<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to compare the Re-Order point (ROP) between the ongoing policy of the company to the theoretical calculation according to the method of Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) in manufacturing company. The research methodology that is used in this research is the method of quantitative analysis. It is a scientific approach to managerial decision making in which the source data is the primary data obtained directly from resource persons to provide the necessary data. The data is taken from the data the raw materials the company from 2007 to 2012. The results of this study state that the re-order point calculations specific to the year 2012 only, according to the company policy is 34,508 Kg, while according to the calculation method of EOQ is 91 925 Kg. This difference is due to the calculation of safety stock and the use of time while waiting.]]>

<![CDATA[PT Bukit Asam (Persero) Tbk (PTBA) is a state-owned companies in the field of the largest coal mine in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the leadership style to employee motivation human resource Human Resources Division, how much influence employee motivation to employee performance Human Resources Division Human Resources Division and how much influence the style of Leadership Human Resources Division directly or indirectly against employees HR Human Resources Division office Tanjung Enim mining center unit PTBA. The method in this study is associative with the design of the study through the survey method by distributing questionnaires to the respondents by simple random sampling and data processed with SPSS 17.0 software. From the results of research studies can be explained that the leadership style that has a positive and significant impact on employee motivation high and low HR Division PTBA directly with the influence of (0.349) 2 = 12.18%, as well as motivation to have a positive and significant influence of high low level of employee performance PTBA Human Resources Division directly, further direct leadership style has positive and significant impact on employee performance PTBA Human Resources Division and influential leadership style indirectly through employee motivation to the Human Resources Division kenerja PTBA.]]>

<![CDATA[Universities as an organization are always influenced by the dynamic external environment, in both national and global levels. Therefore, in order to maintain its competitiveness for its sustainability, the role of university as the center of knowledge and science, as well as the center of research and of Community Service shall continue to be competitive and ensure their sustainability growth. The purpose of this paper is an in depth study of factors influencing the competitiveness of universities in Indonesia. The method used in this work is using the review of the literature (studies Reader). Literature Review is intended to solve a problem which is basically based on the critical and comprehensive review of the relevant collection materials. Based on the study found that the aspects of leadership while Higher Education as a driving force to attempt the power of competitiveness strengths in order to escalate in the competition areas, and obtain results of competition result as expected by both terms based on students quality and quantity, adequate earning income, social and cultural attributes to the organizational image building. ]]>

<![CDATA[PT Samudra Nusantara Logistindo (PT SNL) is a company engaged in international cargo transportation services (international freight forwarder). Purpose of this study is to analyze the internal and external conditions and formulating business strategy and in order to gain competitive advantage for companies. The research method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method research types such as of case studies. We have used Data Collection Techniques using interviews, surveys and questionnaires provided by the relevant parties in the company. These obtained data has been analyzed using a matrix IFE, EFE, CPM, TOWS, IE, SPACE, Grand Strategy and QSPM. The results of the IFE Matrix 2.885 and EFE Matrix are 2.623. The Result of the following Matrixes TOWS, SPACE, IE, Grand Strategy alternatives that can be applied in the company will be market penetration and product development strategy. The final results of this study concluded that the recommendation or proposal of an appropriate business strategy for the company based on the results obtained through a matrix of data processing is QSPM Market development strategy are then followed by the product development. ]]>

<![CDATA[This research is to identify the influence of store atmosphere (X1) and store image (X2) towards consumers purchase decision (Y) in Gramedia bookstore Pondok Indah. The method used in this research is descriptive method, with multiple regression analysis technique, through using data gathered from distribution questionnaire to 100 samples of consumers in Gramedia bookstore Pondok Indah. The analysis result showed that store atmosphere and store image have significant influent towards consumers purchase decision in Gramedia bookstore Pondok Indah. In other words, the purchase decision of consumers in Gramedia bookstore Pondok Indah is influenced significantly by store atmosphere and store image in the mind of the consumers. ]]>

<![CDATA[This paper develops a conceptual framework for intended study which will examine the effect cultural competitiveness on dynamic capabilities and organizational performance. Previous study argued that four variables of Cultural Competitiveness (entrepreneurship, innovativeness, market orientation and organizational learning) have a direct effect on organizational performance. Meanwhile, the other study argued that dimensions of entrepreneurial orientation have a significantly positive effect on dynamic capabilities to different extents, while organizational learning, which has significantly positive effect on dynamic capabilities, plays a partial mediating role between the two. These findings indicate that companies can build dynamic capabilities through different levels of organizational learning in the context of innovative and proactive atmosphere.]]>

<![CDATA[Economic crisis in Indonesia emerges as an effect of economic policy with much rely on conglomerates and disregard people economics in capitalistic economy system. Since 1998, the awareness of reforming economic system strives to the democratic economics are not yet realized by the government of reform era. The state has failed to improve the economics in agricultural sector especially the farmers, who has systematically experience of poverty. The new governance lead by the elected president have to conduct the farmer economic institution becomes part of integrated network of the rural ecomomic and the conglomerates, and have to be supported by macro economic policies having conducive for improving the people economics.]]>

<![CDATA[The research purpose was to describe and analyze how far the influence of external and organization environment as independent variable to individual intellectual competence transformation process to become organization intellectual capital, as dependent variable. The research method used in this research is the survey method with quantitative approach. Research result show that exogen variable of External Environment LE) has influence of 0.565 or 56.5%, and 0,661 or 66,1 % of variable Organization Climate (IKO) to Intellectual Competence (KII) as intervening variable. Meanwhile Intervening KII variable has influence of 0.609 or 60.9% on Intellectual Capital (INO) as endogen variable.]]>

<![CDATA[Maintaining relationships with customers is an important factor to be the key to success of Hanifa kindergarten as a pre-school institution. It requires a precise strategy to be executed and a system to support the strategy. The design method begins with several analyses on the running business processes and the external and internal factors that affect the school. The analyses are then followed by a SWOT Matrix and Internal-External Matrix which produce several alternative strategies to be implemented. The strategy formulation results in a website-based application of E-Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM) with features including three phases in Customer Relationship Management, which are acquire phase, enhance phase and retain phase. The analysis and system design is conducted using object-oriented analysis and design (OOA & D) as documented by notation Unified Modeling Language (UML).]]>

<![CDATA[Nowadays, Nowadays, Indonesian Logistics Service Providers (LSP) need to improve their performance to enable them competing with foreign logistics service providers with particular reference to cope with the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC). The main purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of innovative logistics service capability (INOV) on LSP’s performance (PERFORM) and competitiveness (COMP). The research model was developed based on previous theories and researches. This research constituted a causal research. It used questioners in collecting data from respondents by applying probability sampling with sample size consist of 280 logistics service providers (LSP) in Jakarta (Jabodetabek Region). The model was examined through structural equation modeling (LISREL). In the research was also conducted investigation about role of LSP’s competitiveness (COMP) in mediating the effect of innovative logistics service capability (INOV) on firm performance (PERFORM). ]]>
