Penyaluran zakat dan infak yang berasal dari umat Islam harus sedini mungkin disalurkan secara efektif sebagai suatu sisi ikhtiar pemberdayaan ekonomi umat, ini karena dana zakat dan infak merupakan modal dalam upaya peningkatan perekonomian dan kesejahteraan umat, di mana dalam ini penyaluran zakat dan infak membutuhkan suatu pedoman dalam penyalurannya agar dana zakat dan infak dapat terealisasi dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kesesuaian penyaluran zakat di Badan Amil Zakat Daerah (BAZDA) Kota Gorontalo dengan Pedoman Pengelolaan Zakat Tahun 2004. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif yaitu analisis yang dilakukan melalui studi lapangan dengan pengumpulan data mengenai penyaluran dana zakat dan infak. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa impementasi penyaluran dana zakat dan infak di Badan Amil Zakat Daerah Kota Gorontalo sesuai dengan pedoman pengelolaan zakat Departemen Agama Republik Indonesia Tahun 2004, dimana dalam pendayagunaan zakat secara prinsip dana tersebut diberikan kepada delapan asnaf, manfaat zakat dan infak dapat diterima dan dirasakan manfaatnya serta sesuai dengan keperluan mustahiq (konsumtif dan produktif), dan pendayagunaan zakat tersebut ditujukan untuk program jangka panjang untuk perbaikan kesejahteraan dan meningkatkan status mustahiq menjadi muzakki.

Sebagai pelaku usaha generasi milenial seseorang harus memiliki kemampuan dalam literasi kewirausahaan dan literasi bisnis digital. Penelitian ini dibuat untuk mengungkap kemampuan berliterasi pelaku usaha generasi milenial di Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa aktif sebagai pelaku usaha generasi milenial di Kota Makassar yang berjumlah 30 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan angket dan teknik analisis data menggunakanÂ analisis deksriptif kuatitatif melalui analsis persentase. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan literasi kewirausahaan pelaku usaha generasi milenial di Kota Makassar sebesar 81,63% dan kemampuan literasi bisnis digital pelaku usaha generasi milenial di Kota Makassar sebesar 86,28%.Â Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwaÂ kemampuan literasi kewirausahaan dan literasi bisnis digital pelaku usaha generasi milenial di Kota Makassar termasukÂ dalamÂ kategori sangat baik.

The thinking of the Imam Al-Ghazali socioeconomic Ra stem from a concept he called "Islamic social welfare functions". A theme that became the base of his entire starting is the concept of social welfare affairs or utilities (common good) contained in the maqasid Sharia. This study aims to formulate a concept of marketing based on the values mashlahat maqasid Sharia. The method of this research is kualitatid desktiptif with an approach to the study of librarianship.The research found that in designing the marketing pattern of marketers should pay attention to the concept of maslahah maqasid Sharia as a goal of as a guide in marketing strategies. Five things that go in Islamic trends i.e., religion, soul, intellect, lineage, and treasures are factors which becomes basic guidelines the lack of intervention. This design pattern, as a consequence of childbirth a maslahah therein.

This paper examines the role of the tarekat as a spiritual means of getting closer to Allah SWT, and how to significantly influence the work ethic of entrepreneurs, based on Sufism values. The method used in this study is library research. It aims to constructively analyze the contributions and role of the teachings of the tarekat towards the work ethic of the business entrepreneurial behaviour of its followers. This result showed that the tarekat, as a remembrance or recollection of God, purifies the soul from despicable acts. It birthed the characteristics of work ethic in accordance with Islamic teachings, such include optimism, Istiqamah, Wara’, Ikhlas, Rida and Qana'ah. In addition, Ihsan attitude as a tarekat source has an impact on the behaviour of entrepreneurs to always be honest and trustworthy in improving the quality of their economy.

The distribution of zakat (masharif al-zaká) is an important factor as an indicator of the optimal function of zakat. In addition to the qur’an, the zakat distribution mechanism should be based on valid traditions as references in its management. This study aims to analyze the distribution of zakat in the review of maudhu'iy hadith. The method used is a thematic approach (al-hadith al-maudhu'i). The result of the research shows that the hadith that is being discussed is categorized as hasan lighairihi hadith, where the origin is dha'if but has reinforcement from other lines so that it is elevated to hasan lighairihi. In addition, the contents of the prophet's hadiths regarding mashârif al-zakât which are discussed do not contradict the verses of the qur’an, because they have the same meaning regarding the eight asnaf who are entitled to receive zakat.

ABSTRACTThe era of innovation is disrupted providing space in the development of digital zakat management systems that are expected to increase public trust and make it easier for muzaki to pay zakat. The management of digital zakat is expected to increase the efficiency and efficiency of services in the management of zakat and increase zakat benefits to realize public welfare and poverty reduction. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with SWOT analysis techniques to analyze corporate strategy factors (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats). This study found a strategy to optimize zakat through the improvement of governance systems and information on zakat-based digitalization institutions. In addition, the information system for mustahik and muzaki database needs to be improved in order to optimize the collection and distribution of zakat.Keywords: Zakat, Optimization, Digital

Abstrak: Konsep Akuntansi Syariah pada Budaya Mahar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali konsep akuntansi syariah dalam budaya mahar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pemikiran burhani sebagai metode. Dalam penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa mahar dalam akuntansi syariah dimaknai sebagai harta, kewajiban, ekuitas, pendapatan, dan beban. Hal ini berakar dari tradisi yang berlaku di masyarakat dalam penerapan unsur-unsur akuntansi syariah dalam budaya mahar. Pengaruh makna, syariah (fiqh) ataupun budaya berdampak pada perbedaan dari segi definisi, jenis, tujuan dan status kepemilikan. Makna budaya mahar dalam akuntansi syariah merefleksikan peran akuntansi yang berbasiskan nilai-nilai religius. Abstract: The Islamic Accounting Concept in Dowry Culture. This study aims to explore the concept of Islamic accounting in the dowry culture. This research uses Burhani's thinking as a method. This study finds that dowry in Islamic accounting is defined as assets, liabilities, equity, income, and expenses. The definition was rooted in the prevailing tradition in society in the application of elements of Islamic accounting in the dowry culture. The influence of meaning, sharia (fiqh) and culture impacts differences in terms of definition, type, purpose, and ownership status. The meaning of dowry culture in Islamic accounting reflects the role of accounting based on religious values.

This research aims to analyse the impact of government infrastructure spending on economic growth and poverty in Gorontalo Province. This research uses datasets on government expenditure, economic growth, and poverty rate from Central Statistics Bureau (Badan Pusat Statistik, BPS), Directorate General of Fiscal Balances Ministry of Finance. This research uses panel data regression in 5 regencies during 2013-2017 in Gorontalo Province. The main results of this research show that (i) public works has negative and insignificant impact on economic growth; (ii) the public housing sector has a negative and not significant impact on economic growth; (iii) the transportation sector has a positive and insignificant impact on economic growth; (iv) the public works sector has a negative and not significant impact on poverty; (v) the public housing sector has a positive and insignificant impact on poverty; (vi) the transportation sector has a negative and not significant impact on poverty. This study aims to determine how much influence the Government Expenditure of Education Sector and Health Sector on Poverty in Gorontalo City. This research uses quantitative methods. The data used in this study are secondary data sourced from the Central Statistics Agency and the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance Ministry of Finance using the econometrics method through multiple linear regression equations in the form of 10-year time series data (2008-2017). The results showed that 1) Education sector government expenditure has a positive effect on the level of poverty in Gorontalo City 2) Government health sector expenditure has a negative effect on poverty levels in Gorontalo City.
