Abstract

PT. Adetex merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di industri tekstil yang berlokasi di daerah Banjaran Kabupaten Bandung. Untuk menghadapi persaingan yang semakin ketat, perusahaan ini dihadapkan pada kondisi pentingnya untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Kinerja pegawai yang baik akan menghasilkan kinerja perusahaan yang baik pula sehingga memudahkan perusahaan untuk mencapai tujuannya. Kinerja pegawai dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, diantaranya motivasi, disiplin, kepemimpinan, suasana kerja, kompetensi, dan lain sebagainya. Namun demikian, penelitian ini secara terfokus akan membahas mengenai motivasi, disiplin kerja, dan kinerja karyawan pada Departemen Weaving PT. Adetex Cabang Banjaran Kab. Bandung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja, dan kinerja karyawan; Untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan; Untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan; dan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Departemen Weaving PT. Adetex Cabang Banjaran Kab. Bandung. Berdasarkan variabel yang diteliti maka jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif. Jangka waktu penelitian bersifat cross sectional method. Populasi penelitian ini ialah karyawan Departemen Weaving PT. Adetex Cabang Banjaran yang berjumlah 289 orang. Berdasarkan teknik penarikan sampel secara probability sampling dan dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin diperoleh sampel sebesar 75 sampel. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, penyebaran kuesioner dan studi literatur. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan path analysis dengan bantuan software komputer SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan, diperoleh hasil bahwa motivasi kerja karyawan berkategori tinggi; Disiplin kerja karyawan berkategori tinggi; Kinerja karyawan pada Departemen Weaving PT. Adetex Cabang Banjaran Kab. Bandung berkategori tinggi; terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dan kuat dari motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan; terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dan kuat dari disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan; terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dan kuat dari motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Departemen Weaving PT. Adetex Cabang Banjaran Kab. Bandung

Abstract

Persaingan bisnis di lini produk sampo kian hari kian kompetitif sehingga menuntut tiap perusahaan untuk mempertahankan pelanggannya. Usaha yang dilakukan oleh Sunsilk untuk mempertahankan pelanggannya tidak lagi terbatas pada atribut fungsional produk seperti kegunaan produk, melainkan sudah dikaitkan dengan keberadaan merek yang mampu menciptakan citra khusus dalam benak pemakainya. Penciptaan brand personality dalam benak pelanggan akan menciptakan loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui brand personality, loyalitas pelanggan, serta pengaruh brand personality terhadap loyalitas pelanggan sampo sunsilk. Berdasarkan variabel yang diteliti maka jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif. Metode pengembangan penelitian bersifat cross sectional method. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 540 orang yang merupakan mahasiswi FPIPS UPI angkatan 2004-2006 pengguna sampo sunsilk. Berdasarkan teknik penarikan sampel secara simple random sampling dan dengan menggunakan rumus Harun Al Rasyid diperoleh sampel sebesar 48 sampel, namun untuk meningkatkan keakuratan maka jumlah sampel yang diteliti ditambah sehingga berjumlah 80 sampel. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, penyebaran kuesioner dan studi literatur. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan path analysis dengan bantuan software komputer SPSS 15.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan brand personality sampo sunsilk secara umum berkategori cukup baik dengan dimensi brand personality yang paling tinggi skornya ialah competence. Loyalitas pelanggan sampo sunsilk secara umum sudah berkategori cukup baik dengan dimensi loyalitas pelanggan yang memiliki skor paling tinggi adalah frekuensi pembelian (pembelian berulang). Brand personality memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dimana dimensi competence memiliki kontribusi yang paling tinggi.

Abstract

Indonesia is an archipelagic state which are rich in natural wealth as flora and fauna and cultural variety that is a potential tourist destinations capable of interesting motivation tourists to perform the activities in Indonesia, and especially in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Yogyakarta city is the big cultural area in Indonesia that is a potential in terms of development cultural tour through the museum. But now a lot of people remain to regard that museum is just the place for keeping and maintaining historic and cultural fosils. The low appreciation of the society can be seem from the data of visitors attendance Museum Sonobudoyo Yogyakarta which shows a low number from years 2009 – 2010. Museum Sonobudoyo Yogyakarta conduct various attempts to increase the visits. One of the ways is through expanded marketing mix, which consists is people, physical evidence, and process. Expanded marketing mix in Museum Sonobudoyo Yogyakarta is expected to help increase tourist visits and for society awareness about cultural which has existed since long ago by the presence of museum. The independent variable (X) is expanded marketing mix which consists of three dimensions which are People, Physical evidence, and Process. The dependent variable (Y), namely the decision to visit. The type of the study is descriptive and verificative, and the method used was survey systematic random sampling technique, so it obtains 90 respondents of samples. Techniques of data analysis and hypothesis test used was multiple regression. Based on the research hypothesis, expanded marketing mix has a significant influence amounted to 48,5% towards visiting decision.

Abstract

Cukang Taneuh located in the village Kertayasa District Cijulang Kudat district is a tourist attraction that environment (ecotourism). Based on data Cukang Taneuh increase the number of tourists during the past four years, but a decline in the percentage of growth in the average number of visits are very significant. 2009 to 2010 the number of percentage increase amounted to only 9.24% of the target achievement of the increase in the number of tourists by 25% in 2010. Not achieving the target of tourist arrivals is presumably due to the lack of development of tourism products so that tourists experience burnout or boredom. One effort to improve and restore the number of tourists is the development of tourism products by using the technique of tourism opportunity spectrum. The purpose of this study was 1) to obtain findings regarding the development of tourism products by using the technique of tourism opportunity spectrum in tourist attractions Cukang Taneuh 2) To obtain findings regarding the decision to visit the tourist attractions Cukang Taneuh 3) To determine the effect of tourism product development by using the technique of tourism opportunity spectrum of the decision to visit the tourist attractions Cukang Taneuh. This research is descriptive and verification, because the method used is explanatory survey method using an ordinal scale. The analysis technique used in this research is the analysis of the path (path analysis), the sampling technique using systematic random sampling method through cross-sectional approach, the samples taken from the overall population of 150 visitors. The study of the hypothesis shows that the development of tourism products by using the technique of tourism opportunity spectrum consisting of accessibility, the characteristics of tourism facilities, social interaction, and the degree of management control has direct and indirect influence on the decision to visit the tourist attractions Cukang Taneuh 93.2% while the remaining 6.8% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. The dimensions of the development of tourism products by using techniques spectrum of tourism opportunity to get high to low valuation is characteristic of tourism facilities, social interaction, the degree of management control, and accessibility

Abstract

Since the 2010 until 2012, the tourist shopper in Bandung continues to decline. One way to overcome this is to know the motivation of tourists, in order to create a strategy that fits with tourist. The government must be aware of the changes the tourist motivation, tourists are now no longer oriented to the economy and stuff, but they are shifting toward emotional orientation. In marketing this is called hedonic shopping motivation. Hedonic shopping motivation is an encouragement for someone to do the shopping, where these activities lead to a positive emotional experiences in the form of excitement, and can provide a stimulus for someone sensory. This study aims to describe the hedonic shopping motivation and visiting decision, and know the effect of hedonic shopping motivation on the visiting decision in Bandung shopping area. The population in this study is the tourist who visited the shopping areas in Bandung. Sampling technique used is cluster random sampling, with 156 respondents. Data analysis technique used is multiple regressions. The results of a descriptive study showed the sub-variable of hedonic shopping motivation that get the highest rating is value shopping, the lowest is role shopping. The sub-variable of visiting decision that gets the highest rating is the amount of the purchase. The results of a verification study showed the simultaneous hedonic shopping motive has an influence on visiting decision. However, with partial test only gratification shopping hat has an influence on the visiting decision, while the other sub variables are no influences on visiting decision. Based on this research, shopping area managers should focus on strategies to improve the role shopping and the amount of the purchase.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine whether there are significant socio-economic status of parents towards entrepreneurial attitudes. Data collected through questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The population in this study there was a class X student of marketing. Sampling on research using saturation sampling 71 respondents. Testing data in this study tested the validity, reliability test, linearity test and hypothesis testing. The method used is descriptive verification. Analysis data technique used is Partial Least Square with computer software tools SmartPLS 3.0. Based on this overall research result, the counting that gained from simple regression conclude that socio-economic status of parents have a positive impact with strong category towards entrepreneurial attitudes. Keywords: Socio Economic Status of Parents, Attitudes Entrepreneurship

Abstract

ABSTRACT                This research was conducted in July 2017 at Pieh Island Conservation Area of Pieh Water Park of West Sumatera Province. This study aims to determine the condition of coral reefs in the waters of Pieh Island and to determine the changes in the condition of coral reefs in Pieh Island. The method used was survey method using Underwater Photograph Transect (UPT), consisting of 3 stations where each station was divided into 2 depth ie at depth of 5 meter and 10 meter.               The type of coral reefs on Pieh Island was in the group of fringing reef. The forms of coral growth found in the study area were Acropora branching (ACB), Acropora digitate (ACD), Acropora encrusting (ACE), Acropora submssive (ACS), Acropora tabulate (ACT), Coral encrusting (CE), Coral massive (CM ) Coral Foliose (CF) and Coral Submassive (CS). Condition of coral reefs at Pieh Island at 5 meter depth was heavily devastated with the percentage of 22.80%, while percentage of coral cover at 10 meter depth was 58.67% categorized coral cover good. Keywords: Pieh Island, Coral Reef, Underwater Photograph Transect

Abstract

This study was conducted to see how much influence entrepreneurial learning and family environment to the entrepreneurial intention of students. Type of research is descriptive and verification with samples taken as many as 108 respondents from 151 population. Data analysis techniques in this study using multiple linear regression. Based on the results of research using multiple linear regression analysis, showed that entrepreneurial learning and family environment significantly affect the entrepreneurial intention of  students. The difference in this study with other studies located from the object of research, measurement instruments used, population and sample, as well as research results. In this study, using the theory of journals and books, so the theory used is different.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how much influence sales promotion has on repurchase intention. The type of research used is descriptive and verification. The method used in this research is explanatory survey with systematic random sampling technique and the number of respondents is 100 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is simple linear regression with SPSS 21.0 computer software The research findings on hypothesis testing can be seen that sales promotion has a positive influence on repurchase intention. The originality of this research was found in the object of research, research period, measuring instruments and research results. The author also adds theories from foreign journals and foreign books.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) know the description of entrepreneurship learning, (2) find out the description of entrepreneurship motivation, (3) find out the effect of entrepreneurial learning on entrepreneurship motivation in class XI Bandung N 9 pastry majors in Bandung and (4) the relationship between entrepreneurial learning and motivation entrepreneurship for grade XI students majoring in SMK N 9 Bandung pastry. The object that becomes the unit of analysis in this study is the class XI students majoring in pastry at SMK N 9 Bandung .. The type of research used is descriptive, verification. The method used is explanatory survey with a sample technique that is a saturated sample technique with a sample of 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression with SPSS 24.0 for Windows computer software tools. The findings in this study indicate that the picture of entrepreneurial learning in a good category, a picture of entrepreneurial motivation in a good category, motivation for entrepreneurship is positively influenced by entrepreneurial learning, and there is an active relationship or correlation between entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial motivation. Based on the results of this study it is recommended as a basis for conducting other studies regarding entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial motivation with different indicators and objects
