Abstract

AbstrakMotor cognitive coordination training merupakan sebuah konsep latihan multimodel yang mengkombinasikan aktivitas fisik dengan stimulasi kognitif. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motor cognitive coordination training terhadap gross motor skill dan working memory dalam pendidikan jasmani di sekolah dasar. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SD Negeri Leles I (kelompok control) dan SD Negeri Leles III (kelompok treatment) yang terlibat aktif dalam aktivitas pembelajaran akademis pada anak usia 9-10 tahun. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelatian ini adalah the matching only-pretest-posttest control group design. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu test gross motor development (TGMD-3) untuk mengukur 13 keterampilan motorik mendasar, dibagi lagi menjadi dua sub-skala yaitu Keterampilan Lokomotor dan Object Control. Sedangkan Digit Span Test untuk mengukur daya ingat (working memory). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengaruh motor cognitive coordination training dalam program aktivitas pendidikan jasmani lebih baik dibandingkan program aktivitas pendidikan jasmani terhadap peningkatan gross motor skill dan working memory siswa di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan program gerak yang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif dan motorik anak, salah satunya dengan menerapkan program motor cognitive coordination training. The influence of motor cognitive coordination training program on gross motor skill and working memory of physical educationMotor cognitive coordination training is a multimodel exercise concept that combines physical activity with cognitive stimulation. The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is an influence from the motor cognitive coordination training program on gross motor skill and working memory of physical education in elementary school. The sample in this study were students of Leles I Elementary School (control group) and Leles III Elementary School (treatment group) who were actively involved in academic learning activities in children aged 9-10 years. This research uses the matching only-pretest- posttest control group design as a method and uses of instrument like test gross motor development (TGMD-3) to measure 13 basic motor skills, subdivided into two subscales namely Locomotor Skills and Object Control. While Digit Span Test to measure memory (working memory). The results showed the effect of motor coordination on cognitive training in physical education activity programs is better than physical education activity programs against increasing gross motor skills and working memory of students in elementary school. This research explains the important of program which can increase cognitive and motoric skill of students, like apply motor cognitive coordination program.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: Great attention to football is not only paid by adults, but also children. For children, football has even been their part of life; in other words, their world is incomplete without football. This condition shows that football, as a sport game, has been an important aspect among children. Children’s great interest in football has encouraged football lovers to help channel the interest by founding the Football Schools, or famous by the abbreviation of SSB (Sekolah Sepak Bola) in Indonesian context. The purpose of this research is to study the contribution of kinesthetic perception, adaptation, and agility to football skills. This research was conducted at the Football Schools in Bandung with a sample of 40 students selected randomly. The research has found that there were positive correlations between: (1) kinesthetic perception and football skills; (2) adaptation and football skills; (3) agility and football skills; and (4) kinesthetic perception, adaptation, and agility with football skills. The findings give an implication that football skills can be increased by improving kinesthetic perception, adaptation, and agility.KEY WORD: Football schools in Bandung, students, kinesthetic perception, adaptation, agility, football skills, and positive correlations.INTISARI: “Peranan Persepsi Kinestetik, Adaptasi, dan Kelincahan terhadap Keterampilan Sepakbola pada Siswa-siwa Sekolah Sepakbola di Kota Bandung”. Besarnya perhatian terhadap sepakbola tidak hanya dimiliki oleh orang-orang dewasa, tetapi juga anak-anak.  Bahkan bagi anak-anak, sepakbola telah menjadi bagian dari hidupnya; dengan kata lain, tidak ada dunia lain tanpa melakukan sepakbola. Keadaan ini menunjukkan bahwa sepakbola, sebagai olahraga permainan, telah menjadi agenda penting bagi kalangan anak-anak. Besarnya perhatian anak-anak terhadap sepakbola mendorong pencinta sepakbola untuk membantu menyalurkan keinginan tersebut dengan cara mendirikan Sekolah-sekolah Sepakbola, atau yang terkenal dengan singkatan SSB (Sekolah Sepak Bola) dalam konteks Indonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari kontribusi persepsi kinestetik, adaptasi, dan kelincahan untuk keterampilan sepakbola. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Sekolah-sekolah Sepakbola di Bandung dengan sampel 40 siswa yang dipilih secara acak. Penelitian telah menemukan bahwa ada korelasi positif antara: (1) persepsi kinestetik dan keterampilan bermain sepakbola; (2) adaptasi dan keterampilan bermain sepakbola; (3) kelincahan dan keterampilan bermain sepakbola; serta (4) persepsi kinestetik, adaptasi, dan kelincahan dengan keterampilan bermain sepakbola. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study the relationship between kinesthetic perception,adaptation, and agility with football skills. This research has been conducted at football schools(SSB) with a sample 40 students selected randomly.The research concludes that there arepositive correlation between : (1) kinesthetic perception and football skills (2) adaptation andfootball skills, (3) agility and football skills (4) kinesthetic perception, adaptation, and agilitywith football skills. The findings give an implication that football skills could be increased byimproving kinesthetic perception, adaptation, and agility .

Abstract

ABSTRACT: The purpose of this research was to produce a basic design model of physical education instructional based on Self-Regulated Learning approach. The research was carried out using qualitative and quantitative methods on thirty Elementary School students (M = 11.2) and physical educators in Bandung city, as well as some experts from the School of Physical Education and Health Education of UPI (Indonesian University of Education) as samples. The data were gathered using the techniques of document analysis, questionnaires, observation, depth interview, and focus group discussion. The result of this research was a compilation of a basic design model of physical education instructional for Elementary School based on Self-Regulated Learning approach. Generally, physical education instructional condition in the Elementary School is good enough; it is indicated by the feasibility level of 68%. However, there are four primary problems faced by physical educators, such as instructional facility, equipment, time allocation, and students engaging in instructional activities. Abstract

ABSTRACT: Physical education teaching and learning should be holistic, accommodating the physical, spiritual, and social aspects. Education through physical activities is expected to provide students with real learning experience. The aim of this research is to analyze the influences of problem-based learning on soccer skills, which are expected to contribute positively to the meeting of the objectives of Curriculum 2013 in Indonesia. The research adopted experimental method with non-equivalent group pre-test post-test design. It was conducted at the SMPN (Public Junior High School) 2 Rangkasbitung, Lebak, Banten, Indonesia, with the sample consisted of 60 students, in which 30 students for the experimental and control groups, respectively. The research was carried out for seven weeks, with each week consisting of two meetings. GPAI (Game Performance Assessment Instrument) was used as the instrument to measure soccer skills. Data were analyzed with t-test, aided by SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) version 18. The findings of this research are: with problem-based learning model, students’ soccer skills increased significantly, as reflected from their post-test scores which were greater than their pre-test scores; with direct instructional model, students’ soccer skills increased significantly, as indicated by the increase in their post-test scores compared to their pre-test scores; and problem-based learning model influenced students’ soccer skills more significantly than direct instructional model.KEY WORD: Problem-Based Learning Model; Soccer Skills; Curriculum 2013; Direct Instructional Model; Scientific Approach. RESUME: “Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran melalui Pendekatan Saintifik terhadap Keterampilan Bermain Sepakbola”. Pengajaran dan pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani harus holistik, menampung aspek fisik, spiritual, dan sosial. Pendidikan melalui gerak fisik diharapkan dapat memberikan pengalaman belajar nyata kepada siswa. Tujuan kajian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh model pembelajaran berbasis masalah terhadap keterampilan bermain sepak bola, yang diharapkan memberikan manfaat positif terhadap pencapaian tujuan Kurikulum 2013 di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk mengungkapkan permasalahan tersebut adalah menggunakan metode eksperimen, dengan desain “non-equivalent groups pre-test post-test” atau kelompok tidak setara dengan pra dan pasca tes. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMPN (Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri) 2 Rangkasbitung, Lebak, Banten, Indonesia, dengan mengambil sampel pada penelitian ini, yaitu 60 siswa yang terdiri dari 30 siswa pada kelompok eksperimen dan 30 siswa pada kelompok kontrol. Penelitian dilakukan selama 7 minggu, dengan 2 kali pertemuan setiap minggunya. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah GPAI (Game Performance Assessment Instrument atau Instrumen Penilaian Unjuk Permainan) untuk mengukur keterampilan bermain sepak bola. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji-t, melalui SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) versi 18. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi pada beberapa faktor yang ditemukan di dalam beladiri judo tunanetra yaitu proses latihan kekuatan. Seringkali para atlet tunanetra kesulitan dalam berlatih kekuatan karena hambatan yang mereka miliki dalam hal pengelihatan. Elastic bands merupakan salah satu bentuk latihan yang memudahkan proses latihan kekuatan untuk atlet judo tunanetra. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat peningkatan kekuatan otot lengan dan tungkai pada atlet judo Asian Para Games dengan menggunakan alat bantu alternative untuk latihan yaitu elastic bands. Elastic bands dianggap sebagai alat yang mampu memudahkan para atlet penyandang tunanetra untuk melakukan latihan dan meningkatkan kemampuannya dari segi kekuatan dalam melakukan olahraga judo. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 10 orang atlet judo Asian Para Games. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode eksperimen dimana desain penelitian yang diterapkan adalah The One-Group Pre test-Post test Design. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan pada kekuatan otot lengan dan tungkai para atlet dimana pengujian hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil tes awal dan hasil tes akhir. Hal ini berarti bahwa penggunaan elastic bands berhasil meningkatkan kekuatan otot lengan dan tungkai pada atlet judo Asian Para Games 2018.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the impact of assisted sprinting training (AS) and resisted sprinting training (RS) in repetition method on improving sprint acceleration capabilities. This research used experimental method in pre-test and post-test design. The research sample were twelve male collegiates track sprinters, athletic division Indonesia University of Education, Bandung. Six male collegiates track sprinters for AS and six male collegiates track sprinters for RS. It used simple random sampling. The instrument used is 30 m sprint test. After training three times per week for six week, data were obtained from pre-test and post-test processed statistically by t-test. The AS group and RS group showed significant changes on improving sprint acceleration capabilities. No significant different between AS and RS on improving sprint acceleration capabilities.  In AS the increase  is better than RS at a distance of 10 m from a distance of 30 m. While, in RS the increase  is better than AS at a distance of 10-20 m and 20-30 m from a distance of 30 m. Accordingly, to improve acceleration at a distance 10 m use AS, while to improve acceleration at a distance of 10-20 m and 20-30 m from a distance of 30 m use RS.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan tentang kecerdasaan intelektual, kecerdasan emosional dan kondisi fisik dengan performa atlet squash Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode deksriptif teknik korelasional. Penelitian ini dilakukan oleh atlet squash jawa barat sebanyak 12 subjek penelitian sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrument penelitian menggunakan tes Advanced Progresif Matrics (APM) dengan nilai reliabilitas 0,81, The Emotional Intelligence Quostionaire, dan 101 performance evaluation test. Analisis data diolah menggunakan SPSS software versi 20. Hasil penelitian membuktikkan bahwa: 1) Terdapat hubungan kecerdasan intelektual dengan performa atlet squash Jawa Barat, 2) Terdapat hubungan kecerdasan emosional dengan performa squash Jawa Barat, 3) Terdapat hubungan kondisi fisik dengan performa atlet squash Jawa Barat, 4) Terdapat hubungan yang bersamaan antara kecerdasan intelektual, kecerdasan emosional dan kondisi fisik dengan performa atlet squash Jawa Barat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendekatan STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics)melalui aktivitas fisik terhadap active lifestyle dan motivasi belajar di SMP PGRI Cikembar Sukabumi. Metode Penelitian ini yaitu metode eksperimen, dengan desain penelitian The Matching-Only Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik SMP PGRI Cikembar yang berada dikelas VIII. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik random samplingdan didapatkan 28 siswa kelompok kontrol dan 28 siswa kelompok eksperimen.Instrumen yang digunakan ada dua yaitu PAQ-C (Physical Activity Questionnaire for Older Children) dan IMI (Intrinsic Motivation Inventory). Teknik pengumpulan data antara lain tatap muka dilakukan menggunkan aplikasi googlemeet, materi dan tugas gerak diupload di google classroom, dan untuk angket kuesioner menggunakan google form. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkanbahwa(1)terdapatpengaruhyangpositifdansignifikanantarapendekatan STEMdengan active lifestyle. (2)Terdapatpengaruhyangpositifdansignifikanantarapendekatan STEMdengan motivasi belajar. Hal itu menunjukkan bahwa terdapat bahwa terdapat pengaruh pendekatan STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) melalui aktivitas fisik terhadap active lifestyle dan motivasi belajar.
