Abstract

Perlunya tertib lalu lintas harus ditanamkan sejak usia dini, karena melalui pendidikan sejak dini diharapkan akan dapat membentuk generasi muda yang patuh akan hukum, khususnya patuh berlalu lintas. Tujuan penelitiannya adalah Untuk menganalisis implementasi UU Nomor 22 Tahun 2009 Tentang Lalu Lintas dan Angkutan Jalan di Wilayah Jawa Tengah. dan untuk menganalisis hambatan dan solusi dari implementasi UU Nomor 22 Tahun 2009 Tentang Lalu Lintas dan Angkutan jalan di Wilayah Jawa Tengah. Metode yang dipakai adalah yuridis empiris, dengan data primer dan sekunder. Implementasi UU Nomor 22 Tahun 2009 diantaranya adalah dilakukan pendidikan berlalu lintas sejak dini, akan sangat bermanfaat bagi generasi penerus bangsa, karena dengan mengetahui peraturan lalu lintas, pelanggaran berlalu lintas akan dihindari. pendidikan dan sosialisasi tentang rambu-rambu lalu lintas harus terus dilakukan. Pendidikan berlalu lintas dan pengenalan tentang rambu-rambu lalu lintas yang dapat dimulai dari siswa-siswi TK tingkat SD sampai ke tingkat SMA/SMK hingga ke mahasiswa juga harus mendapatkan penjelasan dan sosialisasi aturan tentang rambu-rambu berlalu lintas dengan baik. Tidak hanya anak-anak sekolah saja yang harus mendapatkan pendidikan berlalu lintas tetapi organisasi mapun masyarakat umum atau non organisasi juga harus mendapatkannya. Dengan diadakan sosialisasi dan penjelasan tertib berlalu lintas ini diharapkan, pelajar dan masyarakat kita dapat mengetahui dan mematuhi peraturan berlalulintas dengan benar. Dengan mematuhi rambu – rambu lalu lintas, akan dapat mengurangi tingkat kecelakaan lalu lintas dan tidak membahayakan pengguna jalan lainnya. Hambatan-hambatan dan solusinya yaitu penggunaan kendaraan umum yang beberapa belum laik jalan, banyak pelanggaran terkait penggunaan helm, sabuk keselamatan,dan belum mematuhi rambu-rambu lalu lintas yang ada. Solusinya perlu lebih intensif sosialisasi terkait Undang-Undang Lalu Lintas.

Abstract

AbstractWith the increase in people's productive activities by utilizing the internet network, awareness of the use of the internet also increases. In the end, the use of the internet is increasingly popular in every community activity, not only for consumption needs but also for increasing productive activities. The purpose of holding this community service activity is as an educational effort to the community in the Mangunharjo village area, Tembalang District, Semarang City so that they can find out the positive impact of internet use and the negative impact of internet abuse during the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia. This community service uses the Participatory Learning Methods (PLM) methodology. The result of this community service is that the community has understood the use of the internet during the pandemic as a means of supporting productivity such as fulfilling educational needs through online learning systems, utilizing digital marketing as an effort for MSMEs to survive in the midst of the economic crisis due to the pandemic until new opportunities are born. improve the welfare of the community after the covid 19 pandemic. The public has also known and understood the dangers of internet abuse during the pandemic, such as the increasing spread of hoax news to the emergence of cyber crime in the community that all parties should be wary of.Keywords: Internet Use, Internet Abuse, Cyber Law, Covid 19, Legal Awareness.

Abstract

AbstractThe conventional juvenile justice system has a bad impact on children's lives. The negative effects continue after the child is sentenced to a sentence, such as continuous stigma, trauma until the child is expelled from school which then has an impact on dropping out of school. This study aims to determine how the legal protection of the rights of children who are in conflict with the law based on positive law in Indonesia and the United Nations Convention On The Rights Of The Child and how the urgency of virtual justice can be an alternative juvenile justice in Indonesia. This research was conducted using a literature study method through juridical analysis with a normative juridical approach. From the results of the study, it was found that positive law in Indonesia has provided regulations regarding legal protection of the rights of children who are in conflict with the law. Virtual justice can be an alternative model for implementing courts for children and still be able to maintain the dignity of children.
