Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi dan meningkatnya penggunaan komputer. Pengetahuan tentang pemrograman virus komputer mengalami perkembangan yang cepat sehingga menjadi kebiasaan yang dipengaruhi oleh keberadaan komputer desktop, komputer pribadi dan notebook. Sebelum publikasi oleh berita di media massa tentang virus komputer oleh masyarakat. Virus komputer adalah program komputer dengan tujuan dibuat untuk memanipulasi, menularkan, atau menghancurkan program lainnya. Disana dia mempunyai kemampuan untuk mengubah diri mereka sendiri. Sedangkan untuk mengetahui adanya program virus komputer dapat dilakukan dengan melihat gejala adanya perubahan, menggunakan metode persepsi, metode perbandingan, dan metode pencarian. Sedangkan untuk mengantisipasi serangan virus dapat menggunakan anti virus, membunuh autorun, tidak menggunakan setiap file yang tidak diketahui menggunakan fasilitas firewall.

Abstract

Lecturers adapt to technology rises because the industries have improved business practices and implemented process changes to become more sustainable. The technological innovations can be generated by research projects that can yield useful innovations in industry. Lecture’s research in higher education becomes a fundamental need that must be managed sustainability. The policy and strategy in research between higher education and industry will enhance the quality and sustainability of higher education. The concept of research management in virtual organization adopted from a triangular model that related to higher education, industry, and government. The relationship can serve as a model that can adapt technology in industries and develope lecture’s knowledge. The research management in virtual organization used in this research is employing direct observation for problem identification and assigning the Internet service requirement and the availability of hardware and software resources. Developing lecture’s knowledge by considering polytechnic’s lecture becomes the main objective. The implementation of research management in virtual organization allows (1) industry’publish project themes, (2) lecturers can download the project themes as idea, and (3) lecturers submit proposal documents. The data survey are processed with the correlation, scale reliability, and validity analysis by using SPSS 16.0. Based on data survey result, the all indicators of lectiure’s knowledge development have positive values and significant correlations.

Abstract

Abstract Companies require a management information sistem that is good to making work efficiency and effectiveness and for improve service to customers. The increasing competition will force companies that are growing and that has been developed to provide effective and efficient services, so that the goals and objectives can be achieved by proper and eventually the company can compete in maintaining business continuity. Technological advancements encourage every type of business to keep abreast of developments and continue to improve their ability to manage data and information needed. This paper will discuss how to design, develop and implementation services as well as analyzing digital information sistem fatherly sales and inventory reports. With this method of digitizing sistems through information sistem service is possible to awaken a reliable information sistem, so that data can be stored with appropriate and practical, the information needed can be searched quickly and accurately as well as the necessary reports can be viewed in an easy and detailed.

Abstract

E-commerce is a sub-part of E-business which includes all kinds of functions and business activities by using electronic data that has the main purpose to increase corporate profits. One of the strategies used is to automate the existing tasks in E-commerce by utilizing web service facilities, which will significantly save time. The use of smartphones as a primary means of information and communication forces web service application providers to improve their services and facilities, such as websites that can be opened quickly and lightly on smartphone devices. This paper will discuss the benefits of accelerated mobile pages as a coding accelerator tool in the javaScript programming language using XML, HTML and XHTML programming as well as involving the use of SOAP, WSDL and NuSOAP that will run on both HTTP and HTTPS protocols. Using accelerated mobile pages as a means of accelerator tool on E-commerce in E-business can directly improve web service performance. This is very prominent when the site is accessed through a smartphone that has limited resources, in the form of website access will feel fast, easy and light.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology forces everything to be done sophisticated, easy, and practical. During the information technology revolution 4.0 which is commonly called the disruptive era, the people need communication to exchange information and data. One of the communication systems that has been found today is handphone technology that can be used to communicate remotely through short message services. It can be ascertained that almost every adult having a handphone can be even more than one number, so it is a top priority for market sharing in business activities by utilizing gammu and kalkun technology. Gammu which is an open source program application was developed to build SMS gateways and or while the kalkun program application is used for web based SMS management system. This paper describes the use of gammu and kalkun in information technology to develop and manufacture and manage SMS SERVER effectively and certainly can save costs. This method is more efficient because it allows companies to easily manage their own information dissemination and sales activities and according transactions to business needs, so that the budget spent by the company can be reduced and more economical.

Abstract

Currently, approximately 3.4 billion people are accessing the internet around the world and that number is still growing. This phenomena creates the Internet culture that has a great influence on science, technology and even the world economy. Internet bandwidth is very expensive, which makes an information technology based company have to map the internet accurately either daily, monthly or yearly. That data will be taken into consideration by the company to decide how to provide services that make an internet surfing is a pleasant experience. If not regulated, most likely the traffic and bandwidth will be used up even when it is only shared by a few users. To anticipate this, we need a bandwidth and management traffic system using Netscan and Networx in order to monitoring the usage of Internet.

Abstract

At this time, the Covid-19 pandemic has not been finished so all activities and expenditure of funds must be economical. On the each building will be required electricity resources as a means for lighting the room. Reduced activities carried out outside the room make people carry out activities indoors, this results in a significant increase in electricity consumption for lighting. PT. PLN as the provider in Indonesia of electricity services for the community experiences a shortage of electricity resources and most of the electricity resources are used for lighting purposes. Indonesia as a developing country has a very large of population growth, so it requires many buildings as a place to live or a place of business and other activities. This paper will be discussion how a smartphone with an Android operating system can be used to determining the lighting requirements using the Ionic Framework and Rule Based Expert Systems. Using this application system, so electricity to lighting can be optimal and not too wasteful, which in turn can save on the use of electrical energy resources and can save of the cost.

Abstract

Progress of science and technology is very influential to development of software engineering. Communication between software developers and prospective users of software engineering by prototype system is very important in the development of software engineering. Research and Development method in research of software engineering is very suitable be used because supports the existence of such communications. But it is found there are several research that use this method with not perfect or not completed, so research results produced less fit with purpose. This paper will be explain how to used the stages must be carried out in research of software engineering with the method of research and development, in order to make the research more be effectively and efficiently as well as software development efforts that simultaneously accompanied by the validation effort for the results to be achieved in accordance with the expected goals.

Abstract

STEKOM is an institution accommodating almost 500 employees, always evaluates their performance and giving awards to achievement every year’s completed. Fuzzy logic is very suitable to be used in performance appraisal because it can process complex and variatif  data, as well as uncertain to be valid data. One of the models in fuzzy logic is the Consistency Induced Ordered Weighted Averaging method system by reducing the operator Averaging Mean and assigning a consistency index value used to analyze fuzzy preference relationships, then using the results of the analysis in the preference aggregation process. This article will explain how to apply the Consistency Induced Ordered Weighted Averaging model in fuzzy logic to assess the performance of STEKOM employees by assigning weight to each attribute and variable, then from the weights and variables will be rated according to the value obtained so that the decision will be taken as a solution in giving awards and promotions to employees that can meet the principles of fairness, equality and approriateness.

Abstract

Abstrak: Sistem informasi pembayaran biaya pendidikan merupakan sebuah sistem informasi yang dirancang dan dibangun untuk mencatat transaksi pembayaran dan mengolah data pada SMK Sumber Daya Bekasi. Hal tersebut dikarenakan SMK Sumber Daya Bekasi masih menggunakan miscrosoft excel dalam mencatat setiap pembayaran biaya pendidikan, sehingga sering terjadi kesalahan dalam memberikan laporan harian. Sistem informasi pembayaran biaya pendidikan ini dibangun dengan metode Waterfall menggunakan penngembangan SDLC. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu wawancara, observasi, serta studi pustaka untuk menganalisa kebutuhan dari sistem informasi pembayaran biaya pendidikan. Sehingga hasil yang didapat menjadi lebih baik untuk sekolah dan bisa memaksimalkan kinerja petugas dalam melakukan pembayaran biaya pendidikan di sekolah serta informasi yang didapat lebih efektif dan efesien. Kata kunci: biaya pendidikan, pembayaran, sdlc, sistem informasi Abstract: Information system of payment of education fee is an information system designed and built to record payment transactions and process data on SMK Sumber Daya Bekasi. This is because SMK Sumber Daya Bekasi still use miscrosoft excel in recording any payment of education fees, so often mistakes in providing daily reports. Information system of payment of education fee is built by using Waterfall method using SDLC development. Techniques of collecting data conducted are interviews, observations, and literature studies to analyze the needs of information systems payment of education costs. So that the results get better for school and can maximize the performance of officers in making payment of education costs in schools and information obtained more effective and efficient.
