Abstract

This study is categorized as developmental research since it puts to its core the developing materials process for active learning of guided inquiry-integrated bowling campus. This research aims to construct adequate learning materials that are based on the criteria of validity, practicality, and effectiveness. The developed learning materials are lesson plan, teaching material, student worksheet, and posttest which were validated by experts to perceive information on materials’ validity and were tested to 25 eight graders of Junior High School on even semester of academic year 2015/2016 by using One-Group Pretest and Posttest Design. Data analysis was undertaken in quantitavely-qualitatively descriptive way resulting: 1) Valid categorized material validity (score 3.39); 2) Student worksheet legibility shows 100% for its interesting and understandable contents, 96% for its interesting appearance and its readable and adequate student book legibility for Junior High School students displaying the average sum of sentences the researcher took from sample text which was 5.69 sentences within 100 words under average sum of 145.8 syllables; 3) Very good execution rate (average score of 3.53); 4) Students responded very positively (98.58%); 5) Student centered learning activity; 6) Increase of students’ learning outcome (N-gain 0.88 and t = 23.04 > t0.05;24 = 1.711 ). This research concludes that materials for active learning of guided inquiry-integrated bowling campus which were developed have been proved valid, practical, and effective to enhance learning outcome of Junior High School students.

Abstract

Percobaan ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sitokinin dan paklobutrazol terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil benih kentang (Solanum tuberosum L.) G2 kultivar Granola dengan menggunakan sistem Nutrient Film Technique. Percobaan dilakukan di rumah plastik CV. Alam Pasundan, Cibiru, Bandung dari bulan April sampai dengan Agustus 2014 dengan ketinggian lokasi penelitian ± 700 m dpl. Rancangan perco-baan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok dengan enambelas perlakuan dan masing-masing terdiri dari tiga ulangan. Perlakuan yang digunakan adalah : A (kontrol), B (25 ppm sitokinin), C (50 ppm sitokinin), D (75 ppm sitokinin), E (50 ppm paklobutrazol), F (100 ppm paklobutrazol), G (150 ppm paklobutrazol), H (25 ppm sitokinin + 50 ppm paklobutrazol), I (25 ppm sitokinin + 100 ppm paklobutrazol), J (25 ppm sitokinin + 150 ppm paklobutrazol), K (50 ppm sitokinin + 50 ppm paklobutrazol), L (50 ppm sitokinin + 100 ppm paklobutrazol), M (50 ppm sitokinin + 150 ppm paklobutrazol), N (75 ppm sitokinin + 50 ppm paklobutrazol), O (75 ppm sitokinin + 100 ppm paklobutrazol), P (75 ppm sitokinin + 150 ppm paklobutrazol). Hasil perco-baan menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pemberian kombinasi konsentrasi sitokinin dan paklobutrazol terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun majemuk, bobot segartanaman, dan bobot kering tanaman, tetapi tidak terdapat pengaruh terhadap komponen hasil. Pemberian sitokinin dan paklobutrazol masih belum mampu meningkatkan hasil benih kentang.Kata kunci : Benih ∙ Kentang ∙ Sitokinin, paklobutrazol ∙ Nutrient film technique

Abstract

In this paper, the physical and structural properties of the natural agarwood and inoculated agarwood using Roselle-based inoculation had been discussed. The results showed that a high volume of oil obtained on day 1 by the inoculated agarwood which yielded 3ml of the agarwood oil as compared to the natural agarwood that had yielded only 2.3ml. In the chemical analysis, five major compounds were detected by FTIR which were C-O bond (aromatic alkane), C-C stretching (aromatic alkane), C-O stretching (ether) and C-H bond (aromatic ring) in both oils. Moreover, the inoculated agarwood exhibited better oil production compared to the natural agarwood.
