ABSTRAKPengujian bermaksud guna memahami bagaimana pengaruh rasio ukuran perusahaan, QR, DER, serta TATO terhadap ROA pada perusahaan sektor industri barang konsumsi listing di BEI dari tahun 2017 sampai 2019. Metode pendekatan kuantitatif dipakai sebagai metode pengujian ini. Jenis pengujian statistik deskriptif dan bersifat hubungan antar variabel. Terdapat 52 perusahaan listing di BEI dalam pengujian yang dilakukan serta melalui teknik purposive sampling diperoleh 29 sampel. Regresi linear berganda dijadikan cara dalam pengujian ini. Dari pengujian yang dilakukan diperoleh hasil ukuran perusahaan, QR, DER, dan TATO secara keseluruhan berpengaruh relevan terhadap ROA pada perusahaan sektor industri barang konsumsi listing di BEI dari tahun 2017 sampai 2019. Ukuran perusahaan dan TATO positif berpengaruh relevan secara sebagian terhadap ROA pada perusahaan sektor industri barang konsumsi listing di BEI dari tahun 2017 sampai 2019. QR dan DER secara sebagian dan relevan tidak berdampak terhadap ROA pada perusahaan sektor industri barang konsumsi listing di BEI dari tahun 2017 sampai 2019. Kata Kunci : Ukuran Perusahaan, Quick Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turn Over, Return On Assets.

This research was conducted to identify the effect of Financial Distress, Auditor Opinion, and Management Changes on Auditor Switching in the basic and chemical industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample is taken by using purposive sampling, where the population amounted to 69 companies, and after deducting the research criteria, the research sample contained 57 companies so that in three years' period amounted to 171 companies. This research simultaneously showed Financial Distress, Auditor Opinion, and Management Changes has a positive effect and significantly towards Auditor Switching. Partially, Financial Distress has a positive effect and significant on Auditor Switching while Auditor Opinion and Management Changes have a negative effect and significant on Auditor Switching.

Striae Gravidarum is a common skin disorder that occurs during pregnancy which is commonly found in the mother's stomach. The prevalence of striae gravidarum in pregnant women ranges from 50-90%. The effects of striae gravidarum cause itching, heat and dry and emotional disturbances, causing cosmetic problems in most mothers. Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) has an effective content to maintain skin elasticity, many contain moderate chain saturated fatty acids, which are believed to be drugs that can prevent striae. This research is a research using analytical survey method with pre experimental design approach with pretest-posttest with control group design. The population in this study was 32 pregnant women who had striae gravidarum, before they were pre-tested by observing the amount of striae, then interventions were carried out by applying Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) to the belly of pregnant women, after that a posttest was done by re-observing the amount of striae. striae gravidarum. This study uses the Paired Sample T-test hypothesis test to determine the effectiveness of administration of Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) to prevent straie gravidarum in pregnancy. The application of applying Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) on the belly of pregnant women carried out for 8 weeks and showed a decrease in the number of straie gravidarum in pregnant women. Based on the effect test using Paired sample T-test in the pre-test group showed the results of p = 0.162 <0.05 and in the post-test group p = 0.000 <0.05. thus it can be concluded the effectiveness of giving Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) to striae gravidarum in pregnant women.

This article tries to reveal the clash of value between April and Frank as the main characters in Richard Yates’ Revolutionary Road. Using the theories of gender role, power and motherhood, the analysis shows that April and Frank have different values even though they live in the same time, the1950s. The differences of values create a clash between them and it affects their relationship as husband and wife. April Wheeler as the strong character in this novel has modern values from her era while her husband expects her to follow the value of the1950s. These differences make them unable to fulfill their partner’s expectation. It can be concluded that because their values conflict each other, they have difficulties in their marriage life.

In this day and age, humans are increasingly busy with their work so they don't have time to care for and beautify themselves. This OSH Salon really helps people who are very busy but still want to look beautiful because customers just sit quietly and relax and then the salon will pamper and beautify you. This can also help those of you who are busy and stressed about work to relax for a moment. The research method we use is qualitative because this method emphasizes the depth of the data to be studied by us so that it is more accurate and easier to research. Based on the results of the data we got in 2019 before the pandemic, this MSME served around 70 customers every week, while in 2020 it served around 58 customers every week, and in 2021 there will be an increase again around 65 customers every week. The conclusion we can give is that doing treatments at the salon is very helpful for those of us who are busy and can save time compared to doing treatments at home. Salon is also a place for us to relax ourselves who may be quite stressed about our work.

Sumber daya strategis merupakan bagian krusial dari manajemen sumber daya manusia strategis yaitu, dengan mencocokkan sumber daya manusia dengan persyaratan strategis serta operasional organisasi dan memastikan pemanfaatan penuh sumber daya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategic resourching mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan pada salah satu industri makanan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan penelitian kualitatif yang termasuk ke dalam jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Serta metode pengambilan data nya menggunakan metode wawancara. Hasil pembahasan yang dicapai ialah dengan menggunakan strategi integrasi vertikal dengan diversifikasi pada portofolio produknya untuk memperluas bisnisnya dengan mendirikan beberapa unit bisnis atau anak perusahaan baru, baik dalam lini bisnis yang sama dengan bisnis inti perusahaan maupun di unit bisnis yang berbeda. Dalam menerapkan manajemen SDM, yaitu dengan memahami kebutuhan karyawan Perusahaan biasanya melihat kebutuhan karyawannya. Dengan mengetahui kebutuhan karyawannya, bisnis dapat berjalan dengan cepat. Semua pekerja harus bekerja secara professional sesuai dengan tugas yang diberikan kepada mereka. Dalam analisis ini, dijelaskan hubungannya dengan salah satu perusahaan pertambangan di Papua. Ini adalah perusahaan pembuat emas terbesar di dunia dan pembayar pajak terbesar di Indonesia. Setiap bisnis memiliki nama perselihan terkait hubungan industri. Perselisihan hubungan industrial adalah ketidaksepakatan yang menyebabkan konflik antara penguasa atau gabungan pengusaha karena perbedaan hak, manfaat, dan pemutusan hubungan kerja antara serikat pekerja dalam suatu perusahaan. Pada dasarnya, masing-masing pihak memiliki kemampuan untuk menyelesaikan sengketa. Jika mereka tidak dapat mencapai kesepakatan, pihak ketiga baik negara maupun pihak itu sendiri mampu mencapai kesepakatan. Kami menggunakan penelitian kualitatif, yang merupakan kategori penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, dalam penelitian ini. Tujuan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif adalah untuk mengumpulkan data deskriptif yang menjelaskan topik penelitian secara keseluruhan. Kali ini peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian dokumenter. Dari hasil kajian tersebut, tercapai kesepakatan antara pekerja dan industri terkait untuk menaikkan upah dari pekerja terendah ke pekerja level tertinggi rata-rata hingga 40% selama periode dua tahun, bukan pekerja. didenda karena mogok kerja dan perusahaan membayar gaji pokok pekerja selama tiga bulan.
