Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention, work stress on turnover intention, job satisfaction and work stress on turnover intention. The object that becomes the unit of analysis in this study is the employee of the production section in the textile industry. The type of research used is descriptive with the method used is explanatory survey with a sample of 107 respondents. The results of this study found that the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention was included in the medium category. Job stress has an effect on employee turnover intention. Job satisfaction and work stress have an effect on the turnover intention of PT X textile industry employees. In this study it was found if the condition of job satisfaction is good, it will reduce the turnover rate of employee intention. In addition, if the work stress level is low, then the turnover of the intention of the textile industry employees will be low.

Abstract

Penelitian ini betujuan untuk menilai pengaruh dimensi personal value terhadap intensi berwirausaha siswa SMK Kiansantang. Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan cross sectional melalui pendekatan explanatory survey. Pengumpulan data dari 75 orang responden siswa kelas 12 SMK Kiansantag menggunakan kuisioner. Analisis teknik yang digunakan adalah tabel frekuensi dan analisis jalur. Hasil perhiutngan dari personal value secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap intensi berwirausaha.  Hasil perhitungan secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa dimensi self-direction secara dominan mempengaruhi intensi berwirausaha.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to find out the influence of learning motivations on study achievement and the influence of learning discipline on study achievement. The object used as analysis unit on this research is vocational students in Bandung regency. Verification process applied in this study by using explanatory research for 123 respondents. The results showed correlation between learning motivation and academic achievement, majority of the high school students were motivatedly enough by academic achievement. Again, there was a significant correlation between learning discipline and academic achievement. The study also found that, Learning discipline has impactful effect on academic achievement. The study showed that, academic achievement increased by arise learning motivation, and while the students are discipline, it will scale-up academic achievement.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kinerja karyawan. Hal tersebut ditandaidengan rendahnya kinerja karyawan yang ditandai dengan tidak tercapainya targetperusahaan serta rendahnya penilaian kinerja karyawan. Belum optimalnya kinerjakaryawan harus segera ditindak lanjuti. Mengingat peran dari kinerja yang sangatpenting dan berpengaruh terhadap tercapainya tujuan perusahaan Pelatihan danMotivasi kerja dijadikan suatu cara untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran Pelatihan Kerja, Motivasikerja, Kinerja karyawan, Besarnya pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan,Besarnya pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, Besarnya pengaruhpelatihan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Indo-Extrusions di Cimahi. Variabelbebas (X) dalam penelitian ini adalah pelatihan dan motivasi kerja, serta variabel terikat(Y) yaitu kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif danverifikatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode explonatorysurvey dengan teknik sampel jenuh dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 75 orang. Teknisanalisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda, denganbantuan program SPSS 21.0 for windows.Hasil temuan dalam penelitian ini antara lain sebagai berikut: 1) pelatihan pada PTIndo-Extrusions dalam kategori tinggi, 2) motivasi kerja pada PT Indo-Extrusions jugadalam kategori tinggi, 3) kinerja karyawan PT Indo-Extrusions dalam kategori tinggi, 4)kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi secara positif oleh pelatihan dengan korelasinya sebesar44,4%, 5) kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi secara positif oleh motivasi kerja dengankorelasinya sebesar 52%, 6) kinerja dipengaruhi secara positif oleh pelatihan danmotivasi kerja dengan koefisien determinasinya sebesar 87,7%..

Abstract

Abstract: The main goals of this study is to derive the positive effect of entrepreneurial learning on entrepreneurial intentions, the effect of entrepreneurial motivation on entrepreneurial intentions, and the combined influence of entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial motivation on entrepreneurial intentions.  This study has been performed using a group of students from the Bandung City Vocational egvtechnique used was a questionnaire with a sample size of 107 respondents.  The results of this study found that the influence of entrepreneurial learning on entrepreneurial intentions belonged to the strong category, motivational motivation influenced the intention of entrepreneurship included in the strong category, and entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial motivation influenced the intention of entrepreneurship, including in the strong category.  (In this study it is found, if the picture of entrepreneurial learning was effective, it would increase the intention of student entrepreneurship.)  The high motivation of student entrepreneurship will create a high intention of entrepreneurship.  In addition, if entrepreneurial learning is effective and coupled with a high motivation for entrepreneurship, the intention of student entrepreneurship will increase.

Abstract

The present study seeks to investigate the effect of entrepreneurial motivation and family environment onentrepreneurial attitude of the students of UPI Bandung class of 2015. This study utilizes a verificative approach with survey explanatory method. The study involves 160 female bachelor degree students from class 2015 of UPI Bandung. The analysis technique used in this study is verificative techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. The findings in this study indicate that entrepreneurial motivation strongly influences entrepreneurial attitudes, the family environment is strong enough to influence entrepreneurial attitudes, and the stronger the entepreneurial motivation and a good family environment, the higher the entrepreneurial attitude

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to find out the influence of entrepreneurship competence on business performance, the influence of entrepreneurshp motivation on business performance, and the influence of entrepreneurship competence and entrepreneurshp motivation on business performance. The object becomes the unit of analysis in this research is the Saung Angklung Udjo craftsman. The type of study is using verificative with the method is using an explanatory survey of 30 respondents. The results of this research found that the description of entrepreneurial competence in the high category, the description of entrepreneurial motivation in the strong category, description of business performance in the medium category. Based on the results of this study, it is suggested that entrepreneurial competence be improved, namely the dimensions of competence in managing business that need to be improved and deepened so that the performance of angklung craftsmen increases and can create higher business opportunities. In entrepreneurial motivation, Saung Angklung Udjo craftsmen in Bandung need to be improved in the need for affiliation, where craftsmen must be able to communicate better with coworkers and consumers.

Abstract

Objectives - The purpose of this study is to see description of entrepreneurship learning and readiness of student entrepreneurship as well as the influence of entrepreneurial learning on entrepreneurial readiness. Design / methodology / approach - The design of this study is cross sectional method. This research uses descriptive approach with explanatory survey method. A total of 82 respondents were selected using probability sampling in the form of simple random sampling. A questionnaire was used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents. The analysis technique used is descriptive technique by using frequency distribution and verification technique by using simple linear regression analysis.Findings - Based on the results of research using descriptive analysis, the results obtained that entrepreneurial learning is in high category, and entrepreneurial readiness is in high category. While the verifikatif analysis, obtained the result that the influence of entrepreneurship learning on entrepreneurial readiness is in the category of being.Originality / value - This research provides a basis for understanding issues of entrepreneurship learning, and entrepreneurship readiness. The difference of this research with the previous research is located on the object that is the tourism vocational school that is Vocational School Negeri 9 Bandung, with the variables studied are entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial readiness, and using theory or reference that is different from previous researchers.

Abstract

This study was conducted to see how much influence entrepreneurial learning and family environment to the entrepreneurial intention of students. Type of research is descriptive and verification with samples taken as many as 108 respondents from 151 population. Data analysis techniques in this study using multiple linear regression. Based on the results of research using multiple linear regression analysis, showed that entrepreneurial learning and family environment significantly affect the entrepreneurial intention of  students. The difference in this study with other studies located from the object of research, measurement instruments used, population and sample, as well as research results. In this study, using the theory of journals and books, so the theory used is different.
