Abstract

Promotion is part of marketing, namely to encourage, persuade, inform, explain, and their recalling a produk both goods and services. With the implementation of the promotion is done in an attraction make the object easier to be know and recognized by potential visitors, so visitor are easy to reach attractions.This study used a descriptive quantitative method to examine problems in the lift. The samples in this study were 41 respondents, who were taken by using accidental sampling. While data collection techniques in this study using observation, questioner, and interviews. By using a Likert scale as a measure to determine the length of the short interval. With sub-variables on promotion (H.Hamdani, 2012) is divided into the advertising,, Sales Promotion, Personal Selling, Public Relation,Word of Mounth and Direct Marketing.From the results of research conducted in the field of research on the Promotion in Atraction Cave Huta Sikapir District Rokan Hulu Riau Province, with the theory of the fundamentals of marketing manajement that is divided in six sub-variables, namely, the advertising, personal selling, sales promotion, public relationword of mounth dan direct marketing , it results in the field can namely Promotion in Atraction Cave Huta Sikapir District Rokan Hulu Riau Province included in the category of pretty good.Keywords: Promotion, Advertising, Personal Selling, Sales Promotion and Public Relation.

Abstract

Abstract: This research was based on the students’ math achievement at class  X.6 SMAN 5 Pekanbaru the Mastery Minimum Criteria with percentage of 17,07%, there are only 7 students from 41 students who achieve the passing grade on the main discussion about relevancy with logica mathematic and then the learning process still teacher center. The research is class room action research. This research aims to increase learning process and students’ math achievement at clas X.6 SMAN 5 Pekanbaru through the implementation cooperative learning model of structural Numbered Heads Together. The subject of the research are  41 students from class X.6 SMAN 5 Pekanbaru consist of 18 male and 23 female students with the heterogenous level. The instruments of data collection in this research were observation sheets and students Mathematic tests. The research instrument consist of learning devices that involve Syllabus, Lesson Plan and Student Worksheet, and instrument data collector that involve the observation sheet and math achievement test. The observation sheets were analyzed in qualitative desciptive, while the students’ Mathematic tests were analyzed in quantitative descriptive. The qualitative descriptive showed an improvement of learning process prior to the action on the first and second cycle. The results of this research showed an increasing number of students’ math achievement from the basic score with the percentage 17.07% to 26.8% on the first daily test and 78.05% on the second daily test. Based on the result of this research can be concluded that the implementation of Cooperative Learning Model of structural approach Numbered Heads Together can improve students’ math achievement    at class X.6 SMAN 5 Pekanbaru in the second semester academic years 2015/2016.

Abstract

Anak berkebutuhan khusus merupakan bagian dari disabilitas yang beresiko paling rentan, tetapi cenderung terpinggirkan dan terlupakan dalam kondisi bencana. Masa lalu kota Banda Aceh sebagai salah satu wilayah terdampak gempa dan tsunami paling parah tahun 2004 lalu, tidak menutup kemungkinan bencana ini akan terjadi kembali dalam kondisi siswa berada di lingkungan sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kesiapsiagaan komunitas sekolah dalam membantu anak berkebutuhan khusus menghadapi bencana gempa bumi dan tsunami di Sekolah Luar Biasa Se-Kota Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang dilaksanakan di seluruh Sekolah Luar Biasa di bawah lima yayasan pembinaan anak berkebutuhan khusus Se-Kota Banda Aceh. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh komunitas sekolah terdiri dari kepala sekolah, guru dan Siswa sebanyak 512 jiwa. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara proportionate stratified random sampling sehingga jumlah sampel keseluruhan dalam penelitian ini sebesar 225 jiwa. Data diperoleh melalui angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data mengunakan statistik deskriptif dengan mengukur indeks parameter 5 indikator kesiapsiagaan dari UNESCO/ISDR tahun 2006. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 76,92% dari 13 Sekolah Luar Biasa di lima yayasan yang menaungi anak berkebutuhan khusus dengan indeks kesiapsiagaan (40-45) berada pada kategori kurang siap menghadapi bencana, sedangkan 23,08% berada pada indeks kesiapsiagaan 55-64 berada pada kategori hampir siap menghadapi bencana. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, tingkat kesiapsiagaan bencana komunitas Sekolah Luar Biasa di Banda Aceh dalam membantu Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus menghadapi bencana gempa dan  tsunami masuk dalam kategori lemah.
