Abstract

LKP Mandiri in selecting prospective instructors still uses the assessment system manually so that all data selection of new instructor candidates does not have a fixed weight, is still subjective and often occurs errors in the calculation process and takes a relatively long time in calculating the value of the alternative. For that in this research applied weighted product (WP) method in determining new instructor candidates because the weighted product (WP) method is a method of completion by using multiplication to connect the attribute rating, where the rating must be raised first with the weight of the attribute in question, this process is the same as the normalization process. With the WP (Weighted Product) method implemented into the decision support system in LKP Mandiri facilitates calculation in making decisions to get prospective instructors.

Abstract

Abstrak: Untuk meningkatkan pelayanan publik di pemerintahan desa dapat dilakukan dengan tata kelola yang baik dengan melaksanakan program-program yangmendukung kinerja aparatur desa dalam melayani masyarakat. Pada Desa Guntung di daerah Batubara, dalam stata kelola administrasi dan pelayanan masyarakat masih secara manual sehingga proses pelayanan masyarakat lambat, sumber daya manusia berpendidikan relatif rendah, penguasaan teknologi yang kurang khususnya penguasaan penggunaan komputer sehingga perangkat desa masih memerlukan mendapat pelatihan tentang tatakelola administrasi. Tujuan dilaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah supaya dapat memberikan pengetahuan yang memadai mengenai administrasi desa kepada peserta, memberikan pelatihan berbasis komputer tentang tata kelola administrasi dan pelayanan masyarakat. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan yang digunakan adalah dalam bentuk pelatihan, diskusi secara interaktif kepada seluruh perangkat desa yang berhubungan langsung dengan pengelolaan administrasi desa. Kegiatan ini menggunakan pengetahuan secara teori dan praktek di ruangan. Pelatihan ini memberikan penilaian kepada para peserta melalui tes tertulis menggunakan pretest dan posttest dengan banyak peserta yang ikut berjumlah 30 orang. Hasil penilaian akhir kegiatan, para peserta dapat memahami materi yang disampaikan berdasarkan dari hasil angka penilaian hasil posttest, nilainya mulai dari 85 sampai 95 dengan nilai pencapaian 92 persen.Abstract: To improve public services in the village government, it can be done with good governance by implementing programs that support the performance of the village apparatus in serving the community. In Guntung Village in the Batubara area, administrative management and community services are still manual so that the community service process is slow, educated human resources are relatively low, technology mastery is lacking, especially mastery of using computers so that village officials still need to receive training on administrative management. The purpose of this service activity is to provide participants with adequate knowledge about village administration, provide computer-based training on administrative governance and community services. The method of implementing the activities used is in the form of training, interactive discussions with all village officials who are directly related to the management of village administration. This activity uses knowledge in theory and practice in the room. This training provides an assessment to the participants through a written test using a pretest and posttest with 30 participants participating. The results of the final assessment of the activity, the participants were able to understand the material presented based on the results of the posttest results, the scores ranged from 85 to 95 with an achievement value of 92 percent.

Abstract

Employees of the Batubara District Social Service are not familiar with the many facilities provided in the Microsoft Word software. Because so far they have not been provided with direct training for the introduction of these functions. To need encouragement to improve the ability to operate office software, especially Microsoft Word software in processing information data. This community service activity aims to improve the ability of Social Service Employees to use Microsoft Office properly and improve skills in performing services and work in their workplace. The training method is by means of discussion and interactive in conveying knowledge to training participants. This activity uses knowledge in theory and practice in the classroom. The success of this training activity is measured by measuring the results of the participant's assessment through a written test. This training provides knowledge that can be implemented in the trainees' workplaces. Knowledge of this application is expected to contribute to improving the ability of information data which is very helpful in completing tasks in the agency. The results of the assessment in participating in this training used pretest and posttest tests. The participants were able to understand the training material based on the results of the pretest scores with an average score of 57.5 and posttest results with an average score of 87.5.

Abstract

Emerging Infectious Diseases (PIE) that appear and attack a population for the first time or have existed before but are increasing very rapidly, both in the number of new cases in a population. Its varied structure allows PIE to perform many functions and experience common problems such as the disease in PIE which can be fatal if the symptoms are not immediately recognized. In diagnosing PIE in humans, doctors still use a simple method by observing the symptoms of a patient's PIE so that it takes time to ensure that a patient suffers from PIE so that the patient is always queuing for a consultation. In this case, a media that acts as an expert is needed to help doctors, given the limited knowledge about PIE disease and the lack of counseling staff to conduct socialization of PIE treatment and prevention. The inference model used in making this expert system is forward chaining, while the search technique uses depth first search. Determination in diagnosing expert systems is done through a consultation process between the system and the user. The answer is adjusted to the rules in the system, if the answer is entered according to the applicable rules, the system will provide diagnostic results in the form of information on the PIE disease suffered. With the existence of an expert system with the Forward Chaining method, it can produce a decision on the PIE disease suffered by going through the symptom tracking process with IF-Then logic so that it produces the disease suffered and the solution for its handling

Abstract

Handling dental and oral diseases require knowledge, techniques, and experts so that the disease can be handled properly. However, the lack of a team of experts and the lack of public knowledge about this disease, a system is needed that can prevent and overcome the symptoms of the disease. This study aims to apply forward chaining as a method to develop a prediction system for dental and oral diseases. The method used in this study is forward chaining and the model used is the waterfall with stages of analysis, system design, application, integration testing, operation maintenance. This study carried out data processing from the clinic. The data is then processed data. Based on the results of black box testing involving patients, and the community directly, the function in this system is already Use of this system can provide convenience for the community, and patients in diagnosing dental and oral diseases.

Abstract

The COVID-19 (Corona Virus Disease 2019) pandemic is still spreading until 2022, so in responding to this, PT Adira Finance provides an opportunity to suspend credit installment payments to nasakabah. In order not to cause installments and defaults (breaking promises) it is necessary to have a decision support system to determine the creditworthiness of these customers. The purpose of this study is to build a decision support system to determine the feasibility of solicitation to customers using the naïve bayes method. The model used to build this system is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with stages of analysis, design, testing, and implementation. The sample or training data used in this study was 20 customers. Meanwhile, the technique used to determine the feasibility of customer suspension uses naïve bayes by looking at the prior and conditional probability values of each criteria. Our findings result in a customer eligibility decision support system with the naïve bayes method is appropriate and accurate. So that with this system, it can be used as a consideration to make decisions by the manager of PT Adira Finance to determine whether or not customers are eligible to receive a credit suspension.

Abstract

The performance of lecture during brave learning has drastically decreased due to the lack of communivation between lectures and students. As a result of bold learning. Lecturers often do not do learning using zoom meetings but only provide material without explaining it. Then the risk that will arise for lecturers who do not provide student learning reports will result in students not being enthusiastic in lectures, so that they can be reviewed in an assessment of lecturer performance. Therefore a decision support system is made to facilitate the calculation process of all criteria for assessing lecturer performance. The purpose of this decision support system is to determine the criteria for a problem using the Preference Selection Index (PSI) method.

Abstract

Internet sales provider is also one of the sales that is needed in a company engaged in this field. Because it is not easy to become sales. So with that a company is looking for sales that have some experience and can master work in that field. However, this acceptance is not easy to obtain because there are still many who do not have experience in this field. So with that in solving existing problems, several criteria are needed including Target, Attendance, Discipline, Creativity and Ability in Speaking. And in this research also really need a system where the system can solve existing problems. The system is a decision support system and is assisted by a method that will produce the right value, the method is the WASPAS and ROC methods.
