ABSTRAKUniversitas Halu Oleo saat ini memiliki masalah untuk pelaksanaan kegiatan wisuda. Jumlah wisudawan yang relatifbanyak mengakibatkan banyaknya waktu pelaksanaan wisuda dan terkadang dilaksanakan dihari kerja yang akanmengganggu aktivitas dalam kampus, seperti menganggu sirkulasi kendaraan, menyebabkan macet di area Universitas HaluOleo. Kondisi bangunan ditinjau dari akustik sudah tidak memadai, juga nampak bahwa kapasitas parkir tidak mencukupi.Saat ini teknologi dan sistem otomasi telah membawa kemudahan Secara progresif dalam berbagai aspek, termasuk dalampembangunan gedung. Permasalahan yang timbul yakni, bagaimana menentukan Tapak dengan pendekatan SmartBuilding, bagaimana mendesain ruang dengan pendekatan Smart Building, bagaimana mendesain Bentuk dan Tampilandengan pendekatan Smart Building. Metode yang digunakan yaitu studi pustaka, Survey Lapangan, Analisis Data,membuat Acuan Perancangan, dan Desain. Hasil desian Bangunan dengan menerapkan konsep Smart mulai dari pemilihantapak yang tepat yaitu sesuai zonasi pengembangan UHO. Pada tapak bentukan Lingkaran Bangunan responsif terhadapKebisingan, pada sirkulasi terfasilitasi peneduh dengan kesan smart, pada pencapaian memungkinan terhindar dariKemacetan dan Cross Circulation, di Tata Lansekap terdapat Rain Water Harvesting, Pada parkiran dengan sistem vertikaldapat mengakomodir 500 mobil, Pada Ruangan, Ruang Lebih Optimal dan fungsi-fungsi ruang lebih tegas, terlihat padasistem registrasi, Sistem Kemanan, Sistem Audio, Sistem pengkondisian Ruang, Sistem pengambilan Gambar, penggunaanenergi, mampu menyesuaikan dengan kondisi bangunan secara Otomatis. Bentuk dasar bangunan memanfaatkan energiSinar Matahari dan Sirkulasi angin terlihat pada permainan Solid Void Bangunan, pada tampilan bangunan menampilkankesan smart dan membesar-besarkan kesan struktur melaui pola papan PCB, dynamic facade, permainan Kesan lancip,dan kolom yang dibiarkan terlihat secara jelas.Kata kunci: Universitas Halu Oleo, convention center, smart building.ABSTRACTHalu Oleo University currently has a problem for graduation activities. The problems thatarise are, how to determine the Site with a Smart Building approach, how to design space with a Smart Building approach,how to design Shapes and Views with the Smart Building approach. The methods used are library studies, field surveys,data analysis, design references, and designs. The results of the building design by applying the Smart concept startingfrom the selection of the right site that is according to the zoning of UHO development. On the formation site the BuildingCircle is responsive to Noise, the circulation facilitates shade with a smart impression, in achieving possible avoidingCongestion and Cross Circulation, in the Landscape there is Rain Water Harvesting, In parking systems with verticalsystems can accommodate 500 cars, In the Room, More Optimal and more stringent space functions, seen in theregistration system, Security System, Audio System, Space Conditioning System, Image retrieval system, energy use, areable to adjust to the conditions of the building automatically.
