Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the capacity of domestic passenger terminal in Adi Soemarmo Boyolali International Airport. The data were collected from observation, documents, and literature review and analyzed using the formula in the Regulation of the Minister of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia No. PM 178 of 2015 on Service Standards for Airport Service User. The capacity of the terminal in this airport was used as an initial forecast of the needs for facility development, including area per during peak hour passenger and Initial Indication of Development, Utilization, Expansion, and Operation (abbreviated as IAP4 in Indonesian). Based on the calculation, the IAP4 value of the terminal was 0.32, indicating the capacity was sufficient. In 2019, as there were 1,565,093 passengers departing domestically from this terminal, the peak hour passenger coefficient was 0.050. Based on these findings, the existing capacity of the domestic terminal was sufficient to accommodate up to 2,925,600 passengers. Therefore, the terminal’s level of occupancy was 53.49% in 2019. It is necessary to carry out this research regularly, particularly when there is an increase in the number of passengers to evaluate whether the airport is still able to accommodate all passengers’ movements.

Abstract

Job readiness can be one of the characteristics that show the quality of a worker. Final-year undergraduate students need to prepare themselves to work, and new undergraduate students start from 18. They have entered early adulthood. The research objective was to determine whether there was an effect on undergraduate student self-confidence in the age group during the fourth semester of their lecture on their employability. This research is a survey type quantitative method, with primary data obtained through questionnaires. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling technique with the criteria of undergraduate students taking Personality Development courses in the semester. The number of respondents was 294 students. The results showed an effect of self-confidence on job readiness, amounting to 24.4%. As much as 75.6% of job readiness is influenced by other variables not studied. Educational institutions or practitioners involved in work preparation activities can prepare individual development plans through various programs starting with identifying each individual himself.

Abstract

This research used quantitative descriptive methods to study the literature and to analyze secondary data in the form of financial performance summary of the three companies collected through the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. Data was analyzed by using liquidity ratio, activity ratio, Debt to Total Assets (DTA), and profitability ratio. The result shows that the three companies use aggressive strategies in financing their operational activities, PT Garuda Indonesia Tbk has the best ability to pay its short-term liabilities, PT AirAsia Indonesia Tbk is the fastest in turning its business receivables into cash but its financial risk is greater than the other two airline companies because more than 100% of funding comes from debt. PT AirAsia Indonesia Tbk and PT Garuda Indonesia Tbk can generate a gross profit of 1 rupiah per 1 rupiah of sale, but are declared to suffer losses because Operating Profit Margin (OPM) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) are both negative; the three companies have not been able to generate profits from the use of their assets; also PT Garuda Indonesia Tbk and PT Indonesia Transport & Infrastructure Tbk have negative Return on Equity (ROE) value due to loss (negative net income), even though the equity is positive. This comparison of financial analysis can not directly reveal the financial strength and weakness of each company because more information is needed, especially regarding the terms of debt and receivables in the industry.

Abstract

Persaingan perusahaan maskapai penerbangan di Indonesia semakin kompetitif. Kondisi ini memaksa perusahaan maskapai penerbangan tidak terkecuali Garuda Indonesia untuk mempertahankan kesetiaan merek dari penggunanya. Studi ini tidak hanya mempelajari prediktor kesetiaan merek, namun juga luarannya. Tujuan studi ini yaitu menguji pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan pengalaman merek tehadap kesetiaan merek serta pengaruh kesetiaan merek terhadap word of mouth (WOM). Studi ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Responden studi ini berjumlah 100 pengguna maskapai penerbangan Garuda Indonesia. Sampel ditentukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Analisis data memakai aplikasi Structural Equation Modelling Partial Least Square (SEM PLS) 5.0. Temuan studi ini membuktikan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan pengalaman merek memberikan pengaruh pada kesetiaan merek. Selanjutnya, kesetiaan merek akan mempengaruhi WOM.

Abstract

Belum ada penelitian terkait keimigrasian di Bandar Udara Internasional Adi Soemarmo Boyolali. Karyailmiah ini secara rinci bertujuan untuk menganalisis kapasitas keimigrasian dan tingkat pelayanan pejabat imigrasi. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan data primer berupa hasil observasi waktu penumpang menunggu (menit) dan waktu pemrosesan passport per penumpang (menit) saat keberangkatan dan kedatangan. Data sekunder dalam penelitian ini yaitu jumlah penumpang berangkat dan datang pada waktu sibuk serta kondisi eksisting jumlah meja pemeriksaan passport berangkat, jumlah meja pemeriksaan passport datang, dan luas area pemeriksaan passport. Data terkait kapasitas keimigrasian dianalisis menggunakan perhitungan kebutuhan ruang terminal penumpang dalam SNI 03-7046-2004 tentang Standar Nasional Indonesia Terminal Penumpang Bandar Udara, sedangkan tingkat pelayanan dihitung berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Perhubungan Republik Indonesia Nomor PM 178 Tahun 2015 tentang Standar Pelayanan Pengguna Jasa Bandar Udara. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kapasitas keimigrasian telah memenuhi persyaratan teknis pengoperasian fasilitas teknik bandar udara. Selain itu, tingkat pelayanan imigrasi mendapatkan nilai sempurna untuk kedua tolak ukur di imigrasi keberangkatan dan imigrasi kedatangan. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini terbatas pada data tahun tertentu dan saat observasi dilakukan, sehingga tidak dapat menggambarkan kondisi kapasitas keimigrasian dan tingkat pelayanan pejabat imigrasi untuk waktu selanjutnya. Oleh karena itu, penelitian dengan topik yang sama perlu dilakukan secara berkala untuk melihat perkembangan serta perbandingan hasil, terutama pengamatan saat waktu sibuk.
