Abstract

Various previous studies show different results. Religiosity/emotional variables, for example, turn out to be the main factor of public preference for choosing Islamic banks for the people of Central Java. While for the people of West Java and East Java was religiosity / religiosity does not become the main factor of choice and preference for the utilization of sharia banks. On the other hand shows that the growth of DPK in 2004 of sharia banks in Central Java reached 247.81% exceeds the national level of only 106.55%. On average, the growth of Islamic banking DPK in Central Java between 2004 and 2009 was 74.87%. While the national level between 2004 to 2009 only ranged 45.14%. Consumer preferences according to the concept of sharia are not based on the spirit of the value of rationalism and utilitarianism, but based on the value of "falah" Chapra, (2001) which in Weber's theory (1969) is called the value of religious absolutism. Utilitarianism refers only to satisfaction based on rationality of benefit (F) calculation of economical, while falah refers to the consideration of the benefit (M). The above conditions will affect the behavior of one's economic choices against conventional banking savings products that only contain elements of F, or Islamic banking that contains elements of M. This research uses a survey method used for explanatory research method that is explanatory research Causal relationships between variables through hypothesis testing. The results showed that the variable religiosity and profit margin variables showed a significant effect on the level of development of the number of customers. The prediction ability of the two variables to the level of the development of the number of customers in this study amounted to 19.3%, while the rest influenced other factors not included in the study.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how much influence the Training and Motivation on Employee Productivity at Bank Syariah Syariah Bandung Branch Office Suniaraja. This study employs associative quantitative method, with a population of all bank employees and using saturated or census samples so that a questionnaire of 42 is needed to determine employee responses. Use the same pattern. In addition to data from questionnaires that were processed using the IBM SPSS Statistics 23 application, the authors also obtained data from experts' theories about training and motivation for employee productivity to strengthen analysis.Theresults showed that the trigger event was dominated by motivation rather than training. This can be seen from the test results between the two variables after the indicators are entered, the validity test, the validity test and other calculation results.As if combined between the two, this study revealed that the existence of training and providing motivation is very influential on employee productivity.

Abstract

This research is motivated by a fundamental problem in all organizations, namely the events that occur in the field of organizational dynamics which, according to the initial hypothesis, there are problems regarding polarization and optimization of the ability to empower Human Resources, especially in terms of motivation. The task of the organization is how to manage human resources in order to carry out the tasks as expected to achieve organizational goals. Then the organization must be able to build and improve employee performance. This can be accomplished in several ways. In this case the researchers tested the effect of motivation on employee performance at the Ujung Berung Bandung Syariah Instisabi Cooperative. The purpose of this research is to find out how much influence the motivation has on employee performance at the Ujung Berung Bandung Syariah Instisabi Cooperative. This journal is expected to be useful for Instisabi Sharia Cooperatives in order to improve employee performance and as input or reference for further research.The research method used in this study is to use an associative quantitative method. The research data was obtained from primary data by distributing questionnaires and then processed using SPSS 23 applications. Researchers also obtained data from the theory of experts. This theory is used to strengthen analysis.The results showed that the motivation variable showed a significant effect on employee performance. The predictive ability of these variables on the level of employee performance in this study amounted to 0.202 or 20.2% while the remaining 79.8% was influenced by other factors not included in the study.

Abstract

Based on the results of the initial research, that the background of this research is the fluctuating Turnover Intention data at PT BPRS HIK Parahyangan Bandung.This study aims to determine how the influence of Organizational Commitment on Employee Turnover Intention at PT BPRS HIK Parahyangan Bandung, to find out how the effect of Work Stress on Employee Turnover Intention at PT BPRS HIK Parahyangan Bandung, and to find out how the influence of Organizational Commitment and Work Stress simultaneously on Turnover Intention Employees of PT BPRS HIK Parahyangan Bandung. The object of research in this report is to determine the effect of Organizational Commitment and Work Stress on Turnover Intention at PT BPRS HIK Parahyangan Bandung. The type of research is quantitative associative, the type of data is primary data and uses data collection techniques in the form of observations, interviews, literature studies and questionnaires. While the sampling technique is probability sampling with a total of 71 populations and 60 samples. The results showed that there was an influence between Organizational Commitment (X1) partially significant effect on Employee Turnover Intention (Y) at PT BPRS HIK Parahyangan Bandung, this can be seen in the t test, namely tcount 6,035 > ttable 2,002. There is the influence of Work Stress (X2) at PT BPRS HIK Parahyangan Bandung partially significant effect on Employee Turnover Intention (Y) at PT BPRS HIK Parahyangan Bandung this can be seen in the t test, namely tcount 6,290 > tcount 2,002, and simultaneously Organizational Commitment ( X1) and Work Stress (X2) have a significant effect on Employee Turnover Intention (Y) at PT BPRS HIK Parahyangan Bandung. This can be seen in the results of the F test, namely Fcount 22.856 > Ftable 3.16.

Abstract

ABSTRAKBerdasarkan hasil observasi, bahwa yang melatarbelakangi penelitian ini adalah pentingnya modal kerja bagi suatu perusahaan dan bank menyediakan produk pembiayaan musyarakah dan kredit modal kerja untuk membantu hal tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana syarat, ketentuan, prosedur, dan perhitungan bagi hasil dan bunga dari pembiayaan musyarakah yang ada di Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Antapani dan kredit modal kerja yang ada di Bank Mandiri KCP Soekarno Hatta. Objek penelitian pada laporan ini adalah produk pembiayaan musyarakah dan kredit modal kerja yang ada di Bank Syariah Mandiri dan Bank Mandiri. Adapun jenis penelitiannya adalah kualitatif komparatif, jenis datanya adalah data primer dan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa keunggulan dari produk pembiayaan musyarakah di Bank Syariah Mandiri yaitu menggunakan prinsip bagi hasil dengan sistem revenue sharing dimana bagi hasilnya didasarkan atas hasil usaha nasabah dan nisbahnya berdasarkan pada kesepakatan para pihak yang berakad, sedangkan keunggulan produk kredit modal kerja di Bank Mandiri adalah mempunyai limit kredit yang lebih luas dibandingkan dengan pembiayaan musyarakah di Bank Syariah Mandiri.ABSTARCTBased on the results of observations, that the background of this study is the importance of working capital for a company and a bank to provide musyarakah financing products and working capital loans to help this.This study aims to determine how the terms, conditions, procedures, and calculation of profit sharing and interest from musyarakah financing in Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Antapani and working capital loans in Bank Mandiri KCP Soekarno Hatta.The object of research in this report is the musyarakah financing product and working capital credit in Bank Syariah Mandiri and Bank Mandiri. The type of research is comparative qualitative, the type of data is primary data and uses data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, literature studies and documentation studies. The results showed that the superiority of musyarakah financing products at Bank Syariah Mandiri is to use the principle of revenue sharing with a revenue sharing system where the profit sharing is based on the customer's business results and the ratio is based on the agreement of the parties in mind, while the excellence of working capital credit products at Bank Mandiri is has a wider credit limit compared tomusyarakah financing at Bank Syariah Mandiri.
