Abstract

Proses clustering dengan algoritma K-Means pada dataset yang memiliki banyak atribut akan mempengaruhi besarnya jumlah iterasi. Pada penelitian ini, metode Information Gain digunakan untuk mereduksi atribut dataset. Dataset yang telah direduksi atribut akan dilanjutkan proses clustering dengan K-Means. Dataset yang dianalisis pada penelitian ini adalah data Hepatitis C Virus yang diperoleh dari UCI Machine Learning Repository, dengan 29 atribut dan 1385 jumlah data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata jumlah iterasi yang diperoleh dari 10 kali pengujian dengan menggunakan K-Means konvensional diperoleh rata-rata sebesar 32 iterasi, sedangkan K-Means dengan reduksi atribut diperoleh rata-rata sebesar 27.7 iterasi. Nilai validitas cluster dihitung menggunakan Davies-Bouldin Index (DBI). Nilai DBI pada K-Means konvensional sebesar 2.1972, sedangkan DBI pada K-Means yang telah direduksi 1 atribut sampai 5 atribut diperoleh nilai rata-rata DBI masing-masing sebesar 2.0290, 1.8771, 1.8641, 1.8389, dan 1.8117.

Abstract

K-Nearest Neighbor is a data mining algorithm that can be used to classify data. K-Nearest Neighbor works based on the closest distance. This research using the Euclidean and Manhattan distances to calculate the distance of Lhokseumawe-Medan bus transportation. Data that used in this research was obtained from the Organisasi Angkutan Darat Kota Lhokseumawe. The results of the test with k = 3 has obtained the percentage of 44.94% for Precision, 37.06% Recall, and 81.96% Accuracy for the performance of K-NN with Euclidean Distance. Whereas by using Manhattan Distance the result obtained was 45.49% for Precision, 36.39% Recall, and 84.00% Accuracy. The result shown that Manhattan Distance obtained the highest accuracy, with the difference of 2.04% higher than Euclidean Distance. It indicates that Manhattan Distance is more accurate than Euclidean Distance to classify the bus transportation.

Abstract

Purity is an algorithm thatcan be used to measure the purity value of the data. This research aims to implement the purity algorithm to provide the information on the area of rice harvest productivity in Kabupaten Aceh Utara. The highest purity value indicates the highest harvest productivity area. With lower Purity value indicates lower harvest productivity areas. The data used in this research obtained from the Dinas Pertanian dan Pangan Kabupaten Aceh Utara in 2015-2019, which consists of 26 sub-districts. The results of this research indicate that the areas that are very productive in producing rice in Aceh Utara are based on planting area (ha), harvested area (ha), productivity (kw/ha), production (ton), and production presentation using Purity. In 2015, the highest purity value was in Muara Batu sub-district with a value of 0.742189869. In 2016, the highest purity value was in Sawang sub-district with a value of 0.732474998. In 2017, the highest purity value was in Sawang sub-district with a value of 0.732862423. In 2018, the highest purity value was in Muara Batu sub-district with a value of 0.742319507. In 2019, the highest purity value was in Tanah Luas sub-district of 0.735502499. The system created on web using the PHP programming language.

Abstract

The scholarship program held to ease the burden of students in taking the study period, especially in terms of costs. This research conducted at SMP Negeri 7 Sawang – Paya Gaboh in Sawang sub-district, Kabupaten Aceh Utara. This research discusses the provision of educational scholarships from the government of Kabupaten Aceh Utara for students. Therefore, the researcher intends to offer a solution to determine the scholarship recipients at SMP Negeri 7 Sawang by applying the Profile Matching method to find the criteria for receiving the scholarship. The purpose of this research is to design and build a system to determine students who are entitled to receive the scholarships by applying the Profile Matching method based on core data and secondary factors. The implementation of the results of the criteria for the scholarship recipients will be processed using the Profile Matching method. It will produce an output that later assist the selection team in finding the scholarship recipients. The results of the research indicate that the use of the Profile Matching algorithm in finding scholarship recipients works according to the expected categories. The student with the highest score on rank is the first alternative that deserves to be the recipient of the government scholarship aid of Kabupaten Aceh Utara. The system is builtand implemented using PHP programming language.

Abstract

Information gain is an algorithm that can be used to rank datasets. This research applied the information gain algorithm to the culinary recommendation system in Lhokseumawe city.  Lhokseumawe is one of the tourist destinations in the northen region of  Aceh, due to its strategic location near the beach.  Apart from the beach, culinary is the main choice of tourists when visiting Lhokseumawe city.  The purpose of implementing this recommendation system is to make it easier for tourists to find the best culinary recommendations in Lhokseumawe city based on the value of the data ranking with the information gain algorithm.  The results of this research shown that the highest rank of information gain values is 0.545715, 0.530769, and 0.497328, continuously.  This value provided in the culinary recommendation system in Lhokseumawe city, namely Mie Ayah, Bakso Pim, and Bakso Pak De.

Abstract

In this study Brute Force and Stemming algorithms are combined in the mashdar word search system. The purpose of this study is to facilitate the user in finding the basic words of a word along with its changes based on the review of basic words to mashdar. The data used in this study were obtained from 50 books of Tashrif by Sheikh Hasan bin Ahmad. The results of the study by combining brute force and stemming algorithms in mashdar search with a test sample of 15 words obtained an accuracy value of 78.9%, 86.6% precission, 84.6% recall and 66.6% specificity.

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini diimplementasikan algoritma K-Nearest Neighbor dalam pengklasifikasian Sekolah Menengah Pertama/Sederajat berdasarkan peminatan calon siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memudahkan pengguna dalam menemukan sekolah SMP/sederajat berdasarkan 8 kriteria sekolah yaitu akreditasi, fasilitas ruangan, fasilitas olah raga, laboratorium, ekstrakulikuler, biaya, tingkatan kelas dan waktu belajar. Adapun data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini didapatkan dari Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kabupaten Bireuen. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan K-NN dan pendekatan Euclidean Distance dengan k=3, diperoleh nilai precision sebesar 63,67%, recall 68,95% dan accuracy sebesar 79,33% .

Abstract

K-Means is a data mining algorithm that can be used to grouping or clustering data. This research using k-means for clustering the data of motorcycle based on consumer needs. The dataset used in this research is Honda and Yamaha motorcycle which taken from the dialers in Dewantara District, Aceh. The data tested by grouping 300 data of motorcycle with different attributes into 3 clusters, which are cheap, normal, and expensive. The distribution of the data we separate it using 45 data in 15 times of test. Each test used 3 different data randomly selected on each test. To calculate the distance of each motorcycle data that have been inputted to each centroid, we used the Euclidean Distance formula. Data in this cluster system can be used as a recommendation for users in selecting the motorcycle that they interest the most. The results of the performance on each test finished in 15 times shown that the average value of Precision by 76%, Recall by 76% and the accuracy by 81%.

Abstract

A monitoring system is needed to monitoring vehicle’s daily activities at Bank Indonesia Lhokseumawe. The management of vehicle’s daily activities in the Representative Office of Bank Indonesia Lhokseumawe is still using manual handwritting’s records on some books, which is making it difficult to retrieve the required data quickly and accurately. To assist in carrying out the objection given, the authors designed an integrated information system which capable to monitoring vehicle’s daily activities. The Information system based on web and gps for android.

Abstract

The management of Land and Building Certificates at Universitas Malikussaleh is still using a manual library in Biro Perlengkapan which contains some problem whereas it can be burned accidentally refers to fire case in 2017 in Rektorat Building at Universitas Malikussaleh. Given the problem faced by the staff in Biro Perlengkapan, the authors idea is to create a database-based data processing system, the authors designed an integrated information system which be able to anticipated such problem in the future and saving time to collecting important certificates such Land and Building Certificates at Universitas Malikussaleh and protecting them with Honey Encryption algorithm. The information system based on desktop and works as a client-server system. The result of this research provide that the honey encryption algorithm can protect the data and it can solve the problem in management system of land and building certificates.
