Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of competence and work motivation on employee performance. In this study, the population used was 1,000 employees of the production division of PT. Samkyung Jaya Garment Ungaran which consists of 554 female workers and 446 male workers. The number of samples used were 91 respondents with probability sampling technique. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and literature study. The research analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that competence had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This result shows that if competence is improved, it will be followed by an increase in employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. This result shows that if work motivation is increased, it will be followed by an increase in employee performance.

Abstract

Asset company which Very valuable is source power man (HR), which also have ability to mobilize other resources. Companies must be able to understand the needs employee so that employee feel that company notice every his employees. Matter this relate with culture organization as well as promotion which done by company. If Employees feel that the organizational culture in the company is not good, and career paths are unclear it will affect the productivity of the company, so that the turnover intention rate increases employees will be experienced by the company. The population in this study are all employees of PT. Petro Dynamics Award from all departments. Saturated sampling is a deep sampling method this study and the number of samples In this study, there were 53 employees. Collection method data using a questionnaire that has been tested for reliability and validity. This research shows results that: (1) culture organization in a manner significant affect turnover intention , (2) promotion Position significantly affects turnover intention , (3) organizational culture and promotion in a manner significant influence turnovers intention .

Abstract

Social media is platform or means of digital communication that allow individuals and groups to interact, share information, and participate in online activities. Social media have become an integral part of the daily lives of many people around the world, and they have a huge impact in various fields, including communications, marketing, politics, and culture. However, the use of social media can also involve risks such as online privacy, security data, and the spread of false or inaccurate information. Promoting the use of social media and digitalization wisely is very necessary, especially for MSMEs that conduct business online so that undesirable things do not happen related to statutory regulations.
