Abstract

The aim of this study was to describe: (1) the interaction between cooperative model learning and achievement motivation towards mathematics achievement, (2) the differences between students’  mathematics achievement who learned through Cooperative  Learning Type GI  and STAD, (3) the differences between students’ mathematics achievement who learned through cooperative Learning Model Type GI and STAD on students with high achievement motivation, (4) the differences between students’ mathematics achievement who learned through cooperative Learning Model Type GI and STAD on students with low achievement motivation. The conclusions of this study were: (1) there is an interaction between cooperative learning model and achievement motivation towards students’ mathematics achievement; (2) the cooperative  learning  model  of  GI  type  give lower mathematics achievement than cooperative learning model of STAD type; (3) on students with higher achievement motivation, the cooperative learning  model of GI type gives mathematics achievement is higher than STAD type.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan: 1) ada tidaknya interaksi antara model pembelajaran kooperatif dan motif berprestasi siswa dengan prestasi belajar matematika, 2) perbedaan prestasi belajar matematika antara siswa yang dibelajarkan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe GI dan STAD, 3) perbedaan prestasi belajar matematika antara siswa yang dibelajarkan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe GI dan STAD pada kelompok siswa dengan motif berprestasi tinggi, 4) perbedaan prestasi belajar matematika antara siswa yang dibelajarkan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe GI dan STAD pada kelompok siswa dengan motif berprestasi rendah. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah : (1) ada interaksi antara pembelajaran kooperatif dan motif berprestasi dengan prestasi belajar matematika; (2) prestasi belajar matematika dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe GI lebih rendah atau sama dengan STAD; (3) pada siswa dengan motif berprestasi tinggi prestasi belajar matematika dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe GI lebih tinggi dibandingkan.Kata kunci: pembelajaran kooperatif, motif berprestasi, prestasi belajar matematika.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD terhadap capaian hasil belajar ditinjau dari motif berprestasi mahasiswa. Capaian hasil belajar dalam penelitian ini adalah tingkat penguasaan kompetensi-kompetensi yang merupakan tujuan mata kuliah oleh mahasiswa pada mata kuliah Metode Pembelajaran.Penelitian ini merupakan Quasi Experiment dengan rancangan The Posttest-Only Control Group Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa semester IV program studi Bimbingan dan Konseling di STKIP PGRI Bandar Lampung pada tahun akademik 2015/2016 berjumlah 92 mahasiswa yang terbagi ke dalam 2 kelas. Kelas IV A ditetapkan sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan kelas IV B ditetapkan sebagai kelompok kontrol. Selanjutnya masing-masing kelas tersebut dikategorikan ke dalam dua kelompok berdasarkan motif berprestasi mahasiswa. Data motif berprestasi dikumpulkan dengan metode kuesioner berupa angket motif berprestasi dan data capaian hasil belajar dikumpulkan dengan metode tes berupa soal essay. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah ANAVA Dua Jalur dan uji Tukey.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) terdapat pengaruh interaksi antara model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dengan motif berprestasi terhadap capaian hasil belajar mahasiswa, 2) terdapat perbedaan capaian hasil belajar antara mahasiswa yang mengikuti perkuliahan dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dengan mahasiswa yang mengikuti perkuliahan dengan model pembelajaran konvensional, 3) pada kelompok mahasiswa dengan motif motif berprestasi tinggi, capaian hasil belajar yang mengikuti perkuliahan dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD lebih tinggi daripada yang mengikuti perkuliahan dengan model pembelajaran konvensional, 4) pada kelompok mahasiswa dengan motif berprestasi rendah, capaian hasil belajar yang mengikuti perkuliahan dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD lebih rendah daripada yang mengikuti model pembelajaran konvensional.

Abstract

This paper aims to describe the study of literature on executive function and its effect on increasing the interest in learning of elementary school students in terms of multiple intelligences. The method used is a literature review sourced from articles, journals, and reference books related to executive functions, interest in learning, and multiple intelligence. From the results of the study, it was found that there are four psychological factors that can increase student interest in learning situations in the classroom. The four psychological factors are involvement, convenience, clarity, and specifics. Involvement requires students to feel involved in class activities to attend to specific characteristics of the subject matter.

Abstract

The problem in this study is that there are students who lack confidence. The method in this study uses the research study method, namely research that is reflective by taking certain actions in order to be able to improve and / or improve teaching practices in the classroom in a professional manner. The subjects in this study were 29 Bandar Lampung Junior High School students, totaling 30 students consisting of 20 female students and 10 male students. Data collection techniques in this research use observation techniques of teachers, students and research collaborators. While the data analysis used is comparative descriptive, because it compares the confidence between the initial conditions with the first cycle and the first cycle with the second cycle. Based on the results of the research it can be explained that the actions of the supervising teacher carried out during group guidance services in the initial conditions there were 15 students who lacked confidence, but at the time of group guidance services in the first cycle there were 8 students whose code was quite good and 3 students whose conditions were lacking well so it was concluded that after group guidance services were carried out there was a decrease in the number of students who lacked confidence. Whereas at the time of group II guidance services it was shown that there were only 5 students who lacked confidence.

Abstract

This study aims to test the effectiveness of thematic integrative teaching materials based on local wisdom in elementary schools. The method used in this research is an experimental research method. The population in this study were Elementary School Students (SD) in Bandar Lampung City. The results showed significant differences between the practical and control classes after being given different lessons. The mean value of the experimental class learning outcomes = 87.07> the mean value of the control class learning outcomes = 75.82. The Experiment Class (using Integrative Thematic Teaching Materials of Local Wisdom Based on Kvisoft Flipbook Maker) was higher than the Control Class (using Ordinary Teaching Materials). Learning using Integrative Thematic Teaching Materials of Local Wisdom Based on Kvisoft Flipbook Maker improves student learning outcomes.
