Abstract

Pengembangan Model Pembelajaran Four-D dengan menggunaan metode Kulsponsi pada mata kuliah Akuntansi Syariah  mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Akuntansi bertujuan mengatasi masalah rendahnya tingkat partisipasi mahasiswa dalam proses pembelajaran pada perkuliahan, sehingga diharapkan kualitas belajar mahasiswa meningkat. Inovasi dilakukan dengan pendekatan pembelajaran yang berorientasi pada pemecahan masalah dengan model Four-D dan metode kulsponsi yang berbasis kegiatan diskusi kelompok dan latihan terbimbing. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan bentuk penelitian tindakan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan angket.  Hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan adalah sebagai berikut : 1) Inovasi pembelajaran dengan model Four D dan dengan metode kulsponsi dapat meningkatkan kualitas belajar dan proses pembelajaran, setelah mahasiswa diberi prakondisi yang memadai sehingga memiliki kesiapan materi dan dapat menyelesaikan kasus kasus masalah Akuntansi Syariah. 2) Dari hasil penelitian pada siklus pertama di dapat rerata pelaksanaan perkuliahan dengan menggunakan model Four-D dan metode kulsponsi 2,78 (cukup baik) dan siklus kedua dan ketiga masing-masing 3,23 (cukup baik)  dan 3,63 (baik), dan sikuls keempat 4,23 (sangat baik)  Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran Mata Kuliah Akuntansi Syariah dengan menggunakan Model Four-D dan dengan  metode kulsponsi.  Kata kunci : Model Four-D, Kulsponsi, Akuntansi Syariah

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of learning discipline and learning environment on learning outcomes of Creative Products and Entrepreneurship (PKK) students of SMKN 3 Blitar City in the odd semester of the 2018/2019 school year. This research uses descriptive analysis method, while inferential statistical analysis is multiple regression or change to find out the magnitude of the influence between the discipline of learning in school and the learning environment on learning outcomes. Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the successful implementation of the empowerment aspect of context, input, process, product. This study using CIPP model. The methodology used is a combination method (Mixed Methods) with design verification sequence (Sequential Explanatory). CIPP research instruments were tested to obtain valid and reliable instrument. The variables of this study consisted of: (1) The level of success of the SME development program component context, (2) The level of success of the SME development program component inputs, (3) The level of success of the SME development program component process, and (4) The success rate of the MSME program product components. The results of this study indicates that: (1) The level of success of the SME development program component context with a mean score of 4.07 or 81.4% is included in the category of very high, (2) The level of success of the MSME program input component with a mean of 4.00 or 80 % included in the very high category, (3) The level of success of the MSME program components demgam process mean 3.79 or 75.8% are high, (4) The success rate of the MSME program product components with a mean of 4.00 or 80% including in the very high category.

Abstract

The purpose of village development in achieving the welfare of the village community requires a good village governance in carrying out public services. The implementation of quality village government will create an orderly life of government and society and will realize the expected good public governance (GPG). One form of service output that reflects government performance which is also an instrument of government accountability to stakeholders is financial reports. Quality village financial reports are information that can present honestly, truthfully, relevantly, reliably, can be compared, and can be understood by all parties related to the financial statements. The research objective was to test empirically and to analyze the effect of GPG on the quality of information on village government financial reports in Kediri Regency. The research sample was 52 villages in Kediri Regency with respondents who were managers of village financial reporting. The research data were obtained through an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Hypothesis testing is carried out by multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS V.23 application. The results of data analysis prove that the accountability and fairness variables and equality variables have a significant effect on the quality information of village financial report, while the variables of democracy, transparency, and legal culture have no significant impact on the quality information of village government financial reports.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk 1) mendeskripsikan model pembelajaran berbasis riset yang digunakan dalam proses belajar mengajar, 2) mendeskripsikan langkah-langkah model pembelajaran berbasis riset pada mata kuliah ekonomi mikro 3) mendeskripsikan persepsi mahasiswa penggunaan model pembelajaran berbasis riset pada mata kuliah ekonomi mikro. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif eksplanatif, subyek yang digunakan adalah mata kuliah ekonomi mikro yang ditempuh mahasiswa di semester genap 2017/2018. Metode pengumpulan data dengan observasi, depth interview, angket dan analisis dokumen. Validasi data dengan menggunakan triangulasi.  Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: 1)model pembelajaran berbasis riset yang digunakan adalah dengan pelibatan mahasiswa secara aktif dalam setiap proses pembelajaran dengan materi yang dihubungkan dengan hasil penelitian. 2) model pembelajaran berbasis riset menggunakan langkah-langkah yang sistematis dan terukur tiap sintaknya. 3) mahasiswa beranggapan bahwa pembelajaran berbasis riset sangat efektif dalam perkuliahan ekonomi mikro

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the marketing mix is ​​used to increase the number of buyers in the Mbok Moro Geprek Chicken Business. Marketing activity is an attempt to offer consumers the products they are produced. Marketing is a very determining factor for the survival of a company, so it is very important for business owners to pay attention to the marketing mix that the company runs. The research method used mixed method. The subject of this research was Mbok Moro geprek chicken business and ata collection used interviews and observations. Data analysis techniques used marketing mix analysis. The variables of marketing mix were product, price, place and promotion. The result of this research showed that consumers’ decision to buy Mbok Moro Geprek Chicken had many reasons, they are: the place was strategic and the price of product was afforadable. The recommendation of this research is that the products of Mbok Moro geprek chickens must be more varied and innovative in packaging and online marketing and also improving brand.

Abstract

One of the roles of housewives in strengthening the economy is to open a business so that their household needs are fulfilled. However, business management that has been carried out so far is in a simple way, so efforts are needed on how to market their products so that they can survive in trade competition. The purpose of this service is to provide digital marketing training for housewives with training methods and accompanied by product photography training. Then the results that can be taken show that the potential of housewives actually has an influence on the household economy so that it is maintained. Digital marketing training for housewives in the Corner Village of Kediri is expected to help housewives who have businesses in optimizing technology and media to facilitate business in helping the economy, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

As one of the components of the national education system, teachers as the spearhead in achieving success in achieving national education goals play a very important role in the implementation of AKM. However, at the operational level of the policy, teachers do not fully understand and have sufficient competence regarding the implementation of AKM. Several problems as identified results show that the economy teachers in the district and city of Kediri: 1) do not understand the concept of AKM, both AKM AN and AKM Class; 2) does not have adequate skills in developing AKM which includes: literacy and numeracy AKM, character survey, and learning environment survey; and 3) do not have sufficient skills in developing HOTS questions for economic lessons. In order to improve the ability of teachers in AKM, training is carried out with the aim of increasing the ability of teachers to: 1) development of AKM materials; 2) development of Class AKM materials; 3) development of character survey instruments; 4) development of learning environment survey instruments; and 5) compilation of HOTS questions. The AKM training methods include: various tutorials / lectures, assignments, discussions, and evaluations. The results of the training show that teachers must have increased competency in the following aspects: AKM knowledge, literacy, numeracy, preparation of article-based AKM questions, and preparation of HOTS questions in economic subjects.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang dihadapi di Desa Bulu dalam pembentukan Koperasi adalah kurangnya informasi yang memadai serta lengkap mengenai pembentukan koperasi yang sesuai dengan aturan pemerintah, kurangnya modal koperasi, dan kurangnya pengetahuan mengenai penyusunan laporan keuangan juga menjadi kendala setelah pembentukan koperasi. Artikel ini dimaksudkan untuk Meningkatkan pemahaman mengenai tata cara dalam pembentukan koperasi simpan pinjam, meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang pentingnya berkoperasi, membentuk koperasi yang dapat memberikan manfaat lebih kepada warga masyarakat dan dapat berkembang dengan maksimal untuk meningkatkan perekonomian atau kesejahteraan warga. Pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat di Desa Bulu Kec. Semen Kab. Kediri menggunakan metode penyuluhan dan pelatihan yang terjadwal. Dari penyuluhan tersebut disepakati bersama bahwa: Warga Desa Bulu sepakat untuk membentuk Koperasi Simpan Pinjam, warga masyarakat yang berhak masuk anggota koperasi sementara dibatasi hanya satu RT saja yaitu RT 01, RW 03 Dusun Bulusan, dengan pertimbangan untuk memudahkan koordinasi penagihan simpanan pokok, simpanan wajib dan pinjaman. Anggota koperasi bisa diperluas apabila laporan keuangan koperasi sudah stabil. Anggota koperasi Barokah sampai dengan 6 September 2017 sudah tercatat sebanyak 40 anggota, simpanan pokok sebesar Rp. 50.000,-, simpanan Wajib sebesar Rp. 5.000,-, besarnya pinjaman sebesar RP. 500.000,-, lamanya angsuran sebanyak 5x atau 5 bulan. Bantuan yang diberikan Prodi pendidikan Ekonomi kepada Koperasi Barokah berupa: Bantuan Modal Awal sebesar Rp. 1.000.000,-, bantuan kwitansi tercetak untuk penerimaan Kas masuk dan Pengeluaran Kas keluar, buku Kas masuk dan Kas Keluar, stempel Koperasi Barokah, buku anggota, bantuan penyusunan laporan keuangan koperasi mulai dari terbentuknya koperasi, bulan Februari sd 31 Desember 2017, berupa Laporan Laba/rugi, Neraca, Laporan perubahan modal, dan Laporan pembagian SHU (On going), bantuan pendampingan RAT ke-1, yang akan diselenggarakan antara bulan Januari – Maret 2018.

Abstract

Micro economy subject is planned to facilitate students with the basic comprehension about scope, problems and the basic concepts of economy. In addition, good understanding and critical thinking about microeconomics is very important for managerial decision making processes, understanding the public policy and knowing the way how modern economy runs. The purpose of this study was to find out how the application of research-based learning models in Microeconomics courses to improve students' critical thinking skills. This study uses a type of lesson study based classroom action research with a qualitative descriptive research approach. The research procedure consists of three cycles in which in each cycles there was one topic to know the result that could be achieved by the research subject as the basis for the improvement in the next cycle. Every cycles consist of three steps; Plan, Do and See.The subject of this research was the students of Economy Education Department who were taking micro economy subject. From the results of the study it can be explained that in the first cycle the average implementation of learning was 2.80 (good enough) and the second and third cycles were 3.20 (good enough) and 3.58 (good) respectively. So it can be concluded that there is an increase in Microeconomics critical thinking skills per cycle by using a research-based learning model.
