Abstract

Sebagai agen pembelajaran, guru memiliki peran strategis dalam pembaharuan dan inovasi pembelajaran dalam mendukung peserta didik  mencapai tujuan pendidikan nasional. Esensi scarcities, menjadi tantangan guru dalam membimbing siswa menetapkan pilihan (choice) dengan kebutuhan yang tidak terbatas. Pembelajaran ekonomi sebagai transaksi guru – peserta didik mencapai kepuasan pembelajaran yang maksimal. Penetapan profesi menjadi tantangan guru ekonomi dalam mempertanggunjawabkan sertifikasi pendidik, tunjangan profesi dan pencapaian kompetensi yang dipersyaratkan. Kompetisi  Masyarakat Ekonomi Asean membawa implikasi peningkatan kompetensi siswa dengan perangkat pengetahuan, nilai-nilai kehidupan dan ketrampilan yang relevan. Dinamika aplikasi teknologi informasi di masyarakat perlu direvitalisasikan dalam pembelajaran ekonomi yang semakin efektif, efisien dan eficacy.Penguatan guru ekonomi perlu dilakukan melalui organisasi profesi yang berkualitas dan akuntabel.Kata kunci : Guru, profesional, transaksi pembelajaran, efisen, efektif, eficacy

Abstract

Mediatati, Nani. 2015. Peningkatan Kompetensi Menyusun Proposal Penelitian Tindakan Kelas melalui Model Pelatihan Partisipatif dengan Pendampingan Intensif bagi Guru Guru di SMP Negeri 2 Ampel Kabupaten Boyolali.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan kompetensi menyusun proposal penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) guru guru di SMP Negeri 2 Ampel Kabupaten Boyolali melalui model pelatihan partisipatif dengan pendampingan intensif. Penelitian tindakan sekolah ini dilaksanakan dengan strategi siklus yang dimulai dari identifikasi masalah, penyusunan rencana tindakan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi tindakan, dan refleksi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Berdasarkan identifikasi masalah, guru-guru mengalami kesulitan dalam menyusun proposal PTK. Tindakan pada siklus 1 diterapkan model pelatihan partisipatif dengan pendampingan intensif secara kelompok/klasikal. Pada siklus 2  diterapkan model pelatihan partisipatif dengan pendampingan intensif secara individu. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dan evaluasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif komparatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam menyusun proposal PTK dari siklus 1 ke siklus 2. Pada siklus 1 penilaian terhadap ketiga proposal PTK yang dipresentasikan guru mulai dari latar belakang masalah, rumusan masalah, tujuan penelitian, manfaat hasil penelitian, kajian teoritis/pustaka, kerangka berpikir, hipotesis tindakan, metode penelitian, jadwal penelitian, dan daftar pustaka, masing-masing dinilai dengan kriteria baik, cukup, dan kurang. Pada siklus 2, penilaian terhadap ketiga proposal yang dipresentasikan guru semuanya dinilai dengan kriteria baik. Observasi terhadap proses pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa guru-guru memiliki keseriusan, antusias, kemauan, dan keaktifan yang tinggi untuk menyusun proposal PTK. Partisipasi aktif guru-guru dalam proses pelatihan dan pendampingan intensif dari pelatih baik secara klasikal maupun individu dalam penyusunan proposal PTK inilah yang mendukung keberhasilan dari pelatihan ini.Kata Kunci : Kompetensi Menyusun Proposal PTK, Model pelatihan partisipatif dengan pendampingan intensif.Mediatati, Nani. 2015. Increasing Competence to Make a Classroom Action Research Proposal by Training Participatory Model with Intensive Support for The Teachers in Ampel 02 Junior High School of Boyolali District.The purpose of this research was to increase competence to make a classroom action research proposal for the teachers in Ampel 02 Junior High School of Boyolali district by participatory training model with intensive support. School action research was conducted with the cycle strategy which was starting from the problem identification, planning, action, observation, and reflection. This research was conducted in two cycles. Based on the problem identification, the teachers had some difficulties to make a classroom action research proposal. The action in cycle 1 was applied by participatory training model with intensive support in a group or classical. The action in cycle 2 was applied by the participatory training model with intensive individual counseling. Data collection techniques that were used in this research were the observation, interview and evaluation. Data analysis used the comparative descriptive analysis. The results showed that there was an increasing of the teachers competence to make a classroom action research proposal from cycle 1 to cycle 2. In cycle 1, the assessment of the three proposals which were presented by teachers from the problem background, problem formulation, research objectives, research benefit, literature review, mind frame, hypothesis of action, research methods, research schedule and bibliography were determined by good, moderate, and less criteria. In cycle 2, the assessment of proposals which were presented by three teachers were assessed with good criteria. Observation of the training process showed the teachers had the seriousness, enthusiasm, willingness, and the high activeness to make a classroom action research proposal. The active participation of teachers in the process with intensive training and coaches assistance by classical and individual to make a classroom action research proposals  supported the success of this training.Keywords: competence to make a classroom action research , participatory training model with intensive support.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the management acceleration program in terms of planning, organizing, actuating, and monitoring learning in PL Domenico Savio Junior High School. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Subjects were principal, manager acceleration, acceleration secretary, and homeroom teacher. Results of research: Planning accelerated program in PL Domenico Savio Junior High School done by preparing teachers, finance, infrastructure, learners, curriculum, time, and high school. Learning plan covering the syllabus and lesson plan contains learning objectives, teaching materials, teaching methods, learning resources, and assessment of learning outcomes. Organization of human resources contained in the organizational structure of the school is equipped manager acceleration. Organizing accelerated learning includes the step before learning, implementation, and after learning. Teachers organize learning materials to learners’ learning time. Acceleration managers manage learning activities acceleration in school and outside of school. Actuating of accelerated program refers to the RPP and half of each subject program. Implementation of the learning stages: introduction, core activities, and cover. Monitoring the acceleration of learning is done directly by the students, parents of students, and managers acceleration. Learners and parents provide input on school. Manager acceleration control feasibility study. Principal using monitoring results into training materials for teachers. Accelerated learning assessment carried out by the teacher. Teacher evaluations are conducted by the principal and foundations. Reporting accelerated learning is done on the parents of learners.

Abstract

This study aimed to develop a competitive strategy development model based on the new 7Ss in Satya Wacana Christian High School (SMA Lab) Salatiga. Tthis study is research and development, where the study was performed only at the fifth stage, the potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, and revision of the design. This research was conducted in Satya Wacana Christian High School (SMA Lab) Salatiga. Interviews were conducted with principal, vice principals curriculum, student section, public relations, teachers, administration of the employees, students and parents to know the framework of the new strategy 7-Ss on Satya Wacana Christian High School. While study documentation was conducted to determine the profile of the school, student profile, the work program of principals, vice-principals work program of curriculum, student affairs, and public relations. After the data collected, then the data was reduced, summarized, categorized, synthesized and presented in narrative form and tables. Model-based development of competitive strategy the new 7-Ss on Satya Wacana Christian High School consists of four rare developments, the formation of the team, defining the vision and mission, the analysis of the new 7-Ss, and strategy development. Formulation of a strategy based on the analysis of the new 7-Ss on Satya Wacana Christian High School consisted of three frameworks, namely Superior Stakeholder Satisfaction which includes the satisfaction of customers and workers, positioning program, and strategic cooperative.

Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate the implementation of school based management in SD Negeri Genuk 01 District West Ungaran in terms of context, input, process and product. This study was qualitative evaluative research using CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) model of evaluation developed by Stufflebeam. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. Test validity of data using triangulation technique. The results showed that: 1) from the context evaluation, school based management is needed by all stakeholders of the school to improve the quality of education; 2) from the input evaluation, human resources, curriculum, facilities, and funds were sufficient and ready to be used for the implementation of the school based management in primary School Genuk 01; 3) from the process evaluation, the implementation of school based management was not fully in accordance with the plan, especially in the decision making process and the learning process; 4) from the product evaluation, product (output) produced has not been as expected. It is therefore recommended that the school based management program continued with improvements in program implementation process.

Abstract

This study aimed to know the management of school academic supervision activity that conducted by principal in the state primary school Pongangan, Gunungpati, Semarang area that included the planning, implementation, and the follow-up to increacse teachers’ performace. This research was conducted with qualitative descriptive method. The collecting data used interview, observation, and documentation. Research results revealed that (1) the planning of academic supervision by the principal at SDN Pongangan rated very good. (2) the implementation of academic supervision in SDN Pongangan a great fit the program, the schedule, the instruments that used according to the design, aspects that disupervisi votes had been lead on target academic supervision adapted to the needs of teachers and schools, the approach was with the program, academic supervision techniques used varied enough, the academic supervision of implementation constraints by the head of the school is the limited time; (3) the principal efforts made in the follow-up assessed academic supervision has been very good and hard-wired. Activities performed were: a) the beginning of each semester were held in groups/joint supervision of teachers meeting school/KKG school; b) performs the inverse to the teacher in order to reflect ourselves; c) implementing guidance on drafting/administration/creation of learning; d) emphasize on teachers that always paid attention to the discipline of work in carrying out the task of teaching as a teacher; e) provided guidance for teachers on how to teach in interesting and fun way; f) conducted coaching and guidance for teachers in the use of learning media, techniques/methods of teaching; g) provide a learning device formats that are new to the teacher, and taught how to fill them; g) For School Superintendent gave a complete written report in the end of years.

Abstract

Inclusive education program (PI) is a product of the policies of the regional government held Education Department of Palangkaraya and must be implemented by all schools. The purpose of this study was to gather information for the evaluation of the implementation of programs in SD Negeri 6 Bukit Tunggal, SMP Negeri 3 and SMAN 4. The data was collected throughinterview and documentation study. Evaluation model used in this study is the CIPP. The subjects of this study were principal, regular teachers, and Guidance and Counceling Teachers of each school. The results of the evaluation context showed that the program has met the needs of PIs and parents of students with special needs; the population served were students with special needs and is still in the category of mild to moderate; as well as helpful programs sothat school the full confidence of the public and an opportunity to increase the number of crew members who served. The results of the evaluation input indicated that the special facilities were inadequate; school involving all stakeholders in the school and some from outside; financing comes from use of the funds, scholarships, and / or budget; and the school does not have Special Guidance Teacher (SGT). The results of the evaluation process showed that newEducation Department of Palangkaraya one to monitor and evaluate; teacher competence was good enough; learning in general but the treatment given on an individual basis, and extracurricular activities reserved for the crew; facilities not helpful enough; and the obstacles encountered was no SGT, facilities not adequate, specialized training has not been evenly distributed, no further monitoring of the relevant Department, and there is no standard for theevaluation system. The results of the product evaluation showed that the academic and non academic achievement of were students with special needs good enough. In addition, there were many number of crew members who served. The implication of this study is to provide recommendations for schools and related agencies for the improvement of the sustainability of the program.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the work performance of elementary schools in Salatiga in achieving the target of MDGs. This research is done with descriptive quantitative method, and measured with the target achievement of 9 year compulsory learning. The analysis is based on the work performance in percentage. The data collection was done in documents studies of the report from the educational report of Salatiga City and Central Java Province, and also through FGD. The result showed that the government of Salatiga City had been successful in executing the 9 year compulsory learning for children of 7-12 years old. In 2015, the APM of the elementary schools was 99,58%,TheAPK was 115,89%. The APM in middle school was 94,22%, and the APK was 129,01%. The number of literate people in 2015 was 99,97%. The gender equity reached the balance point in every grade of education. In order to improve quality, the city has been doing the certification and qualification program for the teachers. The problems that need priority for solution are operational support increase from Revenue and Expenditure Budget, the need to increase the number and the quality of elementary teachers, and equal distribution of inclusive education. This research recommends the Salatiga City government to plan for a quality-based elementary education program, and support sustainable development goals( (SDGs).

Abstract

The aimed of this study was to evaluate the context, input, process, product of Healthy School program in Public School Kutowinangun 04 Salatiga (SD Negeri Kutowinangun 04 Salatiga). This study was evaluative research using CIPP model. The technique of collecting data using interviews, observation and documentation. Some of the steps being taken in the analysis of the data included: data collection, data reduction, data display and verification. Validation of data using triangulation techniques and resources. The results showed: (1) from the aspects of Context, the Healthy School program was the policy of the central government to improve the quality of education through the improvement of students health, in addition to the schools needs, especially the students in Public School Kutowinangun 04 Salatiga  were still low level of health, (2) from the aspect of Input, design program proved to be able to answer the need for the program to address the low level of students health, and supported by human resources, facilities and infrastructure, adequate cost, 3) from the aspect of Process, Healthy School Program has been run in accordance with program planned but on its implementation there were obstacles where schools have limited funds and inadequate infrastructure, and (4) from the aspect of Product, all targets to be achieved in program planned has been reached so that impacted the improvement of the quality of education in Public School Kutowinangun 04 Salatiga and therefore eligible to continue in the next period with several aspects improvements.
