Abstract

Graphic organizers are visual displays of crucial content information designed to benefit learners who have difficulty organizing information and it could help the students to build and generate ideas. The study was aimed at finding the answers to the following research questions: (1) How is the implementation of graphic organizers to enhance students' ability in writing the descriptive text? (2) How is the enhancement of students' ability in writing descriptive text through graphic organizers? This study was a classroom action research. The data were obtained through documentation, observation, and test. It was conducted in three cycles with the 24 eighth grade students of MTs Nurul Islam Juwangi in the academic year of 2016/2017. The result of this research showed that students’ ability was improved in each cycle after they were taught using graphic organizers. They were better in their descriptive text writing concerning content, organization, vocabulary, language use, and mechanic.

Abstract

Covid Pandemic has multidimensional effect to economic activity. It affects investor reaction to the prospect of industrial sector in Indonesia.  The objective of this study aims to study the investor reaction during Covid pandemic on the shares of hospitality industry, restaurant, and tourism subsector The population of this research is hospitality industry, restaurant, and tourism subsector on the BEI with purposive sampling as its technique. The proxy of investor reaction is Average Trading Volume Activity in monthly basis. This study compares two period of reaction, 7 months before Pandemic and 7 months during Covid Pandemc. The data were analyzed using paired t test. The results showed that there was no difference between before and during Covid Pandemic. Investors are still positive on the prospect of hospitality industry, restaurant, and tourism subsector. It implies on a need of a supportive policy from government to keep the investor’s trust, such as issuing tax amnesty for those industry.

Abstract

The research attempts to reveal, in explanatory causality, the effect of the use of ac- counting information on the belief revision of stock selection for the security prospects in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data were collected using survey on investment managers with individual unit analysis, through simple random sampling. They were analyzed using structural equation model (SEM). The result shows that there is posi- tive effect of the usefulness of accounting information on belief revision and return preferences; there is positive effect of the usefull of price information on belief revision and return preferences; there is positive effect of systematis risk on the usefulness of price information, and there is positive effect of belief revision on return preferences. This result also indicates negative effect of the usefulness of accounting information on the unsystematic risk; the negative effect of systematic risk on belief revision, as well as the negative effect of unsystematic risk on belief revision. Variables of unsystematic risk and belief revision are a mediating variable because it is increasing the effect and the relationships among variables. Yet, the use of price information is as a mediating because it lowers the effect between variables.The study also shows that accounting information is very useful because it contains value, relevan, reliabel, comparative information and has prospect in the future in decision making. Investment managers shlod be sophisticated, rational, prudent, and have risk preferences that can make a positive contribution in the advisory to investors.

Abstract

Abstract: This research objective is to both examine and provide empirical evidence concerning analysts' decision-making intentions in choosing stocks at the Indonesian stock exchange by using accounting information. This research uses a causal-explanatory approach in examining the analysts' intentions on selecting stocks. This research uses primary data with questionnaire-surveys and adopts single study. In explaining the analysts’ intentions, this research uses a causal-explanatory approach. This research shows that the benefits of accounting information (1) positively affect beliefs revisions; (2) positively affect unsystematic risk perceptions; (3) positively affects the intention of stock selections; (4) positively affect the intention of stock selections; (5) positively affect the intention of stock selections; (6) negatively affects the intention of stock selections; and (7) positively affect the intention of stock selections.  Further, this research also finds that securities analysts behaved sophistically in analyzing accounting information for decision-making purposes. Accounting information has characteristics (i.e., relevant, reliable, and fair) that in alignment with the interests of its users. The intention for stock selection is driven by the knowledge and experiences of both the respondents as well as other people. This condition shows that there is a halo effect surrounding the intention for stock selections that come from people that other than respondents (e.g., respondents' colleagues). Therefore, securities analysts tend to act prudence, sophisticated, volitional, and risk neutral.Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan memberikan bukti empiris tentang niat pengambilan keputusan analis dalam memilih saham di bursa efek Indonesia dengan menggunakan informasi akuntansi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kausal-explanatory dalam menguji niat analis untuk memilih saham. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dengan survei kuesioner dan mengadopsi studi tunggal. Dalam menjelaskan niat analis, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penjelasan kausal. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa manfaat informasi akuntansi (1) secara positif mempengaruhi revisi keyakinan; (2) secara positif mempengaruhi persepsi risiko yang tidak sistematik; (3) secara positif mempengaruhi niat pemilihan saham; (4) secara positif mempengaruhi niat pemilihan saham; (5) secara positif mempengaruhi niat pemilihan saham; (6) secara negatif mempengaruhi niat pemilihan saham; dan (7) secara positif mempengaruhi niat pemilihan saham. Selanjutnya, penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa analis sekuritas berperilaku secara canggih dalam menganalisis informasi akuntansi untuk tujuan pengambilan keputusan. Informasi akuntansi memiliki karakteristik (yaitu, relevan, andal, dan adil) yang selaras dengan kepentingan penggunanya. Niat untuk pemilihan saham didorong oleh pengetahuan dan pengalaman baik dari responden maupun orang lain. Kondisi ini menunjukkan bahwa ada efek halo yang mengelilingi niat untuk pemilihan saham yang berasal dari orang-orang yang selain responden (misalnya, rekan responden). Oleh karena itu, analis sekuritas cenderung bertindak bijak, canggih, kehendak, dan risiko netral.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh labelisasi halal, greenproduct, dan brand image terhadap keputusan pembelian produk mie instan lemonilo bagi MahasiswaUNISMA, UIN ,dan UMM. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah konsumen mie lemonilo yang jumlahnya tidakdiketahui secara pasti dan teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampelsebanyak 100 responden. Metode analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi danuji t. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) diperoleh sebesar 0,818 atau bila dipresentasikan, maka 81,1% variabellabelisasi halal, green product, dan brand image berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian mie instanlemonilo dan 18,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak terdapat dalam penelitian ini. Uji t diperolehnilai sig. < 0,05 dengan hasil labelisasi halal (X1) memiliki nilai sig. 0,000 < 0,05 artinya memiliki pengaruhpositif terhadap keputusan pembelian, variabel green product (X2) memiliki nilai sig. 0,747> 0,05 artinya tidakberpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian dan variabel brand image (X3) memiliki nilai sig. 0,000 < 0,05artinya memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian mie instan lemonilo.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of marketing mix, word of mouth, and personal sellingon the microfinance interests of BSI KC Soehat Malang customers. The method used is a cholerationalquantitative method with several stages of research which include the dissemination of questionnaires, datacollection, and analyzing data. The questionnaire was tested using validity test, reality test, normality test,multicholinearity test, heteroskedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, F test, Determination test(R2), and t test. The results of this study show that the variables of marketing mix and personal selling have apositive and significant effect on the microfinance interest of BSI KC Soehat Malang customers. Meanwhile, theword of mouth variable has a negative and significant effect on the interest of microfinancers of BSI KC SoehatMalang customers

Abstract

Marketing is an activity that must be carried out by every activity economics, especially in each financial institution. Because by being these marketing activities, the purpose of a company or organization. and institutions can be achieved. And it is undeniable that changes will The inevitable globalization of technology demands that every company, institutions and organizations to be more sensitive so as to encourage creativity and innovation of a person in the marketing process so as not to be left behind by the times. Digital marketing is the main priority in this research to what extent is the target is able to apply the digitization. The main purpose of the research this is to analyze digital marketing applied to the Bank Muamalat Malang City Branch Office as a strategy in increasing customers in some period of time, which from the past the institution has using a traditional marketing system which then switches to a digitization. From the system transition, it was found that there was unrest ordiscrepancy due to several factors.               This study uses qualitative research by conducting interviews, and documentation. The results of this study say that The digital marketing used is felt to be not optimal due to the obstacles faced. In addition, the process of switching the system becomes a challenge especially in the current pandemic era.               As for the things faced in Bank Muamalat Malang City influenced by internal factors, namely, HR background, inadequate facilities, and less than optimal software as well as external factors, namely the colonial community and the poor technology literate. Therefore, there is a need for follow-up on the problem These are in the form of HR training, improvement of facilities, and development better software and there must be an approach to the community by providing an understanding of the importance of technology and also providing the best service so as to increase customer confidence.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of technological advances and Islamic capital marketeducation on public interest in investing in the Islamic capital market. The method used is a correlationalquantitative method with several stages of research which include distributing questionnaires, collecting data,and analyzing data. The questionnaire was tested using validity test, reality test, normality test,multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, F test, determination test (R2),and t test. The results of this study indicate that the variable of technological progress has a positive andsignificant effect on public interest in investing in the Islamic capital market. The Islamic capital marketeducation variable has a positive and significant effect on public interest in investing in the Islamic capitalmarket.

Abstract

Kegiatan jual beli produk fashion secara online atau melalui e-commerce sudah cukup berkembangsaat ini khususnya di Indonesia, sebab memiliki banyak manfaat yang salah satunya mempermudah konsumenuntuk memenuhi kebutuhan berbelanja lantaran lebih praktis dan dapat diakses dimanapun selama memilikikoneksi internet. Namun disisi lain kegiatan jual beli secara online juga memiliki dampak negatif terkaitpermasalahan hukum yang bisa merugikan konsumen. Dengan adanya permasalahan ini maka transaksitersebut dianggap tidak sah karena tidak sesuai dengan etika bisnis dan juga peraturan dalam hukum islam.Oleh sebab itu konsumen berhak mendapatkan perlindungan konsumen agar terpenuhi kebutuhanya dalammelakukan transaksi jual beli produk fashion secara online. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatifdeskriptif dengan mengumpulkan data yang berkaitan dengan pembahasan dengan teknik library dan fieldresearch dan di analisa menggunakan metode triangulasi. Peneliti memperoleh hasil bahwasanya pelaku usahadalam transaksi jual beli produk fashion secara online sudah menerapkan peraturan sesuai dengan hukumislam dan juga etika bisnis islam yang mana berarti telah terjadi pula perlindungan konsumen di dalamtransaksi tersebut.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemahaman zakat dan religiusitasterhadap minat petani di Desa Karangdoro Kabupaten Banyuwangi dalam membayar zakat pertanian.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah petani di Desa Karangdoro Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Teknikpengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian iniadalah 92 responden. Jenis penelitian ini adalah korelasional. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakankuesioner (angket). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda danstatistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian pada uji f menunjukkan bahwa variabel pemahaman zakat danreligiusitas secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat membayar zakat pertanian.Sedangkan uji t menunjukkan bahwa variabel pemahaman zakat (X1) berpengaruh positif signifikanterhadap minat membayar zakat pertanian (Y) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, sedangkanvariabel religiusitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat membayar. zakat pertanian (Y)dengan nilai signifikansi 0,002< 0,05.
