Abstract

Sebagai organisasi yang memberikan layanan prima, tentunya PT. Angkasa Pura I Yogyakarta International Airport, harus memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik untuk mendukung keamanan dan keselamatan penerbangan. Salah satu cara yang dilakukan PT Angkasa Pura I Yogyakarta International Airport ialah menjamin kehandalan operasional fasilitas penerbangan dan bandar udara. Dari segi tuntutan akuntabilitas kinerja, Bandar Udara Yogyakarta International Airport harus memberikan efektivitas dan tentnya efisiens guna mencapai sasaran-sasaran perusahaan terutama kinerja dalam memberikan pelayanan. Dalam upaya memberikan pelayanan prima, maka PT. Angkasa Pura I Yogyakarta International Airport mengikuti standar pelayanan yang harus sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan, yang diamanatkan dalam Undang Undang No 25 Tahun 2009 tentang Pelayanan Publik

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of product quality and service quality on purchase decision at Mie Gacoan. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The population in this study are consumers in Yogyakarta. The sample in this study were 130 respondents. The data used in this study is primary data sourced from the data collection process using a questionnaire. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis technique with SPSS as an analytical tool. Based on the results of data testing, it shows that: (1) Product quality partially has a significant effect on purchase decision at Mie Gacoan in Yogyakarta. (2) Service quality partially has a significant effect on purchase decision at Mie Gacoan in Yogyakarta. (3) Product quality and service quality simultaneously have a significant effect on purchase decision at Mie Gacoan in Yogyakarta.

Abstract

Fasilitas kenyamanan merupakan fasilitas yang dapat membantu memudahkan penumpang dalam melakukan aktivitas saat berada di bandara dengan memberikan rasa aman dan nyaman sehingga perasaan yang didapat oleh penumpang yaitu kepuasan dengan menggunakan fasilitas yang disediakan oleh bandara. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui apakah fasilitas kenyamanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan penumpang di Bandar Udara Internasional Supadio Pontianak dan mengukur seberapa besar pengaruh fasilitas kenyamanan terhadap kepuasan penumpang di Bandar Udara Internasional Supadio Pontianak. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif serta melalui teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner atau angket, observasi dan dokumentasi dengan teknik sampel purposive sampling yaitu teknik pengumpulan sampel dengan karakteristrik tertentu yang berjumlah 50 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak, dengan hasil nilai t (Parsial) sebesar 9.154 dimana nilai ini dinyatakan positif yang artinya terdapat pengaruh fasilitas kenyamanan terhadap kepuasan penumpang di Bandar Udara Internasional Supadio Pontianak. Hasil dari uji R (koefiesien Determinasi) Sebesar 0,628 nilai ini memiliki korelasi kuat. Dari nilai tersebut menunjukan bahwa fasilitas kenyamanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan penumpang sebesar 62,8%.

Abstract

Keselamatan penerbangan merupakan suatu hal yang sangat penting dalam sebuah penerbangan, ataubisa dikatakan bahwa keselamatan penerbangan adalah kondisi suatu penerbangan yang berjalan dengan lancar dan aman dari stasiun keberangkatan hingga tiba di stasiun tujuan. Termasuk personel Flight Operations Officer yang dalam hal ini harus memperhatikan aspek keselamatan dan keamanan dalam suatu penerbangan, sehingga personel FOO dituntut untuk memiliki ketelitian dan kedisiplinan dalam melakukan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya agar suatupenerbangan dapat berjalan dengan selamat dan aman. Metode penelitian kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Wawancara dan observasi partisipan digunakan sebagai data primer, dan data yang didapat dari kantor operations PT Gapura Angkasa Yogyakarta beserta dokumentasi digunakan sebagai data sekunder dalam penelitian ini, selain itu informasi dari publikasi ilmiah, artikel atau penelitian terdahulu yang berkaitan dengan penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti digunakan sebagai data sekunder dalam penelitian ini. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan data yang didapat dari penelitian ini yang berjudul Kinerja personel Flight Operations Officer (FOO) terhadap keselamatan penerbangan di Bandar Udara Internasional Yogyakarta bahwasannya personel FOO di lapangan sudah melakukan pekerjaanya dengan baik dalam memberikan pelayanankepada suatu penerbangan yang ditanganinya, baik berupa pemberian informasi data flight plan, information weather, notam-notam dan briefing sudah dilakukan dengan baik , namun juga dalam penelitian ini ditemukan adanya beberapa kendala yang personel temui di lapangan yaitu keterbatasan SDM dan juga keterbatasan sarana dan pra-sarana lainnya, seperti Jaringan internet, supplai kertas, tinta, printer dan komputer yang kerap menjadi hambatan bagi personel FOO yang akan bekerja di lapangan.

Abstract

KM 22 of 2005 describes the application of SNI 03-7094-2005 regarding signs at airport terminals as a mandatory standard which explains that every area within the passenger terminal must be equipped with clear and easy-to-understand warning signs. Obstacles found by researchers when carrying out initial observations were finding deficiencies in installing warning signs at Terminal 1 of Juanda International Airport, Surabaya. The purpose of this study is to find out how to optimize the warning sign facility in improving passenger service at the Juanda International Airport Surabaya terminal, to find out the obstacles faced and the solutions in optimizing the warning sign facility at Juanda International Airport. This study uses a qualitative method. This research was conducted at Juanda International Airport in Surabaya which was held in June 2023. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The validity test of the data used is source triangulation and technique triangulation. Data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of research based on service indicators show that: (1) physical evidence (tangibles) includes an imbalance in the placement of signboards; (2) reliability includes the use of available tools and the application of clear service standards; (3) responsiveness, including responsiveness to complaints and input from passengers; (4) guarantee (assurance) includes routine maintenance, as well as providing accurate information; (5) empathy (empathy) includes providing individual and responsive services. The obstacles encountered are that the warning sign is only visible from the west side of the terminal area, but not visible from the east side, the placement of the no smoking sign is not optimal, the no smoking sign is damaged, there are instructions for using a hydrant box that is less strategic .

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Functional Security Equipment on the Performance of Aviation Security Unit Officers at Adi Soemarmo Boyolali International Airport to be able to improve the performance of human resources in order to realize flight security and safety. This research was conducted at Adi Soemarmo Boyolali International Airport from 05 December 2022 to 05 January 2023. The data collection method used in this study was a quantitative method. The population in this study were all Aviation Security unit officers at Adi Soemarmo Boyolali International Airport, totaling 80 respondents and the sampling technique used in this study was Simple Random Sampling and the analytical tool used in this study was simple linear regression. The results of the regression test show that the functional variable of security equipment has a positive effect on the performance of aviation security unit officers and the results of hypothesis testing indicate that the functional variable of security equipment has a significant effect on the performance of aviation security unit officers. The results of the determination test produce an adjusted R square value in the regression model obtained at 0.766. This indicates that 76.6% of the variation in the magnitude of the variation in performance variable changes can be explained by the functional variable of safety equipment and the results of the partial test show a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. This proves that the functional security equipment has an effect on performance. Keywords : functional security equipment, performance.

Abstract

Domestic Incoming Cargo Handling is more complex than Domestic Outgoing Cargo Handling. Domestic Incoming Cargo Handling is where domestic goods are unloaded from the plane and then taken to the cargo terminal to be checked one by one by officers and after that they will be taken to the storage warehouse until the customer picks up the goods. the item. However, to pick up these goods there are conditions that must be met, such as bringing an air bill of lading (SMU), an identity card from the customer. However, in the process of handling incoming domestic cargo, there are still obstacles such as unpredictable weather factors which hinder the release of goods, missing quarantine documents and causing officers to replace new quarantine documents. Abstract

Industri perusahaan penerbangan yang semakin ketat akan persaingan, penyedia jasa tentunya harus mengatur strategi pengelolaan manajemen yang tepat untuk memberikan pelayanan yang baik agar menarik minat konsumen terhadap masing-masing maskapai penerbangan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penanganan yang diberikan oleh PT. DMK Cargo apabila terjadi kehilangan atau kerusakan pada barang saat proses pengiriman dan untuk mengetahui kendala yang dihadapi pada proses tracking di PT. DMK Cargo. Penelitian dilakukan di PT. DMK cargo di Bandar Udara Internasional Adi Soemarmo solo pada Januari 2023. Desain penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif dengan menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan observasi. Kehilangan atau kerusakan pada barang yang sedang dalam proses pengiriman dan adanya ketidakcocokan antara fisik dan aktual barang yang ada pada sistem saat melakukan proses tracking. Staf operasional berperan penting dalam menunjang kegiatan operasional yang ada di PT. DMK Cargo yang berhubungan langsung dengan proses pengiriman barang yang akan dilakukan proses tracking. PT. DMK Cargo melakukan konfirmasi secara langsung kepada pihak airline untuk meminta surat BA (berita acara) agar mempermudah pelacakan terhadap barang dengan menggunakan proses tracking. Untuk mengatasi hal ini pihak perusahaan selalu melakukan konfirmasi atau koordinasi ke pihak airline dari daerah awal barang sampai dengan tujuan akhir barang tersebut diterima. Kata Kunci: tracking, transportasi, pengiriman barang
