Abstract

Up to now, the class IIA prison in Pekalongan has implemented coaching program for the assisted citizens in the form of personal development activities and self-development activities. Not all personality building activities and self-help activities are followed by all the targeted people, except health counseling activities and sport ones. Even for guidance and counseling for Buddhism and Hinduism is not there. This makes most of the assisted people were not monitored his development, both in terms of mental formation, character and creativity. The guidance is not followed by all inmates and they only follow the coaching according to their interests and talents respectively, so less be a provision of life later in the day if it is out of prison. For that reason, we need integrated coaching. The purpose of this research is to be able to apply the ideal and proper guidance model for the assisted people in Penitentiary Class II A Pekalongan. The results of the research can be submitted that the number of prisoners of June 20th, 2017 of  446 assisted citizens who are active in independence activity and special skills are only small part, they are: Bismawat Block consists of 45 persons, Block III consists of 38 persons, Block IV consists of 16 people and Block V consists of 23 people. So there are only 27.35% (122 persons) from 446 person who are active joining the program. The coaching model is still based on the interests and talents of the assisted citizens in accordance with their abilities, so it has not seen an integrated coaching model from one activity to another.

Abstract

The type of Hegel’s philosophical system is ‘dialectic‘, i.e it synthesizes subjective idealism type of Fichte’s philosophy and objective idealism type of Schelling’s philosophy. For Hegel, Fichte’s philosophy is named as ‘thesis’ and Schelling’s philosophy is named as ‘antithesis’. Whereas Hegel’s philosophy itself is named as synthesis of both, so the dialectic of Hegel’s philosophy consists of three phases, namely, thesis-antithesis-synthesis. Synthesis as the mediator of thesis and antithesis internally still contains the truth value from thesis and antithesis. The famous proposition which then makes Hegel become more popular is: “all real things are rational and all rational things are real.”This proposition and his dialectical concept: thesis-antithesis-synthesis, is relevant to examine the Preamble of the 1945 Constitution (Pembukaan Undang-Undang Dasar 1945). The main point is thesis (colonization) against antithesis (struggle) and then the result is synthesis (independence).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the Langit biru program and its impact on the social behavior of students in SMP Negeri 3 Tuban. This type of research is qualitative research. The research data was collected with several techniques, such as observation, interview, and documentation. Triangulation technique is done by means of triangulation method and source that is by checking the information result of interview with documentation and observation and match from one informant with other informant. The results of the discussion on the implementation of the Langit Biru program and its impact on the students' social behavior that langit biru program implementation consists of planning, Implementation and evaluation process of the program consisting of religious culture program (morning habituation) and SMS sambung rasa that are both interrelated. Impact Implementation of the Langit Biru program on social behavior of students of SMP Negeri 3 tuban known most of the students behave well or positively. After the existence of the Langit Biru program the presentation of violations of students also declined. Good social behavior of students is influenced by the environment that always supervise and work together both school environment and family or community environment.

Abstract

The history of economic development of Javanese community has experienced a very unique dynamic. In the XV and XVI centuries, trading tradition has been done by Javanese community along the north coastal of Java. But, the trading tradition getting dimmer in line with the strategy of economic centralization carried out by Sultan Agung prohibiting the people to trade in foreign countries. In the XIX century, that’s econdition is change, Mangkunegara IV restore the entrepreneurial tradition through various strategies. In addition, to restoring the entrepreneurial tradition of Javanese society, Mangkunegara IV also broke the old tradition of kepriyayinan (Javanese aristocrate) to want to do business, not just live in pleasure as breeds nobility or gentry class. Therefore, reviewing to the business strategy of Mangku­negaran IV becomes important, as part of the history of economic develop­ment Javanese community. By using the historical method and a multi­dimensional approach, through a variety of primary sources such as Mangku­negara IV literature, the study found that the Mangkunegaran IV’s business strategy conducted by building a centers of sugar cane farm and modernization of sugar factories on a large scale, so as to obtain additional revenue for the Mangkunegaran IV family. The successfull of his business, demonstrates to the Javanese nobility that he was a king who had a strong entrepreneurial spirit.***Sejarah perkembangan ekonomi masyarakat Jawa mengalami dinamika yang sangat unik. Pada abad XV dan XVI, tradisi berdagang telah dilakukan oeh masyarakat Jawa di sepanjang pantai utara Jawa. Akan tetapi tradisi tersebut se­makin meredup seiring adanya strategi sentralisasi ekonomi yang dilakukan oleh Sultan Agung yang melarang rakyatnya berdagang ke manca negara. Pada abad XIX, Mangkunegara IV mengembalikan tradisi wirausahawan tersebut melalui berbagai strategi. Selain itu, Mangku­negara IV juga mendobrak tradisi “kolot kepriyayinan” Jawa agar mau melakukan bisnis, bukan hanya hidup dalam ke­senangan sebagai trah bangsawan. Karena itu, mengkaji strategi bisnis keluarga Mangkunegaran IV menjadi penting, sebagai bagian dari sejarah perkembangan ekonomi masyarakat Jawa. Dengan metode penelitian sejarah dan pendekatan multidi­mensional, melalui berbagai sumber primer seperti karya-karya sastra Mangkunegara IV, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa strategi bisnis keluarga Mangkunegaran IV dilakukan dengan membangun pusat-pusat perkebunan tebu dan modernisasi pabrik gula secara besar-besaran, sehingga memperoleh pen­dapatan tambahan bagi praja. Kesukses­an bisnis ini menunjukkan kepada para bangsawan Jawa bahwa dia adalah seorang raja yang memiliki jiwa entrepreneur­ship yang kuat.

Abstract

Ketika reformasi bergulir di Indonesia, tampilah aktor politik yang memiliki karakter yang tidak sesuai dengan nilai-nilai kepribadian bangsa Indonesia seperti egois, memikirkan dirinya dan golongannya, dominasi terhadap ide dan pengambilan keputusan. Kondisi ini menjadikan kehidupan politik sebagai  kehidupan yang penuh intrik untuk memenangkan kepentingannya yang muaranya adalah status ekonomi dan sosial. Berbeda dengan filosofi politik yang sebenarnya yakni berargumentasi guna mencapai suatu kebijakan yang mementingkan rakyat. Dalam penelitian tentang Peningkatan Kemampuan Musyawarah Sebagai Lokus Pengamalan Sila Ke 4 Pancasila Pada Jenjang SMP di Kota Semarang, kami menemukan bahwa Sekolah juga berfungsi  sebagai penyuplai tokoh-tokoh politik yang otoriter dan mementingkan golongannya. Sekolah membiarkan siswa yang dominan terus menerus mendominasi, serta siswa yang apatis terus menerus didiamkan. Model Peningkatan Musyawarah Sebagai Solusi Permasalahan Politik Indonesia Modern adalah sebagai berikut sebagai berikut: a) Guru memberi pengertian dulu, apa itu musyawarah; b) Guru menyiapkan materi yang akan dimusyawarahkan; c)  Kelas dibagi menjadi lima kelompok besar, yang masing-masing terdiri dari 5 sampai dengan  10  siswa; d) Setiap siswa diberi tiga token (kupon), kupon tersebut ditulis nama siswa, kelompok serta no absen siswa.  Setiap pemegang kupon memiliki hak bicara maksimal lima menit. Setiap siswa akan bertanya dan menyanggah pembicaraan maka siswa harus menyerahkan token (kupon) tersebut pada guru; e) Guru mempersilahkan siswa untuk membahas bahan musyawarah; f) Guru mempersilahkan salah satu siswa untuk memaparkan hasil musyawarah kelompok; g) Siswa diajak untuk mencari yang terbaik dari setiap pendapat; h) Siswa dilatih sensitifitasnya terhadap emosi dirinya serta emosi kelompoknya; i) Siswa diajak untuk menganalisis berbagai pendapat dari Sudut Pandang Diri Sendiri (SPDS) serta dari Sudut Pandang Orang Lain (SPOL); j) Siswa kemudian mengemukakan pendapatnya; k) Siswa mengambil kesimpulan.

Abstract

The cultivation of moral values performed in the family fishermen is a form of informal education. The purpose of this study was to explore the implementation of the moral values cultivation in children in a family of fishermen, who were most responsible, what are the factors that affect and what are the barriers experienced in the cultivation of moral values in children in a family of fishermen. This study used a qualitative approach. Data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that: 1) cultivation of moral values in children in a family of fishermen in Tanjungsari Sugihwaras Pemalang Pemalang has been good enough. 2) Parties involved in cultivation of moral values in children in a family of fishermen are all members of a family of fishermen and fishing families from the nearest person. 3) Factors that affect the cultivation of moral values in children in a family of fishermen are environmental factors because the social environment will greatly affect children’s behavior. 4) Barriers to the cultivation of moral values in Tanjungsari is the low motivation from within the child’s own fishermen, besides other obstacles in the cultivation of moral values such as the rapid transfer of global knowledge, globalization and the development of sophisticated technology.

Abstract

Kemanusiaan merupakan sebuah sikap  universal yang harus dimiliki setiap umat manusia di dunia yang dapat melindungi dan memperlakukan manusia sesuai dengan hakikat manusia yang bersifat manusiawi. Dalam menerapkan sikap kemanusian pada generasi muda dapat dilakukan melalui kegiatan PMR. Dalam kegiatan-kegiatan kemanusiaan yang dilakukan oleh siswa dalam kegiatan PMR SMA N 1 Demak dilakukan dengan menghayati dan mengamalkan pancasila yaitu dalam sila kemanusiaan yang adil dan beradab, melalui kegiatan kemanusiaan proses penyerapan nilai-nilai kemanusiaan dapat dicerna oleh siswa dengan rasa, hati nuraninya, akal dan kehendaknya untuk berbuat baik dengan gemar melakukan kegiatan kemanusiaan maka siswa dapat terbiasa melakukan hal-hal yang baik sehingga dengan pengelolaan jiwanya akan menghasilkan kehendak, sikap dan perbuatan yang dapat menjunjung tinggi harkat dan martabat manusia. Dengan begitu proses pengembangan sikap kemanusiaan dapat terus dibina dan dikembangkan melalui kegiatan-kegiatan kemanusiaan yang secara langsung siswa mampu merasakan dan berbuat untuk kemanusiaan sehingga mampu menumbuhkan manusia yang adil dan beradab terhadap sesamanya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was 1) the exploration Application Democ- racy Education in Junior Semarang; 2) What Weakness and Strength Application Democracy Education; 3) How to model Sila Implementation 4 as the locus of Democratic Education in Junior Semarang. The research method research approach and development (research and development). Location of the study will be selected from junior high schools that have implemented Democracy Education in Semarang. This research subject in addition to students, junior high school teacher in the city of Semarang. The results showed that (1) Implementation of democratic education in schools is carried out using a simulated election dominant class president and student council president directly. These conditions resulted in the student will understand that it is democratic. (2) In a democratic learning a lot of teachers who use the method of discussion, the conditions will be created to make students’ perception that the discussion is a method for developing a democratic character. (3) Many students found that dominant, apathetic, normal. Dominant conditions are not controlled by the teacher. (4) The Council is the original form of discussion Indonesia with special characteristics not shared by ordinary discussion.

Abstract

According to the historical event of the Mangkunegaran dinasty said that of entrepreneurship is more striking than the Mataram kingdom such as Kasunanan Surakarta and Kasultanan Yogyakarta Reign. From the time  Mangkunegaran I until Mangkunegara IV were successful in plugging the power base of the civil economy proves that the civil Mangkunegaran as one kingdom in Kejawen in the field of entrepreneurship is more advanced than in other Javanese kingdoms. For that reason , this study wanted to find the root network entrepreneurial thinking Mangkunegaran as the focus of the study . This study takes the subject of Mangkunegara thought starting Mangkunegaran I until Mangkunegaran IV. The purpose of this study was to analyze in depth network thought what are strongly held by Sri Mangkunegara I until IV in developing civil entrepreneurial base . The research method used is the historical multidimensional method. The result in this study is that the success of the civil Mangkunegaran in building economic power is highly correlated with entrepreneurial thinking of Mangkunegaran. The thought of Mangkunegara I to IV into civil spirit in building the ethos of entrepreneurship as well as the existence of the family and the kingdom . Although it is epistemological, each kings who ruled  differently .Secara historis keberadaan Praja Mang-kunegaran yang unggul dalam bidang kewirausahaan memang lebih maju dari pada kutub-kutub kerajaan Mataram lainnya seperti Kasunanan Surakarta dan Kasultanan Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini ingin mendalami dasar pemikiran kewirausahaan Mangkunegaran. Penelitian ini mengambil fokus pemikiran kewirausahaan Mangkunegaran yang bersumber pada ajaran filosofis Mangkunegara I sampai IV. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis secara mendalam pemikiran dan nilai-nilai filosofis yang di pegang teguh oleh Sri Mangkunegara I sampa IV dalam mengembangkan basis kewirausahaan praja. Metode penelitian yang dipakai adalah metode sejarah dengan pendekatan multidimensional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesuksesan Praja Mangkunegaran dalam membangun kekuatan ekonomi sangat berkorelasi dengan pemikiran filosofis ajaran leluhur Mangkunegaran. Pemikiran filosofis dari Mangkunegara I sampai IV menjadi spirit praja dalam membangun kewirausahaan serta eksistensi trah dan kerajaannya. Walaupun secara epistimologis, masing-masing raja yang memerintah mengaktualisasikannya secara berbeda-beda.

Abstract

Especial Target of ethics Aristoteles is orient at public bliss. Bliss like this in line with especial target of ethics is in the form of “or especial moral”, that is especial and intellectual especial of moral. Intellectual especial pass the theoretical wisdom is whch only can be conducted by intellectual circle; while especial of moral pass the practical wisdom is which in this case human being have to able to determine the a middle course to two both of the same deed of ekstrem throw to interfere in and able to run the activity by following objective kindliness standart which is by public thought well of. According to Aristoteles of so that human being reach the high bliss with quality as refection dream of the ideal life, hence human being have to able to look into the truth. In this case anly a steel philosopher capable to reach it and axecute it. That ethics Aristoteles is relevant its contents payload and in line with ethics Pancasila, what is two placing  forward wisdom by taking one thing with another, as manifestasi sense of justice, moderation, and impregnability.Keywords : ethics Aristoteles, ethics Pancasila
