Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan: 1) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai di bagian umum sekretariat daerah Kabupaten Soppeng. 2) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja non fisik terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai di bagian umum sekretariat daerah Kabupaten Soppeng. 3) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai di bagian umum sekretariat daerah Kabupaten Soppeng. 4) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik, lingkungan kerja non fisik, dan komunikasi secara bersama-sama (simultan) terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai di bagian umum sekretariat daerah Kabupaten Soppeng. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Bagian Umum Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Soppeng. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua pegawai pada Bagian Umum Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Soppeng sebanyak 37 orang pegawai. Mengingat jumlah populasi relative kecil, sehingga sampel penelitian ditentukan dengan menggunakan metode sensus. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Lingkungan kerja fisik secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai di bagian umum sekretariat daerah Kabupaten Soppeng. 2) Lingkungan kerja non fisik secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai di bagian umum sekretariat daerah Kabupaten Soppeng. 3) Komunikasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai di bagian umum sekretariat daerah Kabupaten Soppeng. 4) Lingkungan kerja fisik, lingkungan kerja non fisik, dan komunikasi secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai di bagian umum sekretariat daerah Kabupaten Soppeng. Kata Kunci : Lingkungan Kerja Fisik, Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik, Komunikasi, Kepuasan Kerja Abstract This research aims: 1) To analyze the influence of the physical work environment on employee satisfaction at the general secretariat Soppeng area. 2) To analyze the influence of non-physical work environment on employee satisfaction at the general secretariat Soppeng area. 3) To analyze the effect of communication on job satisfaction of employees in the general secretariat Soppeng area. 4) To analyze the effect of the physical work environment, non-physical work environment, and communication together (simultaneously) to job satisfaction of employees in the general secretariat Soppeng area. The research was conducted at the General Secretariat of the Regional Section Soppeng. The population in this study were all employees at the General Affairs Regional Secretariat Soppeng as many as 37 employees. Given the relatively small number of the population, so the sample is determined by using census method. Analysis of the data in this study using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: 1) the physical working environment partially positive and significant impact on job satisfaction of employees at the general secretariat Soppeng area. 2) non-physical work environment partially positive and significant impact on job satisfaction of employees at the general secretariat Soppeng area. 3) Communication partially positive and significant impact on job satisfaction of employees at the general secretariat Soppeng area. 4) The working environment of physical, non-physical work environment, and communication together (simultaneously) significantly affects employee satisfaction at the general secretariat Soppeng area. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aktivitas belajar geografi siswa, aktifitas mengajar guru geografi, dan peningkatan hasil belajar geografi siswa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah di kelas XI IPS2 SMA Negeri 5 Bau-bau pada materi pokok Biosfer serta Persebaran Flora dan Fauna.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada semester Ganjil tahun pelajaran 2017/2018. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPS2 SMA Negeri 5 Bau-bau semester Ganjil tahun pelajaran 2017/2018 yang berjumlah 23 orang. Dari hasil analisis data diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa: 1) Gambaran aktivitas belajar siswa dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah pada setiap siklus I diperoleh skor rata-rata 2,5. Siklus II skor rata-rata 3,2; 2) Gambaran aktivitas mengajar guru dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah pada siklus I diperoleh skor rata-rata 2,8 dan pada siklus II diperoleh skor rata-rata 3,6. 3) Hasil belajar geografi siswa kelas XI IPS2 SMA Negeri 5 Bau-bau yang diajar menerapkan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah pada materi biosfer serta persebaran flora dan fauna diperoleh nilai pada siklus I yaitu nilai terendah 43, nilai tertinggi 96, nilai rata-rata 71 dan ketuntasan belajar sebesar 61%.Siklus II diperoleh nilai terendah 52, nilai tertinggi 96 nilai rata-rata adalah 78 dan ketuntasan belajar sebesar 83%.

Abstract

Kambang Iwak (KI) RTH in Palembang is an oasis for the life of Palembang City. KI Park is always busy with residents visiting for recreation, on weekends KI Park is a place to unwind for local workers, and residents to exercise. The green route of the Muaro River in Padang City nowadays tends to be busy with city residents, especially in the afternoon before Maghrib, and several spots even have non-permanent stalls set up to facilitate residents' activities. These two green open spaces are mini objects in this research to see their recreational potential. This research aims to look at the recreational potential of residents in the Kambang Iwak RTH (Palembang, South Sumatra) and the Muaro River Green Route (Padang, West Sumatra). This research was carried out in two cities in two provinces, namely: 1) Kambang Iwak RTH, Palembang City, South Sumatra Province, and 2) Muaro River Green Belt, Padang City, West Sumatra Province. The data collected in this research was divided into 2 (two) groups, namely primary data and secondary data. The recreational potential in both green open spaces looks at the internal aspects of visitors which are obtained through questionnaires to visitors who are currently using the green open spaces. The research results showed that the highest user choice was the recreational potential of the Kambang Iwak Palembang green open space as a recreational destination for residents were enjoying culinary delights (93.47%), walking (91.84%), enjoying nature (89.39%), enjoying the air (88, 16%), chatting (85.71%), playing (75.92%), studying (66.94%), and cycling (59.59%), while the Sungai Muaro Padang RTH as a recreation destination for residents is to enjoy nature (84.52%), chatting (84.52%), enjoying the air (82.58), enjoying culinary delights (74.84%), traveling (74.19%), studying (74.19%), playing (67.74%), cycling (62.58%), and fishing (62.58%).
