Abstract

Mitra Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah konveksi dan percetakan UD. AJM (Ahmad Jaya Mandiri) yang terletak di Kelurahan Tamallayang Kecamatan  Bontonompo Kab. Gowa.  Masalah yang dihadapi Mitra: (1) Terbatasnya media dan variasi promosi yang berbasis online dan menarik (2) Kurangnya pengetahuan tentang keuangan dalam mengelolah bisnis, (3) Harga relatif lebih mahal dari pesaing dan (4) Akses dari Kota Makassar. Metode yang digunakan adalah: diskusi, tanya jawab dan tutorial dengan  pemilik usaha UD.AJM dan karyawan yang terkait dengan masalah. Hasil yang dicapai adalah meningkatkan pemahaman keuangan dalam mengelolah usaha, meningkatnya penjualan dengan optimalisasi promosi dan penjualan online, strategi harga mampu kempetitif atau pengenalan kualitas yang lebih baik

Abstract

Abstrak. Peningkatan jumlah investor di platform investasi dan trading disebabkan oleh pesatnya perkembangan teknologi digital. Pentingnya sumberdaya calon investor dan trader baik Saham maupun Crytocurrency merupakan tren yang perlu diantisipasi.  Masalah yang dihadapi bagi anggota baru  komunitas saham dan crypto adalah Pertama, kurangnya pengetahuan tentang saham dan Cryptocurrency. Kedua, kurangnya pengetahuan analisa fundamental. Ketiga, mindset pemula yang hanya tergoda profit dan melupakan risiko. Keempat, Money Manegement yang kurang baik. PKM Literasi Digital, Edukasi Saham  Untuk Generasi Muda, telah memberikan pemahaman dan sumber belajar serta jejaring konsultasi Sekuritas, group edukasi untuk menjadi investor dna trader andal. Pentingnya Mindset investor dan keterampilan teknis dalam analisa prospek emiten dan projek cryptocurrency memungkinkan investor pemula terhindar dari risiko kerugian yang besar. Apabila mengikuti arahan berinvestasi dengan baik, akan memperolah return yang baik pula.  Kata kunci: Saham, Cyrptocurrency, Fundamental, Money Management

Abstract

Human and Environmental Relations in the Novel Tanjung Kemarau by Royyan Julian (Literary Ecocritic Study). This study aims to describe the form of environmental damage and the form of human relations with the environment based on the ecocritical study of the novel Tanjung Kemarau by Royyan Julian. The results of this study indicate: 1) The relationship between characters and the environment in the novel Tanjung Kemarau is a picture of the reciprocal relationship between the characters and the natural environment by doing positive things in the natural environment, 2) The form of environmental damage in the novel Tanjung Kemarau is a description of how environmental damage is caused by human activity.

Abstract

 Abstract. Community service activities carried out for the community, especially coconut farmers in Tanete Rilau District, Barru Regency which aim to create knowledge and skills for the community to process coconut waste products through the use of technology to produce various products that have a level of added value for economic income. The final stage is the final evaluation and reporting. This PKM activity uses a method in the form of skills training through lectures, demonstrations and question and answer and the target of this PKM activity is the coconut farming community. The results of the implementation of this PKM were attended by 19 coconut farmer participants where the results of the training activities were assessed as target achievement in terms of the aspect of material achievement that had been planned and the number and enthusiasm of participants. The achievement of the material targets that have been planned for the Community Partnership Program activities can be assessed very well. This is because all the material presented by the presenters can be understood by the participants even though from the aspect of skills both in making handicraft products from coconut waste as well as skills in using machine technology and social media platforms which are still limited. The effective solution for this PKM activity is that this training is also carried out with continuous coaching activities by farmers who can communicate directly with the PKM team at any time to continuously train farmers in managing coconut waste to produce a product that has economic value. Keywords: Diversification, Coconut Technology, Business Research

Abstract

This research is to analyze the effectiveness of zakat in breaking the chain of poverty in a case study of recipients of the 2007 Etos scholarship in Indonesia. This research focuses on the role of zakat in breaking the chain of poverty. Research data comes from observations and interviews with respondents. Analyzed by descriptive qualitative. The results of the study show that the scholarship program's from zakat funds is able to break the chain of poverty for scholarship recipients.

Abstract

The background for this service activity is that the website usage level in the sub-district in providing information and services quickly and in real-time still needs to be higher. Therefore, efforts are required to provide education and technical skills for designing a village website. This activity will be carried out in Bontonompo Village, Gowa Regency on may 18, 2023. This Community Partnership Program activity is carried out as a Bontonompo Village Profile Website Design Training, providing online media for communication, information, and services, especially for the urban village community and the general public visiting the Bontonompo Village. This training activity used the lecture and demonstration method, which lasted for one day with twenty participants who were representatives from all Bontonompo Sub-district Offices, Gowa Regency. The output of this training activity is the official website design for the Bontonompo Village, Gowa Regency. This design includes our home, profile, news, and contact pages. Apart from that, the follow-up program of this activity was also discussed between the Bontonompo Village and the Service Team in the form of Designing the Official Website for the Bontonompo Village and a Website-based Online Service Database.

Abstract

Marketing through social media has become a marketing strategy that is widely used by the cosmetic industry, especially with the number of consumers that continues to grow along with the number of generations. Generation z women are a potential market in this industry where they are newcomer consumers and have a relatively large number compared to other generations. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of implementing marketing strategies through social media on Gen Z attitudes toward cosmetic products in the city of Makassar. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 288 sample respondents. The primary data collected was then processed using the linear regression method using SPSS 23 software. The results showed that marketing through social media had a positive and significant effect on positive attitudes toward cosmetic products. The results of this study imply that cosmetic companies targeting the female gen z market in Makassar City should pay attention to the right social media marketing strategy to get a positive attitude from their consumers.
