Abstract

Bahasa merupakan media untuk mengekspresikan keinginan, gagasan, dan perasaan. Dalam kaitannya dengan bahasa indonesia, bahasa dapat mencerminkan prilaku dalam sebuah masyarakat. Bahasa indonesia dapat digunakan secara formal maupun non-formal. Bahasa non-formal berbentuk kata tidak baku yang biasanya digunakan dalam komentar atau posting dalam media sosial. Salah satu contoh kata tidak baku adalah “nemenin” yang kata formalnya “menemani” dan kata dasarnya adalah “teman”. Dalam penelitian ini akan dilakukan pengujian akurasi algoritma Jaro-Winkler distance dalam mengubah kata imbuhan tidak baku menjadi bentuk dasarnya, proses ini disebut dengan stemming. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sebanyak 60 kata berimbuhan tidak baku. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan tingkat akurasi algoritma Jaro-Winkler sebesar 85% atau 51 kata berhasil di-stemming (3 overstemming, 6 unstemming, 0 understemming).Kata Kunci—Kata Imbuhan Tidak Baku, Stemming, Jaro-Winkler DistanceLanguage that represents the media to attract interest, regulate, and feel. In reversing it with Indonesian, language can reflect behavior in a society. Indonesian can be used formally or informally. Non-formal language in the form of non-formal words used in comments or posts on social media. One example of a non-formal word is "accompanying" the formal word "accompany" and the basic word is "friend". In this research, the Jaro-Winkler algorithm will be tested the distance in changing non-formal affix words into a form of interaction, this process is called stemming. This research uses data as many as 60 words that are not standardized. The test results show the level of testing of the Jaro-Winkler algorithm is 85% or 51 words successfully stemmed (3 overstemming, 6 unstemming, 0 understemming).Keywords— Non-Formal Affix, Stemming, Jaro-Winkler Distance

Abstract

Keamanan data dan informasi menjadi suatu hal yang sangat penting agar tidak disalahgunakan oleh oknum-oknum yang tidak bertanggungjawab. Penyalah gunaan datatersebut dapat merugikan pemilik asli dari data tersebut. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut terdapat beberapa metode yang dapat digunakan seperti metode kriptografi. Kriptografi merupakan suatu metode yang digunakan untuk menyembunyikan informasi dengan cara mengenkripsi informasi tersebut . Hasil enkripsi akan sulit dipahami bagi mereka yang tidak mengetahui kunci dan metodenya. Kriptografi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kriptografi subsitusi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengamankan pesan dan informasi dengan menggunakan kriptografi substitusi Vigenere dan Caesar cipher. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan 3 kunci dimana 2 kunci ditentukan oleh pengguna dan 1 kunci merupakan hasil dari Vigenere. Penelitian ini berhasil mengkombinasikan metode Vigenere dan Caesar cipher untuk menghasilkan ciphertext yang sulit dipahami. Pesan dan informasi yang dihasilkan setelah enkripsi tidak menampilkan isi yang sebenarnya, sehingga untuk mengetahui isi sebenarnya pengguna harus melakukan dekripsi dengan kunci yang sesuai. Abstract

The Department of Animal Husbandry and Animal Health is one of the government agencies of West Nusa Tenggara Province which has the task of improving the welfare of the community and reducing poverty in West Nusa Tenggara Province by providing grants in the form of livestock assistance or other assistance, assistance is given to livestock farmer groups in all regencies/cities throughout the province. -NTB has criteria that have been determined by the Animal Husbandry and Animal Health Service of the Province of NTB, the assistance provided is sourced from the Provincial Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) and the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBN), because the process of providing assistance through the selection of submitted proposals manually by livestock farmer groups with three processes that become important points, namely recapitulation, validation and verification which takes a long time and the lack of information related to the development of livestock farmer groups in all regions of NTB that have received assistance, therefore an application or application is needed. u an information system that can assist the Department of Animal Husbandry and Animal Health of the Province of NTB in processing livestock farmer group data, ranking as a good decision maker..

Abstract

The incidence of degenerative diseases is increasing every year. Degenerative diseases are caused by decreased organ function not only due to age but also due to lifestyle factors such as eating patterns, stress levels, and a history of other diseases. This community service is carried out in Gegelang Village, West Lombok, Indonesia. The aims of this community service are to detect degenerative diseases early and to provide an understanding of prevention to management as a preventive measure for several degenerative diseases. Methods used in these activities include providing free health checks, followed by health education training. Gegelang village received health education training on the causes and treatment of degenerative diseases specifically obesity, diabetes mellitus, hypertension, and uric acid. Health checks specifically that included measuring body mass index, checking blood pressure, blood sugar levels, and uric acid level. Of the 68 villagers who took part in the body mass index examination, the percentages of underweight, normal, overweight, and obesity types 1 and 2 were 5.89%, 23.53%, 22.06%, 29.41%, and 19.11%, respectively. Meanwhile, systolic blood pressure greater than 140 mmHg was 22.06%, and diastolic blood pressure greater than 90 mmHg was 11.27%. Examination of blood sugar during normal classification, high blood sugar levels at risk, and indications of diabetes in 58%, 23%, and 11%. The amount of uric acid included in the high classification is only 11%. Improving the quality of health, early detection, and management of degenerative diseases is urgently needed.
