Abstract

An analysis of the uncertainty value of measuring spur gear dimensions using a profile projector has been carried out. Dimensions of spur gears measured are pitch diameter, root diameter and outside diameter. The manufacture of 3 samples of spur gears was first made with a shape milling machine based on the initial technical data that had been determined. Then measurements were made with a profile projector measuring instrument for the three measuring dimensions, the best repeated measurement average was found in the root diameter measurement for the PJ01 sample of 32.4053 mm with a standard deviation of 0.0077 mm. The uncertainty method used is statistically and applies only to a series of observations. Determination of the uncertainty value is done by performing repeated measurements five times on the same sample. This method refers to ISO GUM with type A evaluation. The uncertainty value obtained for the best measurement is 0.0034 mm with an expanded uncertainty of 0.0068 mm with a 95% confidence level.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia turut dikembangkan oleh usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM). UKM sendiri terkadang dihadapkan kurangnya akses pasar dan berjuang untuk merumuskan strategi bisnis yang tepat untuk diaplikasikan. UKM Saleh Pisang Nazen merupakan usaha makanan ringan yang berada di desa Tambaknegara Kecamatan Rawalo. Usaha ini mulai berdiri sejak tahun 2020. Makanan ringan berbahan dasar pisang ini hadir dengan cita rasa manis yang khas karena terbuat dari pisang yang matang dan manis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan analisis SWOT terhadap strategi peningkatan daya saing Saleh Pisang Nazen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dismpulkan bahwa UKM Saleh Pisang Nazen memiliki peluang yang bagus untuk dikembangkan dengan memaksimalkan branding Saleh Pisang Nazen, terus melakukan inovasi dan lebih kreatif dalam menciptakan varian rasa baru dan aneka olahan pisang, harus menjaga kualitas bahan baku yang digunakan untuk memastikan kualitas produk olahannya serta aktif melakukan promosi melalui media sosial.

Abstract

Semi-automatic water purification machines are urgently needed by the people around the Sitopong river, Cilacap Regency. Required application and testing of the YF-S201 type water flow sensor based on Arduino Uno. This is done so that the application of the water speed sensor in the river water purification machine can be maximized. The research method used is a literature study related to Arduino Uno and conducting experiments. The experiments were carried out in the form of testing the water flow velocity sensor, carrying out the process of calibrating the water flow sensor. Sensor testing was carried out 10 times after calibration. Based on the calibration results, an average volume of 329 ml was obtained from the desired volume of 330 ml so that an error of 0.3% was obtained. Whereas at the desired volume of 600 ml, the average volume of the calibration results is 598 ml, it can be seen that an error of 0.3% is obtained at a volume of 600 ml. Function test on the water filling process with 10 trials obtained an accuracy of 99.6% for a 330 ml volume bottle and 99.6 ml for a 600 ml volume bottle.

Abstract

Classification is one of the data mining techniques that can be used to determine potential custumers. Previous research show that the boosting method, especially LGBM, produces the highest accuracy value of all models, namely 100%. Meanwhile, for the two bagging methods, Random Forest produced the highest accuracy compared to Extra Trees, namely 99.03%. The research uses the LGBM and Random Forest methods to classify potential customers. The results of this study indicate that in imbalance data the LightGBM method has better accuracy than the Random Forest, which is 85.49%, when the Random Forest is unable to produce a model. The SMOTE method used in this study affects the accuracy of the random forest but does not affect the accuracy of LightGBM. Over all the Accuracy, Recall, Specificity, and Precision values, Random Forest produces a good value compared to LightGBM on balanced data. Meanwhile, LightGBM is able to handle unbalanced data.

Abstract

Banjarwaru Village known as bamboo crafts village. Originally it was just a household product, it began to develop into a product that has aesthetic value. Sales of handicraft products are also starting to grow, they are starting to spread to other areas. Then the problem arises, namely inconsistent sales levels. To overcome this problem, the Cilacap State Polytechnic carried out Community Service activities by conducting Focus Group Discussion (FGD) activities by inviting resource persons from business actors to discuss with Banjarwaru village craftsmen. The aim of this activity is that Banjarwaru village craftsmen can find solutions to increase the level of sales of their craft products. From the results of the FGD, it was found that steps that can be taken to increase sales levels are carrying out business legality, building networks with the government, consumers, and fellow business actors, and increasing promotions through digital platforms.

Abstract

Banyaknya lahan kayu putih yang belum dimanfaatkan secara maksimal seperti penanaman dengan sistem tumpang sari, kurangnya pemahaman mengenai faktor penghambat dalam pertumbuhan tanaman kayu putih, dan kurangnya pengetahuan mengenai pemanfaatan potensi lahan yang optimal merupakan penyebab rendahnya produktifitas kayu putih di Indonesia. Klasterisasi menggunakan algoritma K-Means dalam pengelompokan lahan ke dalam cluster yang potensial berdasar faktor pendukung pertumbuhan hama rayap tanah merupakan tujuan dalam penelitian yang dilakukan. Proses cluster dilakukan menggunakan parameter tanaman tumpang sari, tipe tanah, suhu, kelembaban, dan curah hujan. Dalam metode K-Means, data yang memiliki karakteristik yang sama dalam satu kelompok dan memiliki karakteristik yang berbeda dengan kelompok lain akan dikelompokan dalam satu cluster. Clustering akan mengupayakan untuk mencapai tingkat minimal variasi antar data yang ada dalam suatu cluster. Pada penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan 2 cluster dan didapatkan hasil sebanyak 13,56% (16 lahan) yang sangat berpotensi dan 86,44% (112 lahan) yang tidak berpotensi adanya hama rayap. Hasil pengujian terhadap cluster K-Means menggunakan indeks Davies Bouldin dan didapat nilai sebesar 0,055. Dari penelitian ini diharapkan sebagai bahan masukan dengan harapan secara ekologis dapat meningkatkan tingkat keberhasilan yang lebih baik saat melakukan budidaya tanaman kayuputih.
