ERROR ANALYSIS IN WRITING RECOUNT TEXT Agustina, Tri

Abstract

The study aims to identify the types of morphological, syntactic, discourseerror in writing recount text by the eighth grade students of SMPMuhammadiyah 4 Surakarta. In addition, it is to know the frequency of eachtype of errors, to know the dominant type of error and to know the sources ofthe errors.The type of research is qualitative research. The method ofcollecting data is elicitation method, which is divided into four steps: first steps arerequesting the learner to make recount text with the theme that has given; second step is reading the recount text made by students; third step isfinding and marking error in the recount text; and last step is dividing theerror into the types of error based on linguistic category and surface strategytaxonomy.Foranalyzing the data,the writer takes six steps, namely:identification of errors, classifying into error types, describing the frequencyof error, describing the dominant type of error, analysis of the sources oferror and describing the purposed remedial teaching. The result of researchshows that lexical errors is 22,2% including false friends, wrong spelling anduse of Indonesian word. Syntactical error is 64% which includes verb(omission of verb, misuses of verb in past tense, addition of to in verb ofpresent tense addition of verb), noun (omission of {-s} plural marker,addition of {-s}), BE (omission of be, misuses of be), phrase (misorderingnoun phrase)), article (addition of article), preposition (addition ofpreposition, omission of preposition), sentence construction(omission ofsubject, literal translation of Indonesian). Discourse error is7,7% whichinclude generic structure. The dominant type of error is wrong spelling andmisuses of verb in past tense.Key words: error analysis, linguistic category taxonomy, recount text,surface strategy

Abstract

The research aims to determine the relationship of emotional intelligence and intellectual intelligence to results of student’s biology learning about the nervous system on grade XI-IPA of senior haigh school at As-Syafi’iyah Medan 2016//2017. The population in this research were grade XI of senior high school consisting of 32 students and become the total sample. To obtain data of emotional intelligence used questionnaire and data of intellectual intelligence obtained from the standdard test that is type CFIT scale 3B. The result of student’s biology learning about the nervous system were taken using cognitive test to the student’s. The result of research show that the emotional intelligence score include in the enough category (108-155), the inteltual intelligence score include in the enough category (80-109) and the student’s biology learning score include in moderate category. For the data requirements test it is known that the population of the three variables is normally distributed and has homogeneus variance. From the calculation of correlation coefficients obtained price rxy (0,539259) with a contribution of 50% wich means there is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence, intellctual intelligence and student’s biology learning about the nervous system on grade XI-IPA of senior high school at SMA As-Syafi’iyah Medan 2016/2017.

Abstract

ABSTRAKStatus gizi lebih dan anemia merupakan gangguan gizi yang sering muncul pada remaja putri. Remaja putri berisiko tinggi terjadi gangguan gizi tersebut karena cenderung mengalami peningkatan kebutuhan zat gizi, pembatasan pola konsumsi dan penyimpangan pola konsumsi. Asupan protein yang tinggi akan diubah menjadi lemak dan disimpan menjadi jaringan adiposa. Pada status gizi lebih, inflamasi kronik terjadi di jaringan lemak dan terjadi peningkatan sekresi sitokin proinflamasi, seperti interleukin 6 (IL-6). Kadar IL-6 yang tinggi meningkatkan kadar hepsidin, yang dapat menurunkan kadar besi (Fe) dalam sirkulasi. Penelitian ini  bertujuanmenganalisis hubungan antara asupan protein dan kadar IL-6 dengan kadar hemoglobin (Hb) pada remaja putri status gizi lebih.  Data asupan protein menggunakan metode food recall 24 jam dan SQ-FFQ (semi quantitativefood frequency questionare). Kadar IL-6 diukur dengan pemeriksaan ELISA. Kadar Hb diukur dengan metode cyanmethaemoglobin. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa asupan protein dan kadar IL-6 tidak berhubungan dengan kadar Hb (p=0,132) dan (p= 0,607). Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan untuk menganalisis hubungan status gizi lebih pada remaja putri dengan kejadian anemia, seperti kadar hepsidin, globin dan feritin. Kata kunci: Asupan Protein, Kadar IL-6, Kadar Hb, Remaja Putri, Status Gizi Lebih ABSTRACTOvernutritional status and anemia are nutritional disorders that often occur in female adolescents. Female  adolescents are at high risk of nutritional disorders because they tend to experience an enhanchement nutritional needs, restrictions on consumption patterns and eating disorder. High protein intake will be converted into fat and stored into adipose tissue. In overnutrition adolescents, chronic inflammation occurs in fat tissue and also increasing proinflamation sitokin secretion, such as interleukin 6 (IL-6). High levels of IL-6 increases hepsidin levels, and decreases iron (Fe) level in circulation. This study aims to analyze the corelation of protein intake and IL-6 level with haemoglobin level in overnutrition female adolescents. Data of protein intake is taken through 24 hours food recall and SQ-FFQ (semi quantitative-food frequency questionare). IL-6 levels were measured by ELISA while Hb level is obtained thorugh cyanmethaemoglobin method. The results of this study there is no corelation between protein intake and IL-6 level toward Hb level (p=0,132) and (p= 0,607). It is suggested for other researcher to analyze corelation between overnutrition state in female adolescents and anemia symptomps such as hepsidin, globin, and feritin level.Keywords: Protein Intake, IL-6 Levels, Hemoglobin Levels, Adolescent Girls, Overnutritional Status

Abstract

Pengurangan nitrogen anorganik sebagai nutrien pada media kultur merupakan salahsatu metode untuk mempersingkat fase eksponensial pada kultur mikroalgae.Pengurangan nitrat anorganik pada media kultur Nannochloropsis sp hingga 50%dari konsentrasi normal pada media kultur Conwy ternyata mampu menurunkankepadatan rata-rata (sel/ml) hingga 15,16 % dan menurunkan pula kandungan proteintotal 13,93 %. Fenomena tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa pengurangan nitrogenanorganik pada media kultur berdampak negatif pada kepadatan (sel/ml) dankandungan protein total namun mampu mereduksi waktu kultur pada faseeksponensial mikroalgae Nannochloropsis sp.
