Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: (1) mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis model supervisi guru mata pelajaran produktif SMK Kabupaten Karanganyar saat ini; (2) menghasilkan dan menganalisis model supervisi klinis yang tepat bagi guru mata pelajaran produktif SMK; dan (3) menguji dan menganalisis apakah model supervisi klinis berbasis komunikasi efektif valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk meningkatkan layanan supervisi guru mata pelajaran produktif SMK. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Research and Development oleh Sugiyono (2014) yang dimodifikasi dalam empat tahap yaitu tahap studi pendahuluan, tahap pengembangan, tahap validasi, dan tahap pengujian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) supervisi klinis selama ini dilakukan tidak melalui prosedur yang sistematis meliputi pertemuan awal, observasi mengajar, pertemuan balikan, dan tindak lanjut. Guru kurang aktif berpendapat selama layanan supervisi berlangsung; (2) model yang tepat diterapkan adalah supervisi klinis berbasis komunikasi efektif; (3) model dinyatakan valid dengan skor rata-rata validator 53,5 dari skor maksimum 60, praktis dengan respon semua responden menyatakan Sangat Baik, dan efektif dengan kenaikan nilai layanan rata-rata sebesar 36,81% dibanding sebelum diterapkannya model. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah model supervisi klinis berbasis komunikasi efektif dapat efektif untuk meningkatkan layanan supervisi bagi guru mata pelajaran produktif SMK Kabupaten Karanganyar.

Lingkungan kerja yang mendukung produktivitas kerja akan menimbulkan kinerja yang tinggi bagi pekerja dalam suatu organisasi. Karena manfaat lingkungan kerja yang baik adalah menciptakan gairah kerja, sehingga produktivitas dan kinerja karyawan akan meningkat. Tujuan diadakannya penelitian ini adalah pertama untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel bebas yaitu suasana lingkungan kerja berupa kondisi fisik (X1), kondisi psikologis (X2) dan kondisi keamanan (X3) terhadap kinerja para guru dan pegawai (Y) pada SMP Negeri 6, Kecamatan Kauman, Kabupaten Batang. Kedua, menganalisis seberapa besar (signifikansi) pengaruh variabel-variabel bebas secara simultan terhadap variabel terikat.Berdasarkan analisa regeresi berganda diketahui bahwa variabel-variabel bebas mempunyai pengaruh positif yang searah dengan variabel terikat. Selanjutnya hasil analisis data diperoleh nilai R2 sebesar 0,846 atau 84,6 persen. Sehingga dikatakan bahwa 84,6% variasi variabel terikat yaitu kinerja para guru dan pegawai (Y) pada SMPN 6, Kecamatan Kauman, Kabupaten Batang dapat diterangkan oleh variabel-variabel bebas. Sedangkan sisanya (15,4 persen) dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar model yang diteliti. Hasil uji hipotesis baik parsial maupun simultan menunjukkan hasil analisis bahwa semuanya mendukung hipotesis H1, H2 dan H3 dan H4.

A learning result was a result obtained from someone?s learning effort and it could be enhanced through the usage of exact media. Because of the low learning result of class III students, especially mild mentally retardation children in SDN Gununganyar 273, the students needed exact media i.e. a cowrie shell modification in counting operation. A cowrie shell modification was a shell modified to count division operation which the form was simple and was made from the things around. The research purpose was to know whether the usage of cowrie shell modification media could enhance the learning result of counting operation to class III students or not, especially mild mentally retardation children numbering 30 children consisted of 26 regular children and 4 mild mentally retardation children. The research method used descriptive qualitative and quantitative. The data was obtained by the technique of observation, test, and interview. The techniques of observation and interview were used to obtain the qualitative data i.e. teacher?s activity and students? activity in learning. The test was used to obtain the quantitative data from the students? learning result of counting operation using cowrie shell modification media. The research result indicated that in the teacher?s activity in cycle I there were 7 points of good categories and 1 point unimplemented yet i.e. to guide the children during learning. In cycle II, all points of observation were implemented very well. In the students? activity in cycle I there was enhancement, from 8 points there was 1 very good point. In cycle II, there were 7 very good points and 1 good point. The interview result also indicated that in cycle I the children understood the material well but 1 child got difficulty in using the cowrie shell modification media. In cycle II, the children understood the material very well and there was 1 child got difficulty in using the cowrie shell modification media. The conclusion of this research was that the usage of cowrie shell modification media could enhance the learning result of counting to class III students in SDN Gununganyar 273, especially mild mentally retardation children. This study aims to determine the effect of the money supply, inflation, and SBI interest rates partially and simultaneously on the composite stock price index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2012-2014, the type of data and data sources used in this study are data secondary data from the Bank Indonesia Annual Report, the Indonesian Ministry of Trade Institute, and Exchange Corner Financial Data. To analyze the data of this study used a multiple linear regression analysis tool that aims to determine the effect of the money supply, inflation, and SBI interest rates on the Composite Stock Price Index using SPSS statistical tools. Based on this research, the research method used in the first hypothesis is the Statistical t test and the second is the Statistical F test. Based on the results of this study indicate that the variable Money Supply has a significant effect on the Composite Stock Price Index. For the inflation variable does not have a significant effect on the Composite Stock Price Index. And the SBI Interest Rate variable has a significant effect on the Composite Stock Price Index. Together these three independent variables (Amount of Money Supply, Inflation, SBI Interest Rates) have a significant influence on the dependent variable (Composite Stock Price Index).
