Abstract

Desa Guntarano merupakan salah satu daerah sentra produksi ‘Bawang Goreng Lokal Palu’ di Kabupaten Donggala. Desa tersebut berpenduduk sebanyak 6.781  jiwa,  dengan pekerjaan utama umumnya sebagai petani. Pengembangan ‘Bawang Goreng Palu’ di dataran Guntarano sangat potensial karena didukung oleh faktor iklim yang sesuai untuk pertumbuhan tanaman, yaitu iklim panas dengan sedikit hari hujan dan berada pada ketinggian tempat antara 280–500 m dpl.  Produksi ‘bawang goreng Palu’ yang dicapai saat ini masih tergolong rendah yakni 5,9 ton/ha sedangkan  potensi hasil dapat mencapai 12 ton/ha. (BPS Kab. Donggala, 2010). Dalam pengusahaan bawang goreng  Palu oleh petani umumnya dilakukan secara konvensional sehingga kurang memperoleh keuntungan karena biaya usaha tani seringkali lebih besar daripada hasil yang diperoleh. Untuk membantu petani dalam penanganan masalah OPT serta untuk meningkatkan produktivitas bawang goreng program PKMM ini melaksanakan teknologi pengendalian hama ulat bawang yang terintegrasi dengan teknologi budidaya bawang yang berpotensi untuk meningkatkan dan memantapkan produksi bawang merah antara lain dengan pemberian biokultur. Tujuan program PKMM ini adalah melakukan pembinaan dan pemberdayaan kepada masyarakat dalam mengembangkan bioinsektisida dan biokultur. Metode yang diterapkan dalam mencapai tujuan tersebut adalah: pelatihan, demonstrasi teknologi, demplot, pendampingan dan pembinaan yang dilakukan secara partisipatif. Program PKMM ini berlangsungselama 4 bulan yang dimulaipada bulan April 2014 sampai dengan bulan Juli 2014Hasil yang diperolehdari program PKMM ini menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat sasaran telah dapat mengembangkan bioinsektisida dan biokultur sehingga kedua saprodi tersebut sealu tersedia bagi petani dalam menjamin usahataninya sehingga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pendapatan dan kesejahteraannya. Kata Kunci : Produktivitas Bawang Merah, Biokultur, Bioinsektisida “Beauveria  bassiana”

Abstract

This study discusses about the influence of religious ideas on the work ethic Pinrang central market traders. The research method used in this study is associative research methods with quantitative data. The data collection method used is the technique of observation, interviews and questionnaires, while data analysis method used is descriptive test and product moment correlation test. The research found : first, the level of religious understanding central market traders classified category Pinrang high/good. Second, the level of work ethic central market traders belonging to the category Pinrang enough/being. Third, there is the influence of the religious understanding of the work ethic Pinrang central market traders, relatively weak effect (0.374) with a coefficient determinant only as much rest as much as 13.99 % 86.01 % determined more by factors/other variables. In the rules of significance testing, statistical data obtained tcount t tabel1 ≤ 3.291, 296/1, 671. Thus, the influence of religious ideas on the work ethic significant Pinrang central market merchants.The implications of this research into the repertoire of the intellectual in the field of theology and social studies as well as a part of the academic attitude to participate in contributing ideas to the nation and society on umumnya. Exept that, expected Pinrang local governments would be able to notice that the current setting so the market stall no los who have closed roads that are not passed by the buyer. This situation makes it one of los middle east and the west to experience a place that is not a strategy. It all makes a lot of loss for the seller.

Abstract

Kajian Implementasi Konsep One Village One Product (OVOP) di Kalimantan Timur. Terdapat tiga hal yang ingin diketahui dari kajian ini yaitu pertama, mengidentifikasi produk unggulan daerah melalui pendekatan one village one product (OVOP); kedua, mengidentifikasi potensi pasar produk unggulan daerah melalui pendekatan one village one product (OVOP); dan ketiga, mengidentifikasi strategi pengembangan dan pemasaran produk unggulan daerah melalui pendekatan one village one product (OVOP). Tujuan pertama dan kedua didekati dengan menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptig, sedangkan tujuan kajian yang ketiga didekati melalui analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat beberapa produk lokal Kalimantan Timur yang masuk ke dalam kriteria program unggulan daerah dan memiliki potensi pasar yang masih memungkinkan untuk dikembangkan lebih lanjut.

Abstract

Abstrak:. Di zaman modern dan kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, ajaran-ajaran Mutazilah yang bersifat rasional itu telah mulai muncul kembali di kalangan umat Islam terutama di kalangan kaum terpelajar. Secara tak sadar mereka telah mempunyai paham-paham yang sama atau dekat dengan ajaran-ajaran Mutazilah. Mempunyai paham-paham yang demikian tidaklah membuat mereka ke luar dari Islam.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode belajar sambil bermain untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas, harapannya dengan diterapkannya metode belajar sambil bermain dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah dengan menerapkan metode belajar sambil bermain dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas 1 pada mata pelajaran IPA?  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada siklus 1 yaitu ketuntasan belajar klasikal 52,63% dan daya serap klasikal 67,10%.  Pada tindakan siklus II diperoleh ketuntasan belajar klasikal 89,47% dan daya serap klasikal 81,05%. Disimpulkan bahwa dengan diterapkannya metode belajar sambil bermain dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas 1 mata pelajaran IPA di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Alkhairat Uemalingku Kecamatan Ampana Kota. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Faktor-faktor yang Mempengaruhi Kesempatan Kerja Di Kota Samarinda. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 22. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa inflasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesempatan kerja dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,741> ? = 0,05, upah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesempatan kerja. dengan tingkat signifikansi 0.000 <? = 0,05, pertumbuhan ekonomi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peluang kerja dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,076 <? = 0,10.

Abstract: In modern times and the advancement of science and technology, the rational Mutazilah teachings have begun to re-emerge among Muslims especially among the intelectual counity. Unknowingly they have had the same or close understandings of the Mutazila teachings. Having such ideals does not exclude them from Islam.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to study the effect of NAA, BAP and their combinations in MS media on the formation of callus and bud morphogenesis of Sansevieria macrophylla explants. The research has been conducted at the Laboratory of Plant Biotechnology, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Riau, from August 2015 to February 2016. The experiment was arranged in a Completely Randomized Design, consisting of 8 treatments and 3 replications. Each treatment consisted of 4 explants of Sansevieria macrophylla. The treatments were application of NAA, BAP and their combinations in MS media : NAA 1 mg/L, NAA 2 mg/L, BAP 1 mg/L, BAP 2 mg/L, NAA 1 mg/L + BAP 1 mg/L, NAA 1 mg/L + BAP 2 mg/L, NAA 2 mg/L + BAP 1 mg/L, NAA 2 mg/L + BAP 2 mg/L . The parameters observed were : the time of callus appearance, colour of callus, texture of callus, time of shoots appearance and the survival bud rate. The data were analyzed with  analysis of variance and the means of treatment were compared by using Duncan’s New Multiple Range Test at 5 % level. The data of callus colour and texture were analyzed descriptively and presented in a tabular form. The result showed that the addition of BAP 2 mg/L in MS media gave the earliest time of callus appearance and BAP 1mg/L gave the highest percentage of survival bud rate. The combination of NAA 1 mg/L + BAP 1 mg/L  gave the earliest time of shoots appearance of Sansevieria macrophylla explants in MS media.Keywords:Sansevieria macrophyllaExplants, NAA, BAP and in vitro

Abstract

This research purpose is to know and analyze based on statutory provision regard due reclamation planning, permitting reclamation, and reclamation as well as to identify and analyze whether Palu Bay reclamation area in accordance with the Spatial Plan of Palu Year 2010-2030, with normative research and analyzed with descriptive methods. Research shown that the implementation of reclamation is accordance with legislation proceeds through the stages of planning , licence and reclamation . Related Palu Bay reclamation area , has not been fully fit Spatial Planning Palu as the setting in the Regional Regulation No. 16  Year 2011 about RTRW Palu City Year 2010-2030 .
