in Banyumas District, Central Java Province. Primary data applied on this research is from all channel distribution levels; from producers to final consumers. Meanwhile secondary data is collected from government official sources, such as BPS-Statistic of Banyumas Disrict, Banyumas Department of Industry, Trading and Cooperation, and previous researches which has been made by researcher team. Sample determining is directed by proportional random sampling methods. Some measurements are applied to this research, including to; Herfindahl Index (HI), Concentration Ratio (CF), and Minimum Efficiency Scale (MES) to investigate market structure; and Asymmetric Price Transmission (APT) to determine price transmission mechanism model. This research finds that (1) the distribution channel of egg commodity is spitted to different channel, the first channel: egg producer – retail traders – final consumers, and second channel: egg producers – whole seller – retail traders – final consumers; (2) market structure which is created to this farming specific commodity is perfect market; (3) price transmission mechanism analysis statistically shows that there is almost no existence of dominant power in price formation.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to know the effect of costumer income, costumer family consumption, price, interest, advance payment, and time expectancy of credit return toward credit demand of motorcycles sales in FIF Purwokerto. The method research is case study with logistic regression (logit) analysis. The results showed that : (1) Income, consumption, and time expectancy of motorcycle credit have significant effects; (2) Income has the bigest effect to credit demand of motorcycle because Wald score income variable bigger than its score of other variables. The implication of this research is to get credit, new costumers should think more about thier income factor.

Abstract

Technology is growing very rapidly which affects various fields of profession, especially in the field of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises are one of the drivers of the nation's economy that are proven to be resistant to various economic crisis shocks. The basic problem of SMEs managers is the lack of knowledge about accounting and the making of accountable financial report formats. The purpose of this study is to design an Android-based Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises accounting application system that supports MSMEs to increase business and produce financial reports that meet accounting standards in accordance with SAK EMKM (Micro Small and Medium Entity Financial Accounting Standards). The Accounting Application System contains accounting applications for MSMEs that can compile accountable financial reports that can be learned based on android so that they can be accessed anytime and anywhere in order to increase the business of the people in the Sumedang area of ??West Java.
